These materials explain these fast-emerging developments and suggest a strategy for transforming your current predicament into a resounding success. This memo and exhibits document an ongoing form of nonlinear deceit and systemic criminality that trace to a common source—as Mr. Rockefeller’s life experience is uniquely able to prove. I’ve invested two decades in research and analysis to confirm the facts related to his experience.

A longer analysis was provided to Dr. Seyed Hossein Mousavian, a former Iranian negotiator now teaching at Princeton University. The Rockefeller Foundation is a Princeton patron. Former U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman proposed that the Foundation rescind his funding. A self-described Zionist Jew, Lieberman was a primary promoter of the false and outright “fixed” Iraqi WMD intelligence that deceived the U.S. to invade a nation that played no role in the 9/11 provocation. That war fractured Iraq and triggered a refugee crisis in Europe. The fracturing of Ukraine catalyzed a similar crisis.

The same parties seek to induce the U.S. to wage war on Iran—their original objective in 2001—hoping to advance their hegemonic goals. Urging in 1948 that Harry Truman refuse to extend nation-state recognition to an enclave of Zionist extremists, the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs warned that the U.S. would be induced to deploy its resources in pursuit of “Jewish objectives”.^[1]

The requisite Evil Doer narrative required for war in Iran is complete: Islamo-fascists vs. the Great Satan. That narrative, pre-staged over decades, features a U.S.-led coup that overthrew Iran’s democratically elected government in 1953. On-the-ground intelligence relied largely on Israel. All that’s now missing is a provocation plausibly traceable to Tehran to again pit “two sides against the middle” while those complicit—once again—profit off the misery of both. How often have we seen this repetitive pattern?

It’s back. And Germany, once again, is being manipulated to damage and discredit itself, as explained below. Ukraine is the latest battlefield with Russia the latest Great Satan.

Note: A March 22 draft of this analysis hopefully found its way to you anticipating that Joe Biden would be induced to call for Vladimir Putin’s removal from office—as he did on March 26.

Joe Biden Just Brought Afghanistan to Europe.

By not engaging these facts and analyses, President Biden enabled the crisis now threatening Europe. Until he addresses the systemic corruption chronicled in this account, the U.S. will continue to enable more crises. Desperate not to be exposed, those responsible will escalate the violence. Rather than simply rally opposition to Putin, he needs to use the power of his office to expose and hold accountable the duplicitous few that Mr. Rockefeller profiled while being criminally stalked—with legal impunity—his entire life.

Provided below are several steps you could take as Chancellor that would help restore the national security of Germany, the U.S. and E.U. member states. But first, a background portal into the facts and analyses.

Those who produced the Reagan presidency funded and armed the Afghani mujahideen to oppose the Evil Doer Soviets. The U.S. abandoned them only to see them reemerge as the Evil Doer Taliban. Provoked by 9/11 and deceived by false intelligence, the U.S. was induced to invade a nation that played no role in that mass murder. In terms of Game Theory Foreseeable Dynamics, the U.S. invasion evoked the extremists of ISIS who—in game theory fashion—enabled the anti-Iran Israelis to ally with the anti-Iran Sunni oil monarchies—with both Israel and the Arab Gulf states armed by and allied with the U.S.

Now comes Ukraine. Citing Jerusalem’s “rich history,” Ukraine’s Jewish president proposed Israel as a “wonderful country” that can play an “important role” in mediation between Evil Doer Russians and victimized Ukrainians.^[2] President Zelensky portrays Israel as a peacemaker rather than, as Mr. Rockefeller’s life experience proves, a serial agent provocateur and aggressor—as shown by how its extremists manipulated the U.S. to act as Israel’s agent for regime change in Iraq. Now they seek regime change in Russia.

Vladimir Putin warned the West about fascists and neo-Nazis in Ukraine. The U.S. denied their existence. He watched as (predominantly Jewish) neoconservatives brought them ever closer to achieving their goal of regime change in Moscow. The 2004 “Orange Revolution” enabled neocons to put Viktor Yushchenko in office, enabling Nathaniel Rothschild to begin prospecting for oil in Ukraine.^[3] In June 2005, George W. Bush appointed neoconservative Victoria Nuland as America’s (Jewish) Ambassador to NATO.^[4]

At the 2007 Munich Security Conference, Putin again cautioned that the expansion of NATO to Ukraine was a “red line” not to be crossed. Bill Burns, then U.S. Ambassador to Germany (now CIA Director), wrote a memo (“Nyet means Nyet”) describing as “reasonable” Putin’s opposition to NATO’s eastward expansion. Ambassador Burns knew that, as a NATO member, Ukraine would create problems for Russia. Then the 2008 “Bucharest Declaration” proposed NATO membership for Georgia and Ukraine, pouring fuel on the fire and further provoking (i.e., pre-staging) a game theory model-able reaction.

No one mentioned—certainly not in Germany—the role Jewish extremists play in the U.S. government and, in turn, the influential role of the U.S. in NATO. After the Iraq fiasco, why would anyone trust the U.S. until it remedies this foreign influence? Trust requires proof that Zionist extremist influence has been contained. Thus the time-critical necessity to ensure that Joe Biden promptly engages Mr. Rockefeller.

The (predominantly Jewish) operatives who conceived and staffed the Congressionally-funded National Endowment for Democracy (NED) devised the strategy for regime change in Russia—similar to their step-by-step regime change strategy for Iraq. Their goal in Iraq became clear in 1996 when Nuland’s husband, neocon Robert Kagan, cofounded the Project for a New American Century featuring that agenda at its core. Neocon Dick Cheney was a founding member. When he emerged as Vice President to Zionist Christian President George W. Bush, neocon Nuland emerged as Cheney’s Deputy Foreign Policy Adviser.

In the Maidan Revolution of 2014, Vladimir Putin knows that, when Ms. Nuland picked “Yaz” (Arseniy Yatsenyuk) as Prime Minister in the post-coup government to succeed Moscow-favored Viktor Yanukovych, she revealed a far deeper degree of neocon involvement in Ukrainian affairs—affairs that Washington officially proclaimed are for Ukraine to resolve.^[5]

Rewarding Neo-Nazis

The neocon-favored Prime Minister rewarded Ukraine’s fascist Svoboda Party with three positions in its Cabinet, including Deputy Prime Minister, three governorships and Chairman (Speaker) of the Parliament. After the 2014 coup, the anti-Russia “Right Sector” attacked anti-coup protestors, including their May 2^nd incineration of 42 people who sought protection in a Trade Unions House in Odessa.

These NED-enabled ultra-nationalists, operating as Kyiv-sanctioned neo-Nazi National Guard units and the Azov Battalion, ran a low-intensity “national-purity” campaign that has killed ~14,000 Ukrainians since 2014 while continuing to receive U.S. arms and training. Vladimir Putin watched this growing threat while signaling his increasing alarm. So did human rights organizations who saw these far-right parties inspire ultra-nationalists abroad, including the Rise Above Movement of white supremacists in the U.S.^[6]

Zelensky’s 2019 campaign included a commitment to improve relations with Russia. After his election, the ultra-right threatened him with removal or death if he interfered with their plans for Ukraine, their designs on Russia, or their strategy for using Ukraine to promote white supremacy globally. This toxic mix was worsened by neoliberal privatization policies that mimicked the corrupt oligarch-ization and “grab-ification” seen in Russia as the transfer of public property further enriched Ukraine’s crony capitalists.^[7]

Meanwhile the “shock therapy” prescriptions applied in Eastern Europe cut public sector jobs, slashed outlays for healthcare and reduced pension payments. The economy struggled as poverty spread alongside frustration at dependence on an economic model that remained corrupt no matter who is in office.

At Biden’s urging, the U.S. Congress approved more funding to fight Evil Doer Russians and the Pariah Putin. That includes indirect support for the same well-armed minority of regime change-seeking fascists and neo-Nazis who troubled Putin. He opposes the presence of an influential Nazi minority on Russia’s border that has infiltrated the Ukrainian military, intimidated government officials, killed thousands of Ukrainians, and openly proposes a coup in Moscow—with the encouragement of U.S.-financed neocons.

Is it unreasonable for a Russian president to fear that a Ukrainian government—similar to the U.S. government—will be infiltrated, manipulated and deceived to act as an agent of Jewish elites, Zionist extremists and transnational organized crime? If it can be done to the U.S., why not Ukraine?^[8]

Had Joe Biden engaged Mel Rockefeller in good faith and followed facts confirming the role played by the Israeli Right in deceiving the U.S. to invade Iraq—a nation that played no role in 9/11—would Vladimir Putin have been less concerned about the threat posed by coup-seeking Ukrainian fascists and neo-Nazis? Could Biden’s behavior have persuaded him not to initiate military action to resolve this perceived threat?

Had Biden taken steps to contain the influence of “Jewish fascists” (Albert Einstein’s description) and “Jewish Nazis” (per Jewish novelist Hannah Arendt), would he have addressed Putin’s concerns? By his failure to engage, to what extent is Joe (“I am a Zionist”) Biden responsible for the carnage inflicted on Ukrainians? At what cost have these facts and analyses not been engaged consistent with lives governed by the rule of law? Importantly, what can you do to ensure that Joe Biden engages? Is Biden (vs. Zelensky) the true actor as he pretends to lead a rule-of-law nation?

With nuclear-armed superpowers now on a hair-trigger, the Iran nuclear accord stalled, and the START missile treaty in jeopardy, the greatest single threat remains those duplicitous few who Nelson Rockefeller described in 1964 as sharing a “tireless genius for crisis.” Would rightwing Zionists in the U.S. and Israel manipulate our “special relationship” with Israel to take the U.S. to war in Ukraine? In Russia? They did it to induce us to war in Iraq—as Mel Rockefeller’s life experience is uniquely able to prove.

History Repeats Itself

President Putin considers himself a student of history. He knows Catherine the Great exiled Jews to the Pale of Settlement in 1791 as a threat to the stability of her reign. There they remained until 1917 and the Bolshevik “Red” Revolution. Jewish extremists crafted their pretentious ideology (Marxism-Leninism), financed their leaders, transported Vladimir Lenin to Moscow, staffed its leadership, murdered the Czar, crushed the moderate, more numerous Whites, orchestrated the Ukraine famine (Holodomor), and imposed a tyrannical regime wed to an economic model that imposed grim living standards on all but the Soviet version of what Jewish zealots call The Chosen of God.

Lenin, with a maternal Jewish grandmother (qualifying him for Israeli citizenship), enjoyed his mansion in Gorki and his Rolls Royce cars while he created a “workers’ paradise” more akin to a vast open air prison—similar to what the Israeli Right has imposed on Palestinians for more than seven decades. When their impractical system collapsed—as it was destined to do—this same transgenerational criminal syndicate orchestrated the financial pillaging of Russia and emerged as the (disproportionately Jewish) oligarchs.^[9]

This syndicate deployed a similar modus operandi to take us into the senseless slaughter of WWI. Then as now, Germany is a target with you positioned to discredit yourself and damage Germany with (game theory foreseeable) reactions to emerging dynamics in the region. The only way out: share this knowledge and put Joe Biden on notice by insisting that he and his Attorney General engage the facts and analyses in these materials. How consistent is the behavior of these elites and extremists over time? Consider:

The 1914 assassination—by anarchists in Sarajevo—of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, presumptive heir to the Austria-Hungary empire, triggered the Great War that killed ~20 million people and wounded ~21 million in a senseless slaughter that, even now, cannot be explained. Woodrow Wilson was reelected November 1916 on the platform: “He kept us out of the war.” The U.S. entered WWI in April 1917 after a “gentlemen’s agreement” obliged American Zionists to lobby U.S. lawmakers to enter that war in support of the British. In return, Brits agreed to view “with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people”. The “Balfour Declaration”, the founding document of the Jewish state, was signed November 2, 1917. U.S. deaths in WWI totaled 116,516.

Henry Morgenthau chaired Wilson’s campaign finance committee both for his presidential win in 1912 and his reelection in November 1916 on the platform, “He kept us out of the war.” By April 1917, the U.S. had entered that pointless yet profitable conflict. Wilson appointed commodity trader Bernard Baruch to head the War Industries Board. In 1913, when Wilson appointed Morgenthau as U.S. Ambassador to Constantinople, his son, Henry Jr., moved in next door to Franklin D. Roosevelt to emerge as FDR’s war-time Treasury Secretary.

The humiliating terms of the Treaty of Versailles provoked in response—in classic game theory fashion—an extreme nationalism that became the National Socialist German Workers’ Party led by Nazi Adolph Hitler who, as an aspiring artist in Vienna, was humiliated by Jewish art dealers.

Throughout the WWII Holocaust, besieged and terrorized Jews were denied entry to the U.S. while Zionists remained adamant that they relocate only to Palestine. In the post-WWII era, Treasury Secretary Henry Morgenthau, Jr. and Milwaukee native Golda Meir led the first U.S. bond drive to support the Zionist experiment in Palestine. Their proposed enclave, dreaded locally and opposed by moderate Jews globally, was recognized as a legitimate state in May 1948 by Zionist Christian Democrat Harry Truman, a political product of organized crime’s Pendergast political machine in Kansas City. When “elected” to the Senate in 1934, other Senators ridiculed him as “the Senator from Pendergast.”

Mel Rockefeller was born in 1952. He was able to identify and profile this transgenerational criminal syndicate due to research initially involving his step-uncle, Robert King Cunningham, whose brother married his mother in 1956. His “Uncle Bobby” worked more than 50 years for Donald Stralem. German-Jewish investment banker Casimir Stralem, Donald’s father, cofounded Hallgarten and Company investment bank in 1850. A Manhattan affiliate of the Rothschild’s Frankfurt office, the firm funded both sides in the U.S.-fracturing Civil War of the 1860s and the Russia-fracturing Bolshevik Revolution of 1917.

Rothschild operative Donald Stralem produced the film Duck & Cover in 1951, the same year the Mossad began its international operations. Shown by mandatory attendance to schoolchildren nationwide, that film taught kids how to duck under their desks and cover their heads when they saw the bright flash of an atomic bomb. Featuring an animated Bert the Turtle and a six year-old Mia Farrow, that film terrorized an entire generation and eased a seamless segue from the global carnage of WWII to the Cold War narrative with its fear and insecurity-inducing MAD deterrence strategy (mutual assured destruction). The fiscal cost of profitable Cold War spending—to the U.S. alone—topped $35 trillion in 2021 dollars (Brookings).

The crisis in Ukraine with its nuclear saber-rattling, is poised to set in motion, at the very least, another costly (and profitable) Cold War.^[11]

Leveraging Small Numbers

In stating his rationales for ordering the invasion of Ukraine, President Putin cited “strategic mistakes on the part of the Bolshevik leaders and the C.P.S.U. leadership….”^[12] When he referred to the rise in Ukraine of a “far-right nationalism” that developed into an “aggressive Russophobia and neo-Nazism,” he was referring to a growing trend in Ukraine and worldwide rarely reported in Western media where those described have long maintained a critical mass of ownership and/or influence.^[13]

Western Ukraine and the City of Lviv are home to an ultranationalist movement that reveres Stepan Bandera whose rightwing followers are aptly described as neo-Nazis, including stylized swastika tattoos, an affinity for Nazi memorabilia and a propensity to murder politicians who oppose their extremism. Their predecessors served in the Nazi’s SS (1^st Galician) Division of Ukrainian volunteers. On January 1, 2022 (Bandera’s birthday), their Svoboda Party sponsored a demonstration in Kyiv.

Though a relatively small percentage of Ukrainians (4-10%), Banderite influence permeates the Ukraine military. When a Zelensky negotiator with Russia proposed a discussion of neutrality for Ukraine, he was reportedly assassinated by a Banderite neo-Nazi.^[14] The extremist dynamics in Ukraine mimic the U.S. where an extremist (and disproportionately Jewish) minority exert out-sized influence over the majority.^[15] Likewise in the U.S. Jewish community with the disproportionate influence of an extremist minority skilled at deception and game theory warfare^[16] and populated by seasoned agent provocateurs.

Moscow focused on Lviv both as a staging center for the Banderite-infiltrated Ukrainian military and the heartland of support for Bandera-inspired fascism. In 2011, Germany exhumed the remains of Hitler deputy Rudolph Hess and disposed of his remains at sea to ensure his gravesite would not become a pilgrimage site for neo-Nazis.^[17] In 2018, the Lviv Oblast Council declared 2019 the year of Stepan Bandera with ultra-nationalist celebrations at his monument in Ternopil.

Putin’s opposition is also fueled by other grievances, including the humiliation heaped on Russia by the extreme triumphalism of the West that accompanied the inevitable dissolution of the U.S.S.R.^[18] Its rigid, state-dominated economic policies ensured its eventual collapse. That eventuality was the key premise of containment underlying the West’s costly Cold War policy.^[19]

By viewing himself as an historic figure obliged to restore ancestral Greater Russia,^[20] Putin could more readily be induced to create a crisis that—unwittingly—may enable an ascent to power by Zionist extremists who view the entire world as part of Greater Israel (Russia spans 11 time zones) with The Chosen destined to rule. Does that help explain why those described produced a predominantly Jewish leadership in Ukraine as these game theory warfare dynamics were unleashed? Is posing this question “an anti-Semitic trope”?

Repetitive Behavior Pattern?

April 4^th brought news from Ukraine of a mass murder of civilians in the Kyiv suburb of Bucha, including victims with their hands bound who were killed with execution-style head shots. Global outrage was palpable and predictable as media coverage reinforced the Evil Doer/Putin-the-Pariah narrative even though those deaths were clearly not in his interest. An investigation has only just begun. Who benefitted? Those who induced a Russian president to fear Russia-phobic, coup-espousing fascist elements in Ukraine.

If Russian troops were responsible, is this a repeat of how the U.S. was discredited in Iraq and portrayed globally as an Evil Doer when military contractors tortured and humiliated Muslim prisoners at Abu Ghraib? The global outrage was palpable and predictable for conduct clearly not in our national interest.

Those using the U.S. to pursue regime change in Russia have routinely deployed Evil Doer psyops to advance their agenda. Addendum B chronicles how the Israeli Right deployed a classic game theory psyop in Libya in 1986 as a warm-up for recasting former ally Saddam Hussein as an Evil Doer whose regime the U.S. was deceived to remove 27 years later, using the mass murder provocation of 9/11 as the rationale.^[21] The agent provocateur formula is consistent: provocation, reaction, escalation, adjust and repeat.

Pre-staging Game Theory Foreseeable Dynamics

Putin also witnessed their dominant role in the post-Soviet oligarch-ization of Russia in the 1990s.^[22] That mega-fraud was followed by their major influence in the “Orange Revolution” of 2004 that, with U.S. support, ensured that, by April 2019, Ukraine became only the second nation (Israel was first) to have both a Jewish prime minister, Volodymyr Groysman, and a Jewish president, Volodymyr Zelensky—a 41-year old actor and comedian with no prior political experience who played the role of president in a popular TV series. His electable name recognition traces to the support of media mogul Ihor Kolomoyskyy, a self-exiled to Israel Ukrainian-Jewish billionaire designated by the U.S. Department of State a “corrupt person”.^[23]

Zelensky declared that Ukraine intends to develop its “sphere of defense and security following the example of Israel.” A leading think tank in Kyiv held a 2018 conference titled “Israel’s Experience in Nation-Building: Lessons for Ukraine.”^[24] Israeli Right aspirations for Ukraine are well known both in Moscow and Washington. Ukraine is positioned to assert its “sphere of influence” over its neighbor to the East and, as in Baghdad, bring about regime change in Moscow—provided Zionists can again deceive the U.S. and other Western nations that, beginning in 1948, were induced to befriend these duplicitous few.

By ordering an invasion of Ukraine, Vladimir Putin (or those behind manipulating him), in effect, ensured that Zelensky would emerge as a heroic figure on the world stage—with Russia the requisite Evil Doer in the latest meta-narrative. By March 2, Western media was comparing Ukraine’s Jewish leader to Winston Churchill as he requested that Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett mediate peace talks in Jerusalem. It’s only a matter of time before he’s compared to the heroic Maccabees of Jewish lore.^[25]

Is Ukraine—like Israel—the hapless victim?^[26] Or is its status as a potential site for future aggression a problem Putin sought to solve—informed by his knowledge of how the U.S. was transformed into an aggressor by its “special relationship” with the Jewish state? Joe Biden’s timely engagement of Mr. Rockefeller would have directly addressed Putin’s concerns. At the outbreak of WWII, a third of the population of Odessa and Kyiv was Jewish.^[27] Is Putin concerned that, similar to the U.S., Jewish extremists will prey on the shared identity of the broader Jewish community and induce their cooperation?

Well-Timed Crises

President Putin played a leading role in securing the July 2015 Iran nuclear accord (“JCPOA”) over strenuous objections of the transnational Israel lobby with its virtual control over the Republican Party. Familiar with the extent of Israeli influence throughout the U.S. government, he flew to Tehran to push the negotiations. Soon thereafter, pro-Israel extremists played the leading role in financing and orchestrating the “election” of asset Trump to the presidency in November 2016.

That fraud required the assistance of the Facebook-enabled U.K. psyop firm, Cambridge Analytica, overseen by Jared Kushner, Trump’s Jewish son-in-law. In early May 2017, Trump announced the U.S. withdrawal from the accord, raising tensions and pre-staging another well-timed crisis.^[28]

If President Putin was well briefed on the analyses we’ve provided since April 2004, he knows those described routinely stage multiple simultaneous crises.^[29] At the outset of the Ukraine invasion, he spoke with Iran President Ebrahim Raisi about progress on negotiations for renewal of the 2015 nuclear accord.^[30] In terms of game theory warfare, the status of that accord is a potentially destabilizing “variable” that, on cue, could again be weaponized by those with a “tireless genius for crisis.”

The crisis in Ukraine complicated and may yet halt Iran nuclear negotiations, providing the Israeli Right another opportunity to induce the U.S to wage for them their long-sought war with Iran for Greater Israel.^[31] In classic game theory fashion, rightwing Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett offered to mediate the Ukraine crisis while that crisis destabilized Iran negotiations—opposed by Israel—that were on track to relieve sanctions imposed on Tehran.

Stability is the enemy of those with a tireless genius for crisis. With stability comes the threat of the in-depth investigations required to identify, indict and prosecute those responsible. Mel Rockefeller’s life experience provides a well-documented roadmap, including a lengthy list of those who failed to follow these facts wherever they may lead. Who is complicit? Anyone with line authority within our government exposed to these materials over the past four decades who failed to perform consistent with their oath of office to protect this nation from all enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Vladimir Putin knows that Israeli manipulation transformed the U.S. into a destabilizing force globally.^[32] Is Putin ‘anti-democratic’ to worry that the same duplicity that hollowed out U.S. democracy could emerge in neighboring Ukraine? And pose a threat not only to Ukraine and Russia but also to world peace should Zionist extremists replicate in Ukraine the influence they wield in the U.S.? Based on U.S. experience, it’s clear that a “democratic Ukraine” offers no defense. Similar to the U.S., those responsible need only achieve a critical mass of influence in key domains such as media, politics and popular culture.

Advance Work

The pre-staging of this crisis includes the knowledge that, as Vice President to Barack Obama, Joe Biden was predisposed to provide lethal aid to Ukraine in 2014 and 2015 even though aid would escalate tensions with Russia.^[33] Those pressing for a No-Fly Zone in Ukraine know its potential to dramatically escalate tensions between the two nuclear-armed superpowers. When President G.W. Bush accepted that proposal from Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, the foreseeable result led to Iraqi forces defending Iraqi airspace by firing at U.S. aircraft. That reaction, in turn, provided a “plausible” rationale for U.S. aggression—a game theory foreseeable outcome undoubtedly well known to (Jewish) neocon Wolfowitz.

Research will identify those parties who engaged Hunter Biden in a scandal in Ukraine, creating a well-timed crisis that also “made it personal” for his father whose diminishing capacities are becoming steadily more apparent. These dynamics are game theory model-able and, with sufficient advance preparation, can be transformed into “probabilistic” outcomes.

The knowledge of how this duplicity proceeds in plain sight provides a means, with artificial intelligence, to peer a bit farther over the event horizon to identify such operations while still in the formative state and take steps required to address them.

Outsourced Foreign Policy

While negotiating the 2015 Minsk Protocol that Vladimir Putin hoped would address this extremist threat on Russia’s Western front, the U.S. outsourced its foreign policy to Russian-speaking former East German physicist Angela Merkel.^[34] The vast majority of Americans are unaware that U.S. foreign policy has been significantly outsourced to the Israeli Right, its transnational supporters and its expansive lobby with its 600-plus affiliates in the U.S. alone, per Big Israel—How Israel’s Lobby Moves America (2016).

The mass murder of 9/11 did not call for a war in Iraq. The appropriate response was an investigation and then a police action—a special military operation designed to capture or kill those responsible. That was not, however, the goal of 9/11. Its purpose was to catalyze a regime change process with Iraq the first step in a series of many. Whatever one may think of Vladimir Putin, he is aware of the source of this manipulation. The only modern component of this manipulation is the Information Technology-enhanced means to deceive on a grand scale.

By befriending us to betray us, Zionist extremists leveraged our capital—financial, military, diplomatic, and moral—to advance their hegemonic goals. Those goals include influencing the transition from hydrocarbons to sustainable energy and storage^[35] while also shaping the changeover from the U.S. dollar as a global reserve currency to the broad-based use of cryptocurrencies as those profiled amass more power globally, including regime change in Russia. Thus the mission-essential role played by nonstop duplicity.

With our planet dying, humanity can no longer afford the self-absorbed psychopathy of this duplicitous and extremist few.^[36] To address this systemic problem at its source while protecting the broader Jewish population—on whose shared identity those profiled prey—requires both (a) an acknowledgement of its common source, and (b) a practical plan for accelerating the transition to sustainable energy joined with a more sensible approach to banking and “monetization” supportive of healthy communities and nations. The source of this corruption dates to the presence in the Hesse region of the Rothschild consortium.^[37]

Mr. Rockefeller’s November 8, 2020 memo to President-elect Joe Biden features an overview of NewRock’s hybrid business model and a description of the “accountable capitalism” required to remedy the designed-in inequities, instabilities and systemic failings found in today’s finance-fixated neoliberal model (aka the “Washington consensus”). Its well-known flaws foreseeably create oligarchies and autocracies everywhere it’s embraced while, in its unbridled pursuit of financial returns, devastating the environment.

The First Step

Hold Joe Biden accountable in the court of public opinion. He put you in an untenable position on track to cost you your political career and Germany a peaceful and prosperous future. This systemic corruption should have been addressed decades ago. You cannot rely on Democrat Joe Biden having access to the unbiased information and advice required to make decisions. The same parties deceived Republican G.W. Bush to order the disastrous invasion of Iraq. The Trump presidency was ‘produced’ by the same parties.

Insist that Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland:

• Publicly engage all matters related to James M. (“Mel”) Rockefeller;
• Publicly apologize for the failure of this (and previous) administrations) to engage these facts and analyses and identify those parties responsible for this costly failure; and
• Publicly pledge to pursue the reforms required to address this threat to democracy, the rule of law, a peaceful future and the health of our habitat.

By allowing Israel to imbed its operations inside government at the federal, state and local level (as Mr. Rockefeller’s life experience proves), U.S. lawmakers enabled the duplicity and political corruption that deceived us to wage unwinnable wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere—as a good faith investigation will confirm. Both Israeli and U.S. lawmakers must be held accountable under international law for aiding and abetting crimes against humanity.^[38]

Based on the hidden tax imposed on humanity traceable to the U.S.-Israel “special relationship,” the U.S. merits designation as a failed state due to its inability to adhere to the rule of law—as proven by Mr. Rockefeller’s life experience—undermining the public’s faith in democratic institutions. Had he been engaged in good faith on his return from Baghdad in February 1997, the war in Iraq could have been prevented. Had a timely in-depth investigation been undertaken by the FBI, there’s a high probability that the pre-staging then ongoing for the mass murder provocation of 9/11 could have been uncovered and those attacks prevented.^[39]

That sophisticated, multi-target assault required the assistance of a stable nation-state intelligence operation inside the U.S. There is only one state that fits that description: our “special friend” Israel. At what cost do we allow this manipulation to continue? What portion of your announced €100 billion increase in defense spending addresses this problem? How many more people must die? How many more tens of millions must be displaced?^[40] How many more orphans created? How much closer must we come to the brink of nuclear war?

How much more faith in democracy must be forfeited to appease those who manipulate crises to serve their self-absorbed goals? Had Mr. Rockefeller been engaged in good faith on his return from Baghdad in February 1997 with evidence of no WMD, what would be the savings in both ‘blood and treasure’? Why, even now, have these facts and analyses not been engaged? Who benefits?

When addressing this threat, keep in mind that those profiled revere the mass suicide at Masada. What historians typically neglect to mention is they were largely an extremist cult of assassins. The analyses suggest that those at the core of this long-running deceit will die before they will be held accountable. As Chosen, they view themselves as answerable only to God. That shared mindset makes any entangling alliance innately perilous to governance under the rule of law.

By providing Zionist extremists financial support, military assistance and diplomatic cover, U.S. lawmakers enabled decades of ongoing crimes against humanity, including crimes the U.S. was deceived to commit such as the aggressor war in Iraq with evidence that key decision-makers knew the Iraqi WMD intelligence was false.^[41] That’s a key reason no one would engage Mr. Rockefeller on his return from Iraq 25 years ago.

Based on his life-long inability to access equal protection under the law in the U.S., Mr. Rockefeller seeks political asylum abroad in a nation that takes seriously its commitment to the rule of law. Based on his weakened heart condition (congestive heart failure) and the stress of dealing with a lifetime of nonstop and ongoing serial criminal stalking, please offer him time-critical asylum in Germany.

Time-Critical Energy Transition

Advised by Mr. Rockefeller, Germany could take the lead in accelerating the time-critical transition to sustainable energy and storage. With the NewRock approach to banking, a portion of natural resource wealth—such as proven reserves of oil, gas, minerals, etc.—will capitalize Sustainable Development Banks (SDBs) as a means to accelerate the transition. We see great potential in green hydrogen and the use of community-scale liquid fluoride thorium reactors.^[42] That initiative alone could shift the current debate on Iran while laying the foundation for displacing the Rothschild-originated banking model worldwide.^[43]

How best to displace those who have long profited off pitting two sides against the middle? Remove the middle. Imagine, for example, were Berlin, Tehran, Moscow and Beijing to establish a network of natural resource-capitalized SDBs to accelerate the transition to stakeholder-inclusive sustainable energy with universities a partner. NewRock’s hybrid model is not theoretical; it’s been agreed-to in several venues, including China and Algeria—where it was undermined by those stalking Mr. Rockefeller.

In China, the Rockefeller name remains iconic due to large anonymous grants for education dating back to the turn of the 20^th century and again in the mid-1970s to counter the devastating impact of the anti-knowledge Cultural Revolution. After this strategy was agreed to in Algeria, someone (yet to be identified) in the U.S. Department of State contacted Algiers to warn them that, continuing to do business with Mr. Rockefeller, could damage U.S.-Algeria relations (Algiers does not recognize Israel). That’s not a sharp business practice; that’s espionage. Absent proof that this systemic corruption has been acknowledged and addressed, prudence suggests that the U.S. and the U.K. should be excluded from this consortium.

Those profiled are a hate-mongering minority within a faith tradition that has long suffered under their yoke. As accountability gains traction, progress toward a WMD-free Middle East can advance. The deployment of a youth-oriented, transcultural Prosperity Corps can oversee the buildout of a more sensible future. Youth can learn about and teach how to monetize the capital required for resilient communities— providing sustainable energy and storage, affordable education and healthcare, clean water and air and nutritious food. Hate cannot defeat hate; instead, build a better model and demonstrate a better way.

When Joe Lieberman sought to interfere with a Rockefeller grant to Princeton, Mr. Rockefeller was reminded of his many experiences involving Lieberman and the Rockefellers. Consider just a few:

• When Joe Lieberman campaigned in California for the vice-presidency in September 2000, a Secret Service agent was dispatched to Mr. Rockefeller’s home in Fresno along with two local police officers in an attempt to discredit him—one year prior to 9/11. • While in Poland in 1995, Mr. Rockefeller saw an opening to break away from those who were setting him up—by closing a deal able to seed NewRock’s hybrid business model. An article in Warsaw Business Journal reported that Amoco (formerly Standard Oil of Indiana) was investing $150 million in Poland. He traveled from Gdynia to Poznan for a trade show where he explained to Amoco’s President how, if Amoco would put up half the capital, Polish pension funds could hold mortgages on gas stations that Amoco builds, committing $50 million to each of three regions.

The pension funds would claim a percentage of future profits recycled to fund education after the initial capital was repaid. Polish consumers would be paying a return to themselves when they fuel their vehicles while also supporting their children’s education. On his return to Gydnia, the parties used to set him up were upset that he met with the Amoco president without them. He reminded them who he is and told them he was speaking to an executive of a company that traced its roots to his great-grandfather, his commitment to community, and the Rockefeller family’s values. Jewish Nazis

Joe Lieberman may have contacted Stephen Heintz who worked for him in 1974 and since 2001 has served as President and CEO of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and on the boards of the David Rockefeller Fund and the Rockefeller Archive Center. He was stationed in Prague at the EastWest Center (1991-97) when Mr. Rockefeller was defrauded in Poland in 1995 with the help of Donal O’Brien, an attorney for the Rockefeller family for 50 years prior to his death in September 2013. Only after Mr. Rockefeller returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with intelligence that could have prevented the war in Iraq did the Minneapolis office of the FBI attempt to frame him for that 1995 fraud orchestrated by Jerome Corsi, the New York Times best-selling author of psyop books published to advance the Israeli Right agenda. I suggest you locate and interview Annette Vollstedt and Claudia Countess von Bismarck to confirm what Mr. Rockefeller uncovered in the course of their relationship dating to 1984-88 when both women were students at Boston University. At the time, he was Mel Cunningham, the name given him on his adoption at age four. Ms. Vollstedt, since married, is the daughter of Dieter Vollstedt from Essen. Her mother’s family were art dealers who hid Jews and their art collections during WWII. Hitler reportedly tasked a special detail to hunt them down, requiring that they remain on the move. Though Mr. Rockefeller was invited to the wedding, he declined as those stalking him had begun to stalk his ex-wife and children.

From Mr. Rockefeller’s December 17, 2020 memo to Germany’s U.N. Ambassador Christoph Heusgen (were you briefed?):

Because of who I am, I routinely encountered the children and siblings of other families of wealth and/or influence who were being stalked by this same transnational criminal syndicate. That’s also why in 1984-85 I met Annette Vollstedt whose family created the Woolmark label, shipping raw materials behind the Iron Curtain and using East German slave labor to make brand name clothing such as Hugo Boss for sale in the West. I was told how her father, Dieter Vollstedt, worked closely with Jewish members of the Nazi-era SS to set up ‘letter box’ companies in Vienna to bribe officials in communist countries in order to access cheap labor.

Those I profiled routinely create the “spread” and then profit from it. In this case, the spread was access to communism’s low-cost skilled labor enforced by its oppressive political system. These facts are consistent with the premise that the elites and extremists who benefitted from the WWII Holocaust required (created?) that crisis to establish the Zionist enclave (Israel) by deceiving Zionist Christian Harry Truman to extend the post-war U.S. recognition that enabled this transgenerational criminal syndicate to operate worldwide behind a façade of nation-state legitimacy. Thus the hyper-sensitivity of the Israeli Right to any criticism challenging the legitimacy of the Jewish state.

In 1985, I met Claudia Countess von Bismarck, the great-granddaughter of Germany’s first Chancellor, Otto von Bismarck (1871-1890). Claudia was Annette’s roommate at Boston University. I surveyed the room for other “marks;” heirs to the Benetton fortune were also there. About the same time, I met the eldest son of Adnan Khashoggi, the Saudi arms dealer who used his personal 747 to fly Arab princes to Las Vegas where evidence of their non-Islamic conduct (including salacious sex) could be used to compromise them. Claudia’s mother used Bismarck money to build a resort in Marabella, Spain and sold the Bismarck bullfighting estate to Khashoggi. That’s how Claudia met and dated his son, Mohamed, in the 80’s while at Boston University.

Deceiving the U.N.

I also suggest you speak with Guy Verhofstadt. The 2019 film, Official Secrets, dramatizes the facts surrounding a U.S/U.K.-coordinated policy targeting nonpermanent U.N. Security Council members to support the war in Iraq—despite what Mr. Rockefeller’s life experience could then prove was unreliable WMD intelligence. The need to target Security Council members followed a successful strategy that Mr. Rockefeller devised to push the U.S. and the U.K. back into the U.N. That strategy emerged in consultation with Dr. Glenn Olds, a former U.N. envoy and an adviser both to Mr. Rockefeller, 1994-2006, and his father, Nelson Rockefeller (1945-1979).

Catherine Gun, a U.K. whistleblower, was charged with a violation of the Official Secrets Act when, as an employee of GCHQ (Government Communication Headquarters), she discovered and leaked a plan to manipulate nonpermanent Security Council members to secure their support for war in Iraq.

At Mr. Rockefeller’s urging, Belgian Prime Minister Verhofstadt was instrumental in delaying the invasion by 15 months—triggering, in turn, the 2002 Security Council ploy that Gun revealed and for which she was prosecuted.^[50] After 9/11, Mr. Rockefeller traveled to the U.K. in December 2001 where Jack Straw, Tony Blair’s Foreign Minister, declined to meet. He then travelled to Brussels to brief senior EU staff.^[51] Mr. Verhofstadt was then serving a six-month rotating term as President of the European Commission.

Shortly after Prime Minister Verhofstadt wrote to Mr. Rockefeller on December 19, 2001, he attended a meeting in Spain where everyone expected President George W. Bush and Prime Minister Blair (aka “Bush’s poodle”) to announce they would launch an invasion of Iraq in January 2002. When the strategy that Dr. Olds and Mr. Rockefeller devised slowed the rush to war by engaging the U.N. Security Council, the strategy was launched to target the UNSC’s nonpermanent members. Thus the origins of the plot that Ms. Gun discovered and leaked.

Only at the last moment did the U.K. Crown Prosecution decline to advance its case against Ms. Gun—fearing their geopolitical deception would become public—and the WMD-related proof Mr. Rockefeller possessed would be engaged—confirming the common source of a long-running and ongoing deceit that systematically undermined the credibility and moral standing of U.S. democracy and the rule of law vital to functional democracies. The Israeli Right did not do anything to the U.S.; their game theory war-planners deceived us to do it to ourselves.^[52]

Russian-Jewish Thievery

Mr. Rockefeller was routinely drawn into “fields within fields…within fields” of relationships featuring personnel key to advancing deception in plain sight. In 1995, he met Nataly Sherbakova, the niece of late Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev. With her husband, Los Angeles TV executive Larry Namer, she founded Comspan Communications in St. Petersburg.^[53] Comspan produced promotional events that helped reelect asset Boris Yeltsin as President in 1996. Namer was introduced to Mr. Rockefeller by Dr. Vladimir Zelman who saved Armand Hammer’s life in Moscow with a brain-chilling procedure he pioneered. [See below.]

From Chapter 5 of Guilt by Association, The Presidency and Russian Organized Crime: ^[54]

In an effort to discredit Putin coordinated with the late Congressman Tom Lantos^[55], asset John McCain portrayed as a “political prisoner” Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the most infamous of Russia’s corrupt oil oligarchs. When, without further explanation, he also charged that the indictment of Russian media oligarchs Boris Berezovsky and Vladimir Gusinsky was “politically motivated,” it became clear that this U.S. presidential candidate was either ignorant about—or complicit in—Russian organized crime.

As Russian media moguls in the 1990s, Berezovsky and Gusinsky played critical roles in ensuring the 1996 re-election of President Boris Yeltsin. During Yeltsin’s first term as president, a handful of Ashkenazi oligarchs financially pillaged Russia’s post-Soviet economy under the guise of Glasnost (openness) and Perestroika (restructuring).

Russia’s “Big Seven” oligarchs invested an estimated $500 million in Yeltsin’s re-election,^[56] enabling them to hold onto privatized assets long enough that public assets stolen from the Russian people could plausibly be portrayed as private and hence subject to the protection of post-Soviet law. Six of the “Big Seven” qualify for Israeli citizenship.^[57]

As Mr. Rockefeller explained in his November 30, 2020 memo to Doug Emhoff, Jewish husband of Vice President Kamala Harris:

“The Russian Jews who make up much of the rightwing Likud Party relocated to Russia financed largely by Guilford Glazer. He was behind setting up my ex-wife in the mid-1980s to brutalize her and my children in Knoxville, home to Glazer Steel Corp., a contractor for the nuclear facilities at Oak Ridge and the Pentagon during the Vietnam War. I would not meet Guilford and his wife, Diane, until 1995 after they moved to Beverly Hills.

On New Year’s Day 1996, he taunted me with a phone call to ask what I considered the roots of antisemitism. I replied, “Your own community.” No one hates Jews; they detest what is done by a duplicitous few while making other Jews appear guilty by association. I assured him that, when I could prove what I now can, I would come after him. He then owned Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, California, the nation’s second largest mall. Shortly after he was identified as complicit in our analyses, he sold the mall in May 2003 for $442 million.

I am confident an investigation will find that his proceeds flowed to Tel Aviv. He died in 2014 after founding the Diane and Guilford Glazer Center for Jewish and Israel Studies in Nanjing, China. For the ongoing systemic influence in China of those I profiled, see The China Connection.”

Russia also has a time-critical stake in helping contain, address and remedy the impact of this transnational, transgenerational deceit, per Mr. Rockefeller’s November 18, 2020 memo to Joe Biden, page 4:

“When, in 1995, I met St. Petersburg Mayor Anatoly Sobchak and Dr. Vladimir Zelman (see photo), Vladimir explained how, with the death of Stalin, he and other Jews were released from a Siberian gulag to which they had been sent by Jews to be killed because they were Jews. Vladimir Putin was Mr. Sobchak’s Deputy.”

Keepers of the Narrative

Lastly, we watched your interview on CNN where (Jewish) anchor Jake Tapper asked you three successive questions about genocide in Germany. Tapper and CNN (Jewish) anchor Wolf Blitzer are what we call Keepers of the Narrative. Seventeen years with The Jerusalem Post and a former editor of Near East Report, published by the Israel lobby, Blitzer broadcasts from a credibility-by-association studio branded The Situation Room with its implication of White House authority.^[59] He also published a book sympathetic to Israeli super-spy Jonathan Pollard who did more to harm U.S. national security than any spy in history.^[60]

Without a critical mass of influence in media, consensus narratives cannot be created and sustained in the shared field of consciousness, including the false narrative of Iraqi WMD.

A Reflection On Madeleine Albright (May 15, 1937 -March 23, 2022)

• James M. (Mel) Rockefeller

Glenn Olds, my senior adviser (1994-2006), first met Madeleine Albright (né Marie Jana Korbelová) when she was a 15-year-old teenager stepping off a train in Denver in braces and pigtails carrying the family menorah. She and her mother had just arrived to join her father, Josef Korbel. A Czech-Jewish defector in 1949, Professor Korbel mentored Condoleezza Rice at the University of Denver and directed her into Russian studies, a topic to which I return below.

Glenn knew the Korbel family well during his tenure as University Chaplain, 1951-54. After her December 1996 nomination as asset Bill Clinton’s second-term Secretary of State and the publication of media reports that she was Jewish, the former Marie Jana described discovery of her Jewish heritage as an “epiphany.”^[61] Glenn’s comment, at a measured pace, “That…is…simply…not…believable.”^[62]

After he began advising me, Albright would no longer return his calls. He was stunned when she did not return his call after I returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with intelligence that, if engaged in good faith, could have prevented the disastrous invasion of Iraq in March 2003, a goal long sought by Zionist extremists.^[63] The September 2004 Duelfer Report concluded that Iraq’s WMD capability was “essentially destroyed in 1991”—as I was informed while in Baghdad in 1997 by Dr. Nidhal Al-Hamdani, a physicist who oversaw their nuclear program and was also the third wife of Saddam Hussein.

Had good faith engagement in 1997 prompted a timely in-depth investigation, the sophisticated pre-staging for 9/11 may well have been detected and the WMD narrative discredited. Instead, in December 1998, the U.S. and the U.K.—with Albright’s approval—bombed scores of targets across Iraq—ostensibly to degrade its ability to manufacture WMD. That lie coincided with serial attempts to discredit me and required that I not be engaged when I sought to brief State Department regional experts in early 1997.

In truth, 84 of the 100 targets for the 70-hour “Desert Fox” campaign in 1998 were the Iraqi regime itself—consistent with the 1996 “regime change” goals sought by the (predominantly Jewish) neoconservative Project for a New American Century.^[64] Thirty-five of the targets were air defense-related, 49 were aimed at Saddam Hussein’s palaces, transportation and secret police facilities, and three were Republican Guard bases in southern Iraq. Only 13 targets were potential WMD-related facilities. As our top diplomat, Albright played a direct role in that regime change campaign while concealing its true purpose. Then as now, dissenting voices were ignored, discredited or silenced and conflicting intelligence suppressed.

She strongly promoted the expansion of NATO into the former Soviet bloc nations of Eastern Europe albeit without openly calling for regime change in Moscow. However, as the long-serving president of the National Democratic Institute (the Democratic Party component of the National Endowment for Democracy) she was active in all NED initiatives, including those pre-staging regime change in Russia.^[65] Unknown is the extent to which Albright influenced the decision-making of U.N. Ambassador Linda-Thomas Greenfield, a Biden appointee with whom she worked at Albright Stonebridge Group

Regional specialists in the Albright-led State Department refused to meet with me in 1997 on my return from Baghdad.^[66] That meeting would have created a record confirming that the ‘consensus’ Iraqi WMD intelligence was flawed and another path was possible. By then, Iraq’s senior sheikhs had turned against Saddam Hussein and signaled him that his rule was coming to a close.^[67] I was also told how they had negotiated an agreement for him to step down and provide $160 billion in contracts for reconstruction and development, with U.S. firms the favored contractors.

With Albright as U.S. Secretary of State, that bombing campaign proceeded without either a declaration of war or an Authorization for Use of Military Force. Bill Clinton, distracted by the well-timed crisis of an impeachment scandal—triggered by a sex scandal involving (Jewish) White House intern Monica Lewinsky—signed the Iraq Liberation Act in October 1998 appropriating funds for Iraqi opposition groups.^[68] He then used that act to justify U.S. action for what “Wag the Dog” pundits described as “Monica’s War” when missile strikes began three days after he was called to testify before a grand jury about the Lewinsky scandal.^[69]

Whose Agenda was Marie Jana Pursuing?

Like Clinton, Albright would have relied on the advice of (Jewish) National Security Adviser Sandy Burger. When reviewing The China Connection, consider the probability that I would be offered an introduction to Berger unless the same parties stalking me were also stalking the Clinton presidency.^[70] The 1998 Desert Fox bombing campaign was not about Iraqi WMD, it was about destabilizing the government in Baghdad as part of a regime change agenda pursued by the Israeli Right, using the U.S. for that purpose. The missing ingredient: a Pearl Harbor-like attack on the U.S.

Albright was widely criticized for her failure to heed warnings that foreshadowed Al Qaeda truck bombings in 1998 that killed 224 people in U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Those were warm-ups for the mass murder provocation of 9/11. Failing to heed terrorist warnings set a precedent for Bush-era National Security Adviser Condi Rice, mentored by Albright and her father, Josef Korbel.

As one of her last official acts as senior U.S. diplomat, in August 2000 she named the State Department building after Harry Truman who is best known abroad for recognizing the Zionist experiment as a legitimate state despite strenuous objections from his Secretary of State, General George Marshall, our intelligence community, the diplomatic corps and the Joint Chiefs.^[71] Albright not only refused to confront the Israeli Right, the reliable consistency of her appeasement further emboldened them.

The loans-for-shares fraud at the core of the financial pillaging of Russia reached its height in the mid-1990s just as the asset Clinton appointed Albright our top diplomat. The Larry Summers-selected advisory team that proposed and oversaw that nation-scale asset-stripping faced no accountability for the foreseeable outcome. During her four-year tenure, Albright did nothing to stand in the way of stealing what was left to steal. Her failure to intervene ensured the destabilization of post-Soviet Russia—made far worse by the foreseeable sanctions imposed when Russia was induced to invade Ukraine.

It was on her watch that Tom Dine, former Executive Director of AIPAC, 1980-93, became the longest serving Director of Radio Free Europe headquartered in Prague where he was based from 1997 to 2005. Prior to that, he was assistant head of USAID for central Europe and the former Soviet Union. Future research will identify what steps he took to oppose or report on the financial pillaging of Russia.^[72]

After working together for several years, Dr. Olds posed two questions to me just prior to his departure for a meeting that included, among others, former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan and Maurice Strong who convened the first Earth Summit in 1992 in Rio de Janeiro:^[73]

“Mel, did the Jewish elite have a hand in the Holocaust and did Bill Clinton commit treason when he loaded up his second-term Cabinet with dedicated Zionists?” My response:

“Glenn, without the Holocaust, could Truman have recognized the Jewish state over the strong objections of his Secretary of State George Marshall and our Joint Chiefs who warned Truman that what has since happened in the region would, in fact, happen and is now a matter of record? I’m sorry but this is how bad this really is—and worse. As for Bill Clinton, he could never betray our nation. He betrays himself every day he gets up and puts on his pants. The man has never had a real sense of who he is—only what he needs to be for people to like him.”^[74]

Keepers of the Narrative

The most influential appointees in Bill Clinton’s second-term Cabinet included Robert Rubin, Secretary of the Treasury, Larry Summers as Rubin’s Deputy (and then Secretary), Madeleine Albright as Secretary of State and Sandy Berger as National Security Adviser. Summers selected and Rubin approved the (predominantly Jewish) personnel who advised Russian leaders on the oligarch-assured privatization techniques adopted in the post-Soviet transition away from their unworkable Marxist-inspired system.^[75]

Dr. Glenn Olds began his search for me after declining Clinton’s request to reorganize his Cabinet following his first two disastrous years as president. My father told Glenn about me in 1973 after Jerry Ford was appointed Vice President to Richard Nixon following the resignation of Vice President Spiro Agnew. With Ford’s ascendancy to the presidency, my father became his vice president.

The bulk of the pre-staging for the 9/11 provocation occurred during the Clinton presidency, 1993-2001. Only after my return from Baghdad in February 1997 with intelligence that could have prevented the war in Iraq was an attempt made to discredit me by framing me for a 1995 fraud. That operation was based in Minneapolis where Zacarias Moussaoui, the “20^th hijacker” took his pilot training and pre-9/11 access to his computer was denied. A good faith investigation of my experience may well have uncovered the pre-staging for 9/11. FBI agents in the Minneapolis office were directly involved in the criminal stalking of my person, including an attempt to discredit me with a professional colleague and an attempt to suborn perjury. A Freedom of Information Act response confirmed that an FBI agent in Berlin accused me of “extortion” after I promised to reveal the role of FBI agents in this serial criminal stalking and its disastrous impact on U.S. national security. A friendly FBI agent informed a colleague in Minnesota that Clinton Attorney General Janet Reno flew into Minneapolis and returned to Washington with my FBI files. Yet no one would speak to me

With George W. Bush “elected” president (by a Supreme Court decision), Condi Rice emerged as National Security Adviser. While a teenager, the family of Condi Rice moved in next door to Benjamin Netanyahu’s father, a devout follower of “Hebrew fascist” Ze’ev Jabotinsky who emerged from Odessa, the birthplace of three Israeli prime ministers and two presidents. “Bibi’ Netanyahu, the rightwing Likud Prime Minister, served longer than the Ukraine-born ardent Zionist David Ben-Gurion, the first Prime Minister of the “Jewish state”. Bibi first met Mormon Mitt Romney at Boston Consulting Group in 1976. Flaunting U.S. law, a sitting Israeli Prime Minister campaigned for Romney in 2012 in the Jewish stronghold of Florida.

In January 2001, when Alright left office, she would have left two primary files for Condi Rice as her protege and incoming National Security Adviser. First would be the Russia portfolio to which she would foreseeably gravitate as a Korbel-trained, Albright-mentored specialist and first Black female National Security Adviser aiming to excel at her job. Second is the terrorism file. Anti-terrorism specialist Richard Clarke urged that Condi treat the looming threat of terrorism as if “her hair was on fire”. She didn’t.

Instead, after 9/11, she joined the chorus of Iraqi WMD advocates, including her memorable refrain, “We don’t want a smoking gun to be a mushroom cloud.”^[76] Rice was a member of the neocon-dominated “Vulcans” who, in the lead-up to the 2000 presidential campaign, advised George. W. Bush on his weakest subject: foreign policy.^[77]

Albright’s book, Fascism: A Warning, featured a useful reminder for these perilous times: “…both Mussolini and Hitler came to power constitutionally.”

A Final Reflection

In 1997, over dinner at the Toronto home of Charlene Gorbet, I met her husband Fred, former Deputy Finance Minister, who was heading a task force to reorganize Canada’s banking system. Fred was being lobbied to embrace reforms recommended by Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan, Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin and Deputy Secretary Larry Summers. Charlene shared with me her concern that these three senior Jewish officials were targeting Fred’s Jewish identity.

Few people realize that, prior to his appointment by Ronald Reagan as Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Greenspan provided a solvency opinion for Lincoln Savings & Loan, the nation’s most costly Savings and Loan fraud.^[78] I explained to Fred why he should ignore what Greenspan, Rubin and Summers advised by, in effect, repealing the Depression-era investor protections of Glass-Steagall.

A decade earlier, the removal of local mortgage oversight by community lenders (instead securitizing loans and relegating loan officers to loan origination) enabled a $150 billion-plus fraud in the Savings and Loan industry. That set the stage for the mega-fraud of 2008 known as “subprime” as risky loans were bundled, securitized and sold worldwide, generating middleman fees at every step. In both cases, interests were realigned in a way that enabled and incentivized fraud. According to the Dallas Federal Reserve, the resulting global financial crisis inflicted tens of trillions in costs on the U.S. economy.

Our dinner meeting contributed to Canada not following the advice of Greenspan & Co. Canadian Mark Carney was recruited by the U.K. in 2012 to head the Bank of England based, in part, on Canadian banks remaining largely untouched by a global crisis. That costly crisis traces to “reforms” enacted in the U.S.—led by Jewish officials in the U.S. who sought to manipulate the Jewish identity of a Canadian Treasury official in order to enact similar reforms there.

Charlene planned that dinner after a side discussion we had in Vancouver. She shared my concerns about the impact of identity on personal authority and how beliefs can be manipulated to influence identity. She understood why it’s essential that people recognize their own biases and take responsibility for their thoughts. Otherwise, beliefs can filter the facts and obscure the perception of reality. That’s a critical national security take-away from this addendum.

Addendum B—Global Orchestration^[79]

Consistent with the modus operandi of Israeli game theory war planners, wars are waged “by way of deception” (the operating credo of the Mossad). Those identified don’t do this to us. Instead, psyops are deployed that induce us to do it to ourselves, often in response to well-timed crises traceable to skilled agent provocateurs and those with a “tireless genius for crisis.” First comes the duplicitous pre-staging (befriend to betray); then comes the war-mongering orchestration. One illustrative example confirms the lengthy Israeli pre-staging enabled with a phony friendship and false intelligence fixed around a predetermined goal.

On April 14, 1986, 160 American, British and German aircraft dropped sixty tons of bombs on Libya, killing 40 civilians. The provocation: an April 5, 1986 terrorist attack on Berlin’s La Belle Discotheque that killed two U.S. servicemen. The duplicitous pre-staging: in mid-February, the Mossad launched Operation Trojan, a bogus broadcasting operation in Tripoli staged to make it appear that the Libyan leadership was transmitting terrorist instructions to their embassies worldwide^[80] Though the phony transmissions by Israeli intelligence failed to deceive French or Spanish intelligence, U.S. intelligence was reassured when its authenticity was confirmed by Israel, America’s “special friend” and, even now, perceived as an ally.

The war-mongering orchestration: With Israeli Mossad operatives tied into terrorist organizations throughout Europe able to trigger profiled assets on short notice, it was only a matter of time before an American would become a victim. In terms of the math underlying game theory warfare, such a terrorist event was probabilistic. With President Reagan on record promising to retaliate against any country shown to support terrorism, the orchestration was complete.^[81] As the Mossad concedes: “When the orchestra starts to play, we just hum along.”

The resulting attack by U.S.-led coalition forces on Tripoli and Benghazi (Operation El Dorado) scuttled negotiations for the release of hostages in Lebanon and led to the retaliatory execution of American University of Beirut librarian Peter Kilburn, held captive for 16 months. That murderous reaction to an Israel-orchestrated provocation (a classic game theory operation) raised the global profile of “radical Islamic extremists” as a plausible threat to the U.S. and the E.U. The result pre-staged both the pre-9/11 narrative, The Clash of Civilizations, and the post-9/11 narrative of “Islamo-fascism.”

 

The Costs of An Entangled Alliance

Tel Aviv’s success with Operation Trojan also confirmed for the broader Muslim world U.S. susceptibility to Israeli duplicity. Tel Aviv could deceive its ally, mobilize its military and engage its allies contrary to their true interests and manipulate public opinion at will—yet still be assured of U.S. support. The unwavering support includes intelligence sharing, diplomatic protection at the U.N., the provision of arms and munitions and an assurance that Israel can maintain a “qualitative edge” in weaponry with U.S. taxpayer support, including a 10-year $38 billion commitment approved in September 2016.

Operation Trojan confirmed for the Israel lobby their virtual control both of the Congress and the Office of the President regardless of political party. With the production of the Trump presidency, their virtual control become actual.^[82]

Israeli confidence soared when its Libyan deception succeeded by simultaneously misleading American leaders, discrediting the U.S. and inducing us to deploy our military to achieve goals of the Israeli Right. Meanwhile its lobby continued to nurture this “special relationship” as more pro-Israelis were moved into leadership positions in the Congress and onto those committees key to advancing Israel’s long game. Tel Aviv’s manipulation of the U.S. military to remove Saddam Hussein became Israel’s strategic objective at least 15 years prior to the mass murder of 9/11. A senior Mossad operative was candid in assessing their success with Operation Trojan:

“After the bombing of Libya, our friend Gaddafi is sure to stay out of the picture for some time. Iraq and Saddam Hussein are the next target. We’re starting now to build him up as the big villain. It will take some time, but in the end, there’s no doubt that it’ll work.”^[83]

The Israeli strategy for regime change in Baghdad took a bit longer because Iraq was secular, modern and moderate—arguably because its despotic leader quashed radical Islamic extremism while its neighbors were often non-secular, anti-modern and becoming gradually more radical. That extremist drift was fueled by serial Israeli provocations (a key role played by Israel’s brutal occupation of Palestine) and by the easily enraged fundamentalist Islam spread by Saudi-supported Wahhabi clerics and madrassas (schools).

Rand glorified unbridled free markets as a reliable source of knowledge and even wisdom. To sell her message and brand the messenger, she wore a large silver broach crafted as a dollar sign. Alan Greenspan, appointed in 1987 to chair the Federal Reserve by asset Ronald Reagan, became a Rand devotee in the 1950s and served on her board of editors at The Objectivist. Viewing his world through her money-myopic lens, Greenspan oversaw for 18-1/2 years the most rapid concentration of wealth and income in U.S. history. His Rand-inspired policies pre-staged and enabled the subprime mortgage fraud, triggering the Great Recession, a triumph of consensus beliefs over facts, experience and commonsense. ↑

80. The Trojan was a communication device planted by Israeli naval commandos in Tripoli. The device received prerecorded digital transmissions from an Israeli navy ship and rebroadcast the transmission on another frequency, enabling the misleading broadcast to be picked up by U.S. and other intelligence agencies. Due to the ability to triangulate to determine the location, the Trojan was planted near the broadcasting center of the Libyan government. That Israeli operation included the rental of an apartment by a Mossad operative who prepaid the rent for six months. French and Spanish intelligence agencies were suspicious that the careful Libyans would suddenly begin to broadcast their intentions while also using language similar to Mossad reports on Libya. That suspicion was confirmed with the intercept of an after-incident report. Familiar with Israeli duplicity and staffed by intelligence personnel less afflicted than Washington by dual or divided loyalties, Paris and Madrid viewed that report as further proof that the transmissions were Israeli disinformation. Note again the displacement of facts with manipulated beliefs traceable to this entangled alliance. ↑
