As a constituent, I ask that you speak with myself and Jeff Gates about an urgent national security matter summarized below. It’s essential that we speak ASAP.

What do I seek? I ask that you speak directly with President-elect Biden to ensure that (a) he received my Nov. 18, 2020 memo (copy enclosed), and (b) he speaks with us ASAP. Our discussion with you will confirm why he must contact me. Without the proof I offer, he cannot heal our divided nation.

As the out-of-wedlock son of Nelson Rockefeller born in 1952, I’ve been stalked my entire life by those my father described in 1964 as sharing a “tireless genius for crisis”. My life experience proves that those I profiled while being stalked pose a threat both to national security and the rule of law—as chronicled in the enclosed memos to President-elect Biden and Dr. Jill Biden. But first some background and an overview of a fast-emerging risk that could undermine or even prematurely end the Biden presidency.

Background. Drawn to Arizona in 1973 by those described, I attended ASU before moving to Tucson where I began my family. Shortly after my father’s death in 1979, the stalking increased in frequency and intensity (see the blue tab). I was then married with three young children. My personal history is summarized online. My wife and I built this home in Tucson at Craycroft and Sunrise in 1978 at a cost of $47,000. You will see our names on the original deed. Builder Andrew Wright unilaterally canceled our escrow with the title company. This had never before been done in Arizona. Had my wife not wanted out of our rental, I would have won a high six-figure settlement. Even then, those stalking me were behind what was done.

Until I took my family surname in 1993, the stalkers did not know that I knew my true identity. Because of who I am, I was routinely drawn into circles where children or siblings of other families with wealth or influence were also being stalked by the same parties. That risk is addressed in my memo to Dr. Jill Biden. While Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, Senator Biden responded three times to me and my counsel.

I returned from Iraq in February 1997 with (a) evidence of no nuclear WMD, (b) an offer by Iraq’s senior sheikhs to remove Saddam without a war (he reportedly agreed), and (c) an offer to provide U.S. firms with the bulk of the contracts for reconstruction and oil. Had I been engaged in good faith, the lengthy pre-staging for the mass murder provocation of 911 may well have been uncovered, and certainly the disastrous war in Iraq could have been prevented.

Four days after 9/11, during a principals’ meeting at Camp David, neocon Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz argued for the U.S. invasion of Iraq even though Osama bin Laden was believed to be in Afghanistan and Saddam Hussein was well known to detest Islamic fundamentalists and routinely had them killed. On that same day (Sept. 15, 2001), San Diego FBI Special Agent Stephen Butler interviewed Munther Ghazal, the Iraqi who accompanied me to Baghdad. Agent Butler had only two questions for Munther: (1) “Who did it?” To which he replied: “Israeli intelligence and Saudi money.”, and (2) “Are you providing support, directly or indirectly, for James M. Rockefeller?” To which he replied: “Ask Mr. Rockefeller. You have his number and that is not an appropriate question to ask me.” Munther detected an Israeli accent spoken by one of the two people who accompanied Agent Butler.

Despite repeated requests, no one with line authority has been willing to interview me on a record. Nor has any member of the Arizona Congressional delegation been willing to speak with me or agree to meet. Your oath of office obliges you to engage me as a constituent able to prove the source of the systemic threat we will discuss. Review these materials, grant me benefit of the doubt and you can protect the Biden Administration from the influence of those I’ve profiled my entire life.

President-elect Biden must be informed of the ongoing pre-staging of numerous potential crises that may well be calculated to divert attention from what my life proves is the common source of a systemic duplicity traceable to agent provocateurs on the pro-Israel Right, as documented in the enclosures. Consider:

As my life experience proves, the Israeli Right exerts virtual control over the Congress through their expansive lobby, including AIPAC and ~600 pro-Israel affiliates (see Big Israel, 2018). None of them comply with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) despite recently lobbying us to wage wars in Iraq, Libya, Syria and Iran. Our military is trained to react to crises while those I profiled are trained to catalyze crises, often by manipulating the ‘middle ground’—as described above. By helping President Biden expose the nonlinear how of this manipulation, the who and why will become apparent, enabling linear jurisprudence to adapt to identify, indict and prosecute those complicit—consistent with the rule of law.

Donald Trump is not the problem. He’s an easily profiled narcissist whose presidency was produced by those I profiled. As a classic asset, he could be relied upon to act out his unfulfilled needs for attention. It’s no surprise he was mentored by mob lawyer Roy Cohn. Nor that his closest confidantes in the Trump Organization (David Friedman, Jason Greenblatt, Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, et.al.) are all members of Chabad Lubavitch, an orthodox Hasidic sect that traces its origins to the Lithuania of 1775.

Trump’s 2016 “election” was a Facebook-facilitated psyop enabled by the online psychological profilers at Cambridge Analytica. He did not intend to win; his campaign was a branding gambit that put rightwing pro-Israelis in virtual control of the Executive Branch, including our military. The Cambridge Analytical scandal did not break in the U.S. until April 2018. Our March 2017 analysis was ‘disappeared’ from our site. Who would have the means and motive to do that? Unless those I profiled can quickly catalyze another attention-diverting crisis, they know this proof is making its way to the President-elect and to the public through numerous journalists and foreign officials. Keep in mind that those described revere Masada and the suicide pact it commemorates. The financial costs alone of this hidden tax total in the tens of trillions of dollars plus countless lives and vast foregone opportunities. As those complicit know, my life experience is uniquely able to prove who, how and why.

Will those extremists at risk of imminent exposure for crimes against humanity resort to extreme steps to escape accountability? If you’ve any doubt about that, become familiar with the facts and analyses compiled with research pivoting off my firsthand experience. Would those identified deploy a nuclear device or a dirty bomb and attempt to blame it on Iran? Would they seek to provoke a U.S./Russia confrontation? Would they assassinate a senior U.S. official? The answer to each of those questions is a resounding “Yes”.

John F. Kennedy was committed to nuclear nonproliferation. He did not survive long after a June 1963 attempt to shutter a nuclear weapons program that Israelis denied they had. Shimon Peres bragged about lying to four U.S. presidents while Zionists developed their arsenal. As Attorney General, Robert Kennedy and Bill Fulbright sought to force FARA compliance. Had RFK survived, so might those two initiatives.

Special Friend? Our trust has long been abused by those who created precisely the sort of “entangled alliance’ that George Washington advised we avoid. This “special friendship” with its (thus far) “unbreakable bond” is the greatest single peril we face as a nation dedicated to the fact-based rule of law to defend our freedom. My life experience—including while residing in Arizona off and on since 1973—confirms their “genius” for denying me access to equal protection of the law at the local, state and federal level.

Thus my concern for the Biden Administration and its commitment to address the pandemic, the climate crisis, poverty, widening inequality and an array of other priorities. The self-absorbed few chronicled in these accounts care nothing for any of that—nor for any of us or our shared values. Nor do they care that their behavior risks fueling anti-Semitism as people wrongly assume that the psychopathy of this duplicitous few is widely shared, making the broader community appear guilty by association.

If we hope to restore a functioning democracy that, to date, has not delivered for many Americans, we can no longer afford to coddle those few who have systematically weakened us—diplomatically, financially, fiscally, geopolitically and morally. Who benefitted? If you and President-elect Biden will engage me in a functional fashion, this corruption can be bypassed and today’s social/economic decline reversed.

German cultural elites recently signaled their resistance to weaponization of the charge of anti-Semitism as a means to silence criticism of Israeli policies. The most powerful weapon in fighting this corruption is the perpetrators’ own knowledge of what they’ve done—to the son of Nelson Rockefeller (what did I ever do to them?), to other families, to the U.S. and to other nations. Enclosed is my December 17 memo to U.N Ambassador Christoph Heusgen of Germany urging the transnational cooperation required to address this trans-generational problem.

At pages 24-27 of the Biden-Harris memo, please review 25 Action Points I advise to address this systemic criminality. When a long-deceived public realizes what this duplicity has cost them, will those responsible go away without a fight? No, but they will fight largely with the weaponry they know best: provocations, well-timed crises, deception, mayhem and murder. Nuclear weapons are a real possibility.

FYI: I called Senator Sinema’s office on December 15th to seek her help and her office ignored me. I then called your office and spoke to Naomi whose tone and manner gave me real hope because every Arizona Senator I’ve approached to date—McCain, Kyl and Flake—ignored me. Likewise every Representative. Congressman David Schweikert refused to meet. While a House Member, Sinema passed me off to an aide who confirmed she would speak to her intelligence contact in D.C. and get back to me. Sinema never returned my calls nor did her staff. We met face-to-face at one of her coffees. As soon as I gave her my name, she turned abruptly and walked away leaving her staff to speak to me. I expect she was briefed that I would approach her with her planning to ignore any request to meet.

Lastly, attached is a brief appendix on John McCain. Despite your respect for the man, the sad truth is that he performed as a classic asset for those profiled, a subject we can discuss at a later date. We call the enclosed book (Guilt by Association) “the McCain book” with three chapters chronicling his conduct. Those profiled are masterful mythmakers and accomplished storytellers.

Appendix — John McCain: The Myth and the Reality

The index of Guilt By Association features more references to John McCain than any other person or subject. “Asset” is defined at page xxix. Three chapters chronicle his role in the S&L crisis, campaign finance ‘reform’, the war in Iraq and the USS Liberty cover-up. Attached is my June 15, 2018 memo urging an apology to the American public. The addendum includes a partial list of those I encountered in Arizona complicit in this corruption. The McCain-led Keating Five added ~$50 billion to the cost of the S&L fraud by delaying needed reforms. I was stalked by Jerome Corsi in 1995. [See online The Poland Connection.] Corsi was financed by Carl Lindner who fired Charles Keating as general counsel when he found that Keating put a contract on Hustler publisher Larry Flynt. Keating moved to Arizona and oversaw Lincoln S&L, the nation’s largest S&L fraud. Corsi is an Israeli asset who publishes psyop books that advance narratives for the Israeli Right. His 2004 book, Unfit for Command “swift boated” John Kerry to keep Zionist Christian George W. Bush in office another four years. In August 2020, swift boat strategists launched a pro-Trump campaign with the support of Trump mega-donor Sheldon Adelson, a multi-billionaire casino owner and Zionist extremist. In November 2018, the asset Trump presented the Medal of Freedom to Miriam Adelson, his rightwing Israeli wife. Corsi’s books include: Atomic Iran (2005), The Obama Nation (2008), and Why Israel Can’t Wait—The Coming War Between Israel and Iran (2009)

McCain-Feingold Reform. See pp. xviii-xix chronicling the math behind that 2002 ‘reform’ and who actually benefitted. They paved the way for the 2010 Citizens United decision that opened the floodgates for mega-donors such as the Adelsons who have only one agenda: Israel. Others such as the Koch brothers also dominated the policy landscape with generous support for an extreme libertarianism that foreseeably continues to widen inequalities in wealth, income and influence. That narrow (financial) vision of freedom traces to the writings of Russian novelist Ayn Rand (né Alyssa Rosenbaum). Former Speaker Paul Ryan credits Rand with inspiring him to enter politics. Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump are also considered Randians. Both Reagan and Trump are assets who championed deficit-financed ‘supply-side’ tax policies certain to make the already-rich far richer.

War in Iraq. McCain and Joe Lieberman were the two chief salesmen for the false WMD intelligence produced to justify the invasion of Iraq. Their advocacy began on 911 before anyone had identified the perpetrators. They sponsored Iraqi liar Ahmad Chalabi when he first came to the U.S. in 1991, a decade prior to 911. In September 2000, a member of Lieberman’s Secret Service detail came to my home with two local policemen (he was then campaigning with Al Gore) in an attempt to discredit me. Those who orchestrated that operation knew I could prove that the Iraqi WMD story was a lie. See online The War in Iraq Could Have Been Prevented. In March 2001, Indonesia Intelligence Chief Arie Kumaat briefed me in Jakarta on intelligence suggesting Israeli pre-staging for a major out-of-theater operation that could not yet be identified. Post-911, he was murdered (poisoned) in January 2002 as he began to schedule briefings for me to alert Muslim heads of state on the false WMD intelligence. See online The Indonesia Connection.

The USS Liberty Cover-up. On June 8, 1967, Israeli forces attacked the USS Liberty, killing 34 Americans and injuring 174. Lyndon Johnson and Defense Secretary Robert McNamara ordered a cover-up that remains ongoing 53 years later. To ensure Americans did not realize that Israelis killed Americans during an aggressive land grab planned since no later than 1951, the ship’s captain was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor in a low-profile ceremony at the Washington Navy Yard. USS Liberty veterans still seek justice, an outcome the veteran McCain could have helped them realize rather than joining his father in aiding the cover-up of the most shameful incident in U.S. Navy history. Admirals Tom Moorer and Bobby Inman were among the few officials who objected to what some critics view as Johnson’s treason. But for this cover-up, an informed U.S. public may well have insisted on reforming this “special relationship”.

Organized Crime. Chapter 2 describes how the organized crime syndicate that drew me to Arizona in 1973 is the same Marley/Hensley lineage that set the stage for John McCain to benefit from their sponsorship as he was elected to Congress in 1986 and served as a dependably pliable six-term Senator. Army veteran Tom Cotton has emerged as McCain Lite as he reliably carries water for the Israeli Right. No one has yet dared call this treason. With what my life experience proves, that silence will soon end.
