Had we met after I wrote to you on February 5, 2003, I am confident Trump would not be president, as I explain below.

His latest threat to violate the Constitution can only discredit the 2020 election. Trump is not the issue. He’s a classic asset simply acting out his unfulfilled needs as an easily profiled narcissist. He can’t help himself. This presidency was a social media production—a Facebook-enabled, Cambridge Analytica-orchestrated psy-op. [Our February 2017 analysis detailing this abuse of our democratic process was “disappeared” from our website: Protecting the U.S. from the True Extremists (see the exhibits).]

With the asset Trump in the White House, our Constitution is collateral damage—treated much like your reputation by those who induced us to invade Iraq and set in motion game theory-foreseeable outcomes that endangered national security. With your help, I am confident we can expose how this happened and take steps to protect our democracy from those responsible.

I’ve followed your career with interest and great admiration. Thus my outrage when I saw how you were used. Based on my life experience, I immediately knew who, how and why. Those profiled appropriated your celebrity and credibility in a classic “correspondence” psy-op. The issue I propose we discuss: How could I know this and write you a letter that same day?

In a 1964 speech during his second of four terms as Governor, my father warned of the threat posed to democracy by those with a “tireless genius for crisis”, including the risk they pose to the rule of law. That’s who induced us to war. I bring to this work a lifetime of criminal stalking by those skilled at using crises to impact beliefs and advance pre-staged narratives. That’s what we propose to discuss. If you will read the entirety of this 12-page memo, you will see why we should schedule a conference call ASAP.

“If you break it you own it.” George W. Bush didn’t just break Iraq, his (manipulated) decision also broke key institutions of democracy and paved the way for the anti-democratic Trump and the authoritarian Unitary Executive Theory. Crises are a time-proven means to displace critical thinking, enabling manipulated beliefs (e.g., Iraqi WMD) to displace the facts required for informed consent.

Post-invasion, 69% of Americans polled believed that Saddam Hussein played a role in 9/11 despite the fact that he was well known to detest Islamic extremists. That’s how facts and truth are displaced. To answer the troubling question, “Why?” requires a candid assessment of who benefitted. I turn below to specific, actionable ways that you could help us restore and protect our democracy.

Dr. Glenn Olds advised both my father (1945-1979) and myself (1994-2006). On his death, Glenn and George H.W. Bush and their wives had been close friends for 59 years. They met at Yale when Glenn was a T.A. and George his student. [More background is documented in my attached April 30, 2016 memo to Jeb’s son, Prescott.[1]] Had Dubya conceded the invasion was a mistake and apologized, Jeb might now be president. Had he identified who deceived him and how, Trump would still be a failed reality show host and our nation would be far more secure from those I profiled while being stalked.

A confidante and trusted adviser to four presidents, two of each party, Glenn Olds was an insider’s insider. Yet, until he grasped what my life experience proves, he could not see what we propose to discuss with you. When he knew he was dying, he flew to Houston in 2005 to brief G.H.W. on what I uncovered by studying those stalking me. By then, Glenn was fully aware of—and greatly distressed by—the depth, duration and ongoing costs of the deception that my life experience confirms.

Befriend to Betray

Israeli right-wingers befriended George W. dating from when he flew to Israel while Governor. General Ariel Sharon escorted him by helicopter to the Mount of Olives where, standing “shoulder to shoulder”, he recited the words of the gospel classic, Amazing Grace. Thereafter, that signature phrase was cited both by Sharon and his successor, the even more rightwing Benjamin Netanyahu, when describing an “unbreakable bond” with their Likud-led government—regardless of Israeli behavior. That behavior includes frequent human rights abuses that fuel Arab anger both toward Israel and us as their reliable arms-provider, financier and U.N. defender.

The Second Intifada dates from September 2000 when Sharon led an armed march to Jerusalem’s Temple Mount. When, after a year of calm, suicide bombings recommenced, Sharon and Netanyahu observed that only when Americans “feel our pain” would we understand the plight of Israelis. Both men mentioned a weighted body count of 4,500 to 5,000 Americans lost to terrorism, the initial estimate of those who died a year later in the twin towers of the World Trade Center.

Many of the most critical insights I uncovered came from Holocaust survivors and concerned Jews worried about a strain of militant extremism within their faith tradition that makes them appear guilty by association while those responsible conceal their behavior behind a claim of anti-Semitic tropes.

The risks we propose to discuss are imposed not only on the U.S. but also on Israel. British philanthropist Dame Vivien Duffield has given hundreds of millions of pounds to Israel. She is furious about their ethno-nationalist nation-state law. As she told Haaretz: “My Israel is Dead….Do I like Israel at the moment? No, I hate Israel. I think it’s a strong word, but I disapprove of everything.”[2] With proof confirming how these extremists have long preyed on religious identity (Jewish, Mormon, Zionist Christian), we’re hopeful she may assist with the patronage required to sustain work able to protect the broader Jewish community from the extremists I profiled my entire life.

The behavior of the rightwing Netanyahu is remarkably similar to Donald Trump. Both seek to manipulate the political process knowing they face potential criminal liabilities should they fail to hold onto power.

The fact patterns confirm that these extremists routinely put the broader Jewish community at risk. Anyone who dares deploy with us the toxic smear of anti-Semitism can speak to colleague Justin Donne (born Noam Milner) whose ancestor, “race patriot” Lord Milner, ghost-wrote the 1917 Balfour Declaration for U.K. Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour. Born in Israel to a prominent Zionist family, he’s available to speak to anyone (in seven languages, including Hebrew) who tries to use that slur to disparage these facts and analyses. This threat to national security is not about Jews, Judaism or Israel; this work proves beyond any reasonable doubt how extremists use well-timed crises to displace facts with false beliefs (e.g., Iraqi WMD) and deploy pre-staged narratives to shape the course of human history. How old is this modus operandi? Answer: how long have beliefs been manipulated to influence behavior?

But for the unique “insider” nature of how these facts were gathered and the analyses derived over my lifetime (I am 68), it’s highly unlikely that anyone would ever have acquired the evidence able to prove how this nonlinear deceit operates in plain sight yet, to date, with legal impunity. If what’s been done to me with impunity can be done to even one citizen of this nation, what does that say for the rule of law on which the liberty of all depends?

Why am I writing to you and what do we propose? Four key areas for your consideration:

  1. Review The War in Iraq Could Have Been Prevented and The Indonesia Connection (you have hard copy attached to our July 24 memo). Then let’s schedule a call to discuss and answer any questions. Our hope is that call will be followed by a videoconference with Munther Ghazal (see below). I am in Arizona on 602-758-1534. Jeff is in California on 928-978-4568.
  2. A filmed interview of Iraqi-American Munther Ghazal can fast-track exposing the source of this threat. Munther and I returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with evidence of no WMD and an offer by senior sheikhs to remove Saddam without a war (he reportedly agreed). What was done to Munther and myself in the U.S. to suppress that intelligence bears directly on how you were used to induce us to war against our true national interests.

Advancing age, health issues and the upcoming election make this a time-critical undertaking. More below on the usefulness of that interview and in the attached July 30 email to Mary Bush.[3]

Were this interview to include George Bush (e.g., filmed in the Bush Library in Dallas), this project could expose both (a) who induced us to war, and (b) who put the asset Trump in the Oval Office. Had you met with Munther and myself in 2003, you likely would have taken us to meet Dubya, the false Iraqi WMD intelligence could have been challenged and that disastrous war prevented.

I am extremely concerned that, without the assistance this work requires, these facts and analyses may die with me. Hannah Arendt, a German-Jewish philosopher and Holocaust survivor who fled to the U.S., articulated my fear when she recalled that “facts must be respected, not because of their objectivity, but precisely because without the human effort to preserve them they will disappear.”

Crimes committed against me with legal impunity have also been committed against the U.S. and against humanity. To lose the proof of how this was done can only embolden and enable more such inhumanity and increase this hidden tax on future generations.

Those I profiled while being stalked specialize in usury—using people, reputations, institutions, nations, etc. I am committed to ensure we never use anyone. Early on, I knew that, if the criminal obstruction related to crimes against me could be sustained, telling law enforcement my father’s identity would only further threaten my family. In a system of equal protection under the law, my genealogy should be no more relevant than my race, color or national origin. No one is safe unless we live in a nation where law enforcement follows the real facts to their fullest conclusion.

What was done to me was also done to our nation. With your help, we can seed real change that will prevent this corruption from endangering future generations. Members of the broader Jewish community are as much victims as the rest of us. I’ve known this since I was in my teens. This isn’t a “people” doing this. It’s about how beliefs—or what people are induced to believe—enabled what never could have been accomplished without those responsible deploying their “tireless genius for crisis”.

My preference is to remain in the background. Those I profiled will know my life experience is the source of these facts and analyses. Your engagement will trigger a reaction as those responsible realize that transparency is looming and accountability at law is now a real possibility. As I recover my health, I can advise on an as-needed basis. I’ve been “at this” full time since 1982 when the first serious fraud was perpetrated on me (see below). My counsel Ron Burd has been “in the trenches” since 1992 and Jeff Gates since 2002. What you see here reflects 85 combined years of research, analysis and firsthand experience.

Overview—from Macro to Micro

At the core of what can now be proven is how a secular nation—founded to be governed by facts and reliant on the rule of law to protect our liberty—was induced to become steadily more non-secular while drifting ever further from the truth.[4] That trend corrupted key institutions of democracy to benefit an identifiable few while inducing us to wage costly and unwinnable wars contrary to our national interests.

The “institutionalization” of this corruption is exemplified by those who produced and staff this very dangerous administration. That includes not only the Chabad Lubavitch devotees in Trump’s inner circle—both at the Trump Organization and in the White House (Kushner, Friedman, Greenblatt, etc.) but also their Zionist-Christian counterparts such as Mike Pompeo with his End Times worldview and his insertion of religion into the center of U.S. human rights policy. Our Founders would be apoplectic.

A truly functional national security and federal law enforcement apparatus would answer this question: How can this nation invest ~$80 billion/year in intelligence and, even now, fail to identify those parties who routinely deploy deception as a weapon while operating in plain sight?

The who, how and why are proven by research and analysis pivoting off my experience profiling those stalking me my entire life as the out-of-wedlock son of Nelson Rockefeller. Those described have taken their deception too far. Liberal democracy cannot survive if we continue to appease those I profiled while being targeted by the same parties who targeted you—deploying the same modus operandi utilized to deceive and use this nation, including our military, our fiscal capital and our global goodwill earned at enormous cost.

Micro-macro: the same techniques used on me (and you) were also deployed against this nation and other nations. That’s why this systemic corruption is described as The Hidden Tax on Humanity. As two examples chronicling who, how and why, see attached:

  • The China Connection where those I profiled undermined an agreed-to hybrid e-commerce model for China with an initial reach of 235 million schoolchildren and their families. Nokia committed $150 million. Glenn Olds had agreements from 14 major universities to replicate the model worldwide, providing a perpetual funding source for education and vocational training.
  • The Poland Connection staged a 1995 fraud for which FBI agents in the Minneapolis office sought to frame me after my return from Iraq in 1997 with intelligence that could have prevented the war. See pp. 9-10 below for the key role played by Jerome Corsi who resurfaced with Roger Stone in 2019.

Useful Background

At a key juncture in the lead-up to war, Glenn Olds told me that former President George H.W. Bush could not reach his son. You know of Brent Scowcroft’s opposition, initially featured in an August 4, 2002 appearance on Face the Nation followed by an August 15 op-ed in the Wall Street Journal (“Don’t Attack Saddam”). G.H.W. was close both to Glenn and Brent Scowcroft. It’s highly unlikely G.H.W. would not have raised this false Iraqi WMD issue. Glenn also described for me a talk opposing the war that G.H.W. gave to a group of people who gathered at a lodge near the Bush family compound in Kennebunkport.

Scowcroft, who maintained a condo nearby, was rightly worried about the influence on Dick Cheney of Princeton Professor and arch-Zionist Bernard Lewis. His 1990 essay (“The Roots of Muslim Rage”) morphed into Samuel Huntington’s The Clash of Civilizations launched in Foreign Affairs in 1993 and then as a 1996 book whose global marketing involved 100 NGOs, internalizing that national security consensus.[5]

Glenn was ordained a Methodist Minister at age 19. Mark Hatfield was his debate partner at Willamette College. A trusted confidante and adviser to four presidents, two of each party, Jack Kennedy, then the junior Senator from Massachusetts, served as one of Glenn’s trustees when he was President of Springfield College, a training center for those aspiring to careers in public service. He met with Kennedy the day before he was murdered. He also regularly played golf with Eisenhower.

As a liberator of death camps at the close of WWII, Ike’s natural sympathies led him to support Truman’s recognition of the Jewish homeland but only after Ike conveyed to Arab leaders the founding Zionists’ assurance that they would take no more land. That helped counter strong opposition from Secretary of State George Marshall, the C.I.A., our diplomatic corps and our prescient Joint Chiefs who warned the Christian-Zionist Truman that U.S. recognition of an enclave of Jewish-Zionist elites and extremists would “prejudice U.S. interests” by engaging us “in a continuously widening and deepening series of operations intended to secure maximum Jewish objectives.”

Ike realized he’d been deceived when Israel launched its Sinai Campaign during the last week of his 1956 reelection campaign (aka the well-timed Suez Crisis). Israeli troops parachuted into the Sinai and refused to leave. Under pressure, French and British forces withdrew. Not the Israelis. When Ike sought help from Congressional leaders, they declined—confirming even then the Israel lobby’s virtual control of the U.S. Congress 64 years ago. He resorted instead to a nationally televised appeal.

By Way of Deception[6]

Glenn Olds described for me how, while playing golf with Eisenhower, he was clearly still angry when he explained to Glenn, “they made a liar of me.”[7] Big Israel documents at least 600 affiliates of the Israel lobby. Deception is standard operating procedure for those described. Shimon Peres bragged about lying to four U.S. presidents as he led the Zionists’ successful effort to attain nuclear weapons.

After Glenn and I had worked together for several years, he asked me two questions prior to leaving for a meeting that included, among others, former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan and Maurice Strong who convened the first Earth Summit in 1992 (Glenn mentored Mr. Strong). In preparation for their meeting, Glenn said they wanted to know, “Mel, did the Jewish elite have a hand in the Holocaust and did Bill Clinton commit treason when he loaded up his Cabinet with pro-Israelis?” I responded:

Glenn, without the Holocaust, could Truman have recognized the Jewish state over the strong objections of his Secretary of State George Marshall and our Joint Chiefs who warned Truman that what has since happened in the region would, in fact, happen and is now a matter of record? I’m sorry but this is how bad this really is—and worse. As for Bill Clinton, he could never betray our nation. He has betrayed himself every day he gets up and puts his pants on. The man has never had a real sense of who he is—only what he needs to be for people to like him.

Without the tragedy of the Holocaust, would the ethno-nationalist extremists who founded (and still govern) Israel have been able to secure nation-state recognition from Harry Truman? Without the tragedy of 9/11, would George W. Bush have ordered our military to wage in the volatile Middle East a war long sought by the Israeli Right? The consistency of the fact patterns repeated over decades confirm that those I profiled have long deployed a “tireless genius for crisis” to influence the course of history.

How do I know that? When I was four years old, those who used the circumstances of my 1952 birth to preemptively compromise my father’s presidential prospects, arranged for my mother to marry the brother of Robert King Cunningham. My “Uncle Bobby” served more than 50 years as a black-ops specialist for Donald Stralem whose father, Casimir, founded in 1850 the Rothschild-affiliated German-Jewish investment banking firm of Hallgarten and Company that financed both sides in the Civil War. Those profiled required the appearance of nation-state legitimacy to obscure their criminality while citing anti-Semitism as a rationale for non-extradition. Is it just coincidence that both presidents (Truman and Bush 43) were Zionist Christians surrounded by like-minded advisers? The greatest danger to democracy is how a well-placed extremist minority can wield such influence over a naïve and trusting majority.

My father gave Harry Truman a book by Vietnamese General Tran Hung Dao chronicling how Vietnam twice defeated Mongol invaders using the same guerilla tactics deployed to defeat the Super Power U.S. seven centuries later. As with the disastrous war in Iraq, the war in Vietnam was also a foreseeably unwinnable, costly, yet highly profitable disaster when Truman commenced that earlier misadventure.

Nonlinear Corruption

How do I know who deceived you, how and why? At an early age, I realized that the stalking was nonlinear and could not be exposed by a traditional/linear law enforcement investigation. Seeing the threat to my family (I was married with three young children when subjected to a sophisticated bank fraud in 1981-82),[8] I “let go” and allowed myself to be drawn into those venues into which I was lured by those stalking the son of Nelson Rockefeller—unaware I knew my true identity and was stalking them.

In those settings, those I profiled were pre-staging or executing massive geopolitical manipulations (e.g., the war in Iraq) and/or large-scale financial frauds (S&L, Enron, dotcom). While they were targeting me, I was studying them and their tactics. As I intuited and now can prove, those stalking me were also targeting key democratic institutions, including the rule of law.

When I returned from Baghdad in February 1997 (travel was then illegal), regional specialists at the State Department refused to meet with me, creating a record. Instead, they insisted I speak with Richard Haass, then at Brookings, who declined to return my three calls. When I met Canadian health expert Charlene Gorbet at a Vancouver conference on healthcare and explained how I had been frozen out by my own government, she arranged for me to brief Canada’s regional specialists in Ottawa, including counsel to Prime Minister Chrétien. I was assured a record of my April 24th briefing would be preserved.

As I explained to Mrs. Gorbet, our State Department could ignore me but not Glenn Olds who had known Madeleine Albright since she was a teenager. After he began working with me, she would no longer return his calls. He shared a personal recollection of their first meeting in the early 1950s:

Glenn described meeting Marie Jana Korbel as a teenager with pigtails and braces when she stepped off a train arriving with her mother in Denver to join her father, Josef, an early Soviet Bloc defector and former Czech-Jewish Ambassador to the U.N. who had been granted a teaching post at the University of Denver. Then serving as University Chaplain, Glenn acted as faculty emissary to welcome Korbel’s wife and daughter on their arrival.

Glenn described how he held the family menorah as the teenager exited the train holding the object wrapped in silk. He knew the Korbel family well during his tenure as chaplain, 1951-54. After her December 1996 nomination as Clinton’s second-term Secretary of State and media reports that she was Jewish, Marie Jana described discovery of her Jewish heritage as an “epiphany.” As Glenn commented at a measured pace, “That…is…simply…not…believable.”

As one of her last official acts as senior U.S. diplomat, in August 2000 she named the State Department building after Harry Truman who is best known abroad for overruling strong objections both from his Secretary of State and the Joint Chiefs to recognize the Zionist experiment as a legitimate state.

Pre-Staging, Deception & Provocation

What my life experience proves is the lengthy pre-staging of operations that routinely use assets who can be relied upon (within an acceptable range of probabilities) to perform consistent with their profiled needs, desires, inclinations, beliefs, etc. Thus the key role of game theory and the ability to algorithmically model outcomes with only modest influence over the initiating factors. Consider:

The father of teenager Condi Rice moved next door to the father of Benjamin Netanyahu in Denver. When she became the first Black female National Security Adviser, would she gravitate to the Russia file, her specialty—mentored by Josef Korbel and his daughter? Or would she focus on the terrorist file provided by Richard Clarke? Based on the religious beliefs she shared with Bush 43, would she be inclined—in support of a man who provided her this opportunity—to reject Brent Scowcroft’s objections that (a) an invasion would detract from the war on terrorism, and (b) do nothing to solve the Israel-Palestine conflict, long a key source of anger in the Middle East?

Then as now, Israeli settlement policies arouse Arab anger and, as Brent Scowcroft noted, there are far more Arabs than Israelis. Those who produced Trump ensured that the Israeli Right got everything they sought. Trump is, at best, clueless which makes him ideal for the task. Rather than settling that conflict, those who advise Trump are stoking the fires that may yet catalyze another crisis in the region.

Intelligence analysts confirm that the crisis of 9/11 took a decade to plan and execute and required the aid of nation-state intelligence operating inside this country. The expansive Israel lobby remains unregistered as foreign agents even as it lobbied us to wage wars in Iraq, Libya, Syria and Iran. As my life experience proves, those I profiled routinely target people with wealth or influence, including Bush 43 and Condi. The only way to secure our country is to address this systemic problem at its source, including compliance with the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Managing Systemic Risks

When I met Dr. Vladimir Zelman in 1995, he explained how, with the death of Stalin, he and other Jews were released from a gulag in the Irkutsk region of southeastern Siberia to which they had been consigned by Jews to be killed because they were Jews. During WWII, Jewish advisers to Roosevelt and Truman opposed Jewish immigration to the U.S., insisting they relocate to the fledgling Zionist enclave in Palestine.

A “gentleman’s agreement” with the British induced U.S. Zionists to lobby Woodrow Wilson to enter WWI in exchange for the British Foreign Minister granting them the Balfour Declaration. Did the humiliating reparations imposed at Versailles on post-WWI Germany ensure, in game theory terms, the emergence of the extreme ethno-nationalists of the National German Socialist Workers’ Party?

While serving as physician to Raisa Gorbacheva and Leah Rabin, Vladimir Zelman described Mrs. Rabin’s response when he inquired if her husband had any regrets about the brutality to which Jewish extremists subjected the Palestinians. She responded that he was very regretful and sought to make amends when, with help from agent provocateur Bibi Netanyahu, security around Rabin was dropped and he was murdered by a Likud extremist. The exhibits include a 1995 photo of me with Dr. Zelman and St. Petersburg Mayor Anatoly Sobchak. Vladimir Putin was his Deputy Mayor; Putin’s deputy was Dmitri Medvedev.

Over dinner at the Toronto home of Canadian Charlene Gorbet, I met her husband Fred, former Deputy Finance Minister, who was heading a task force to reorganize Canada’s banking system. Fred was then being lobbied to embrace reforms recommended by Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan, Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin and Deputy Secretary Larry Summers. Charlene was concerned that Greenspan & Co. were appealing to Fred’s Jewish identity. Few people realize that, prior to his appointment by Ronald Reagan as Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Greenspan provided a solvency opinion for Lincoln Savings & Loan, the nation’s most costly S&L fraud.

Those present at the dinner included their oldest son with a doctorate in biosciences, his wife with a master’s in education, Gus German and Ron Burd, my attorney. Fred and Charlene thanked Gus for the fortune they made from their stock in Geac Computer Corporation, a firm Gus co-founded, explaining their gains were enough to pay for their house. When I explained to Fred why he should ignore what Greenspan, Rubin and Summers were advising, he slammed his fist on the table, exclaiming, “Mel, you are a guest in my home. What you’re telling me sounds like a Jewish conspiracy. I’m deeply offended”.

Charlene, seated at the other end of the table, said, “Fred, what is wrong with you? I heard what Mel said and nothing he said is how you just characterized it. I demand that you apologize to him now!” As he apologized, his son and daughter-in-law agreed. I spent the next few hours explaining why he shouldn’t touch Canada’s credit union model (key to their mortgage lending), consolidate Canada’s major banks (from five to three) and allow financial products to be sold using Canadian banks as Greenspan & Co. were doing in the U.S. by repealing the Depression-era protections of Glass-Steagall.

A decade earlier, the removal of local mortgage oversight by community lenders (instead securitizing loans and relegating loan officers to loan origination) enabled a $150 billion-plus fraud in the U.S. Savings and Loan industry. That set the stage for the mega-fraud of 2008 now known as “subprime” as risky loans were bundled, securitized and sold worldwide, generating middleman fees at every step. In both cases, interests were realigned in a way that enabled and incentivized those frauds.[9] The global financial crisis imposed tens of trillions in costs on the U.S. economy according to the Dallas Federal Reserve.

Charlene planned that dinner discussion after our side discussion in Vancouver. She shared my concerns about the impact of identity on personal authority and how beliefs can be manipulated to influence identity. She understood why it’s essential that people recognize their own biases and take responsibility for their thoughts. Otherwise, beliefs can filter the facts and obscure the perception of reality. That’s a critical national security take-away from this memo—per my comments above regarding Bush 43 and Condi Rice

Our meeting led to Canada not following the advice of Greenspan & Co. Canadian Mark Carney was recruited by the U.K. in 2012 to head the Bank of England based, in part, on Canadian banks remaining largely untouched by a global crisis that traces to “reforms” enacted in the U.S.

Gus German sat next to me during that 1997 dinner with Fred and Charlene. When I met Gus in 1979, he was arguably the preeminent mind in computers and algorithms. His work on amorphous storage became Cloud computing. Why did I meet Gus? The same parties stalking the son of Nelson Rockefeller were also stalking the most brilliant minds. When we visited Gus in Kitchener, Ontario in 2003, Israelis were seeking to recruit Paul Sop, his closest colleague. Paul gave us the attached “IT Security” graphic provided to him by a Mossad agent in a failed recruiting effort. Amazon Web Services is now basing cloud operations in Israel while recruiting from the IDF’s Unit 8200 with its 5,000-plus cyber-soldiers.

Linear Law vs Nonlinear Criminality

Linear jurisprudence will need to adapt to hold accountable the likes of Jerome Corsi who stalked me in 1995. I ran a sting operation in London in 1997 that outed him as an Israeli agent. When Glenn Olds and I traveled to Poland in 1995, he saw in real time a fraud being orchestrated by Corsi, financed by Cincinnati multi-billionaire Carl Lindner,[10] and enabled in Warsaw by Nicolas Rey, U.S. Ambassador to Poland. Glenn also came to understand that agents in the Minneapolis office of the F.B.I. sought to frame me for that fraud—though only after my return from Baghdad in February 1997 with intelligence that could have prevented the war in Iraq. [See The Poland Connection, attached.]

Corsi’s payoff: he was transformed into the ‘author’ of best-sellers that advance narratives helpful to the Israeli Right (see the exhibits for several book covers). His 2004 release on John Kerry (Unfit for Command) is now known as “swift boating” (the Israeli Right wanted to keep the Zionist Christian Dubya in office). Corsi resurfaced in 2019 in connection with Roger Stone and Trump. It was from Corsi that I first heard the phrase “preparing the mind”—typically to displace facts with manipulated beliefs such as Iraqi WMD or Saddam played a role in 9/11. Or the latest consensus mindset, The Clash of Civilizations. [See Addendum B: Preparing the Mind (to displace facts with manipulated beliefs).]

Thus, it came as no surprise when I found that Donald Stralem, the Rothschild manager who arranged my mother’s marriage in 1956 when I was four years old, produced Duck & Cover shown by mandatory attendance to school-aged children of the early 1950s explaining how to enhance their chances of surviving the blast from an atomic bomb. That brief film, featuring an animated Bert the Turtle and a young Mia Farrow, traumatized an entire generation while easing a seamless segue from WWII to the immensely profitable Cold War with its fear-inducing MAD deterrence strategy (mutual assured destruction).

Aided by the heavily marketed Clash of Civilizations, we segued seamlessly from the Cold War to the equally profitable War on Terrorism without missing a fiscal beat as the illusive “peace dividend” was consumed by what Eisenhower cautioned was the military-industrial complex. Those profiled cannot sustain their business model without sustaining fear, hatred, violence, crises and war. Thus the hate-mongering role played by Trump senior adviser and speechwriter Stephen Miller, a protégé of David Horowitz.[11]

Fields Within Fields…Within Fields[12]

In July 2005, I anticipated the 2008 financial crisis during a meeting in Bill Power’s office at the University of Texas at Austin where he was Dean of the Law School. Dr. John Butler asked that I attend a meeting with Dean Powers that led to Enron exiting bankruptcy (he wrote the definitive Powers Commission Report on the Enron fraud). When asked my opinion of a corporate governance program they were planning, I said it was like “putting lipstick on a pig” and we would soon see a far larger fraud.

Further confirming that those I profiled while being stalked perpetrated serial financial frauds, Dean Powers was intrigued to learn that I was familiar with Catherine Hapka from my work with Gerry Lockhart at U.S. West. Overvalued shares in the firm she founded, Rhythmn NetConnections, were the primary security used to perpetrate the Enron fraud aided by inflated valuations provided by telecom analyst Jack Grubman who worked for CitiGroup CEO/Chairman Sandy Weill. Ms. Hapka was a close friend of former bar bouncer and Bible salesman Bernie Ebbers, now serving a 25-year federal prison sentence for an $11 billion accounting fraud he led while CEO of WorldCom. I urge that you speak with Dr. John Sibley Butler, former Executive Director of IC2 Institute founded by Teledyne founder George Kozmetsky. Glenn Olds took George with him to meet with President Kennedy when JFK sought Glenn’s advice in the early 1960s on the commercial implications of the space race. When Glenn knew he was dying, he called John and secured his agreement to “have my back” when needed. A friend of George W. Bush since 1971, I expect John ‘cleared’ our meeting in Austin before inviting me to attend his pre-scheduled meeting with Bill Powers.

John helped ensure that the Army’s “Be All You Can Be” program provided training to upgrade skills and proficiency rather than lower recruitment standards. He first met Dubya at the 1971 funeral for John’s brother who drowned off the coast of Morocco while studying with French flautist Jean-Pierre Rampal. As a sign of respect for John’s father and grandfather who had lost a son and a grandson. Prescott Bush attended the funeral along with his son, George Herbert Walker, and grandson, George (“Dubya”).

Prescott served on the Board of the United Negro College Fund that John’s father helped found along with the first private Black colleges in the South. As Governor, Dubya hired as his Chief of Staff a former MBA student John recommended. That person remains Chief of Staff to the former president who, while president, appointed John to the Fulbright Scholarship Board. John’s cell in Austin: 512-656-9903.

Combating an Enemy Within

Please review the attached July 30 email to Mary Bush to further explain why a discussion with Munther Ghazal in 2016 likely would have convinced you to press Dubya to admit the invasion was a mistake, clearing a path for Jeb’s candidacy. An interview with Munther and me could inform a long-deceived, disheartened and increasing cynical American public that the same parties who used you also deceived Dubya, to use this nation and then produced the Trump presidency. This could also prove a powerful means to counter an emerging authoritarianism and a rising disrespect for government.

My father saw in the mid-60s that education would be democracy’s “last line of defense” against the duplicitous few I would later profile (we never met). With that goal in mind, he recruited Glenn Olds to revamp the curriculum for the 64-campus S.U.N.Y. system. In June 2017, I wrote to Generals Mattis, Kelly, Dunford and McMaster to alert/educate them that, with Trump as “our” Commander-in-Chief, those profiled put U.S. democracy in an untenable position whereby our military leaders may be required—by their Constitutional oath of office—to refuse an order from civilian leaders.

This is not being done to us, we’ve being induced and deceived to discredit and endanger ourselves. And to make our county look more and more like a banana republic as we diverge from our democratic principles, including the fact-based rule of law that distinguishes us from governments we oppose.

A problem without a solution remains just that: a problem. All these analyses are for naught unless there is a practical solution. Thus our proposal to imbed the diagnostics in a think tank (the Knowledge Society Institute) and seed NewRock’s hybrid business model prescription in a parallel for-profit with microgrid energy the top priority whether with Bloom, Plug Power or other energy innovators.

With our hybrid approach, much of the equity will be reserved for community, largely to support pay-it-forward higher education, vocational training and healthcare with incentives that reward what we call “anticipatory risk management”—such as incentivizing cost-saving preventive healthcare. We view measurable savings and fiscal efficiencies as key components of the self-financing and also a means to be well paid based on improved systems performance due to improved design.

This outreach came about when I saw you on Bloom Energy’s Board and Jeff then saw Mary’s photo there as well right after I spotted the July 16 New York Times Magazine article, Colin Powell Still Wants Answers. What we can now prove will provide you some of those answers.

In brief, the challenge for sustainability is not just technology. Technologies will change over time. The ‘missing piece’ is a platform for bringing generations of technologies to market in a way that promotes holistic resilience—social, fiscal, financial, ecological. The NewRock model views new technologies as a promising means to showcase a new economic model: stakeholder-inclusive and relational versus solely transactional.

The current consensus was never sustainable and never will be. Text of July 30 email to Mary Bush

Mary –

We need to get an interview filmed ASAP with Mel and Iraqi-American Munther Ghazal. Advancing age and health issues make this a time-critical issue for national security.

They travelled together to Baghdad in January 1997, returning in February with evidence of no WMD and an offer by the senior sheikhs to remove Saddam Hussein without a war (to which he reportedly agreed). What was done to suppress this intelligence bears directly on national security and what was done to manipulate Colin Powell and use his authority as Secretary of State to take us to war.

Munther lives in East San Diego County as a leader in a community of 40,000-plus Iraqi ex-pats, largely Chaldean Catholics. He attends mass every day and brought Mother Teresa to Iraq to tend to the wounded during the Iraq-Iran war.

What was done to him, his extended family (and to Mel) under color of lawful authority in the U.S. provides a powerful portal into the depth of the ongoing systemic corruption proven by Mel’s life experience as he profiled those stalking him.

The same parties who, four days after 9/11, arranged for the FBI to visit Munther’s home and ask about Mel, are the same parties who deceived Colin Powell to offer false testimony on Iraqi WMD.

Please watch Official Secrets about U.K. whistleblower Katherine Gun to grasp what was being done behind the scenes in January 2003 to persuade non-permanent members of the Security Council to support the invasion while Mel and Glenn Olds were doing their best to stop it.

Mel had earlier briefed senior staff to Belgian PM Guy Verhofstadt who was then also president of the European Commission. Verhofstadt led the charge to push the U.S. back into the U.N., delaying the invasion and triggering the operation that Gun uncovered at GCHQ and made public–at enormous personal risk due to the Official Secrets Act. She was appalled at the attempt she uncovered to deceive the U.K. and the U.S. to go to war.

It was during this same time period that the D.I.A. took over from the F.B.I. the stalking of Munther. What was done to use Secretary Powell was part of this same operation. The day that two FBI agents (and an Israeli) visited Munther’s home (9/15/01) is the same day that Paul Wolfowitz was pressing for an invasion of Iraq at a Principals Committee meeting at Camp David. Osama bin Laden was then thought to be in Afghanistan.

That chapter opens (see below) with an overview of a few of the many examples of how he was targeted by those Mel profiled while being criminally stalked his entire life–and being denied access to the rule of law. That stalking remains ongoing. To spare Munther and his family, Mel cut off contact because, every time they would meet, Munther would receive a visit from DIA agents–even years after 9/11.

Munther hails from a prominent Iraqi family and is uniquely qualified to speak to the dynamics that were unfolding in Iraq when we were deceived to invade. Mel and I met with him several times on Coronado Island after 9/11 and before the invasion. He predicted the dynamics that would be unleashed if we invaded. He was the person closest to Saddam Hussein living in the U.S. on 9/11 (he relocated his family to the U.S. after Desert Storm). Thus the motive to invite him to meet with a Taliban leader 18 months beforehand in an attempt to associate Saddam with Islamic fundamentalists who he was well known to despise, often killing them. Sensing a set-up by those stalking Mel, Mel insisted that he decline.

Based on what’s been done to Munther and his family in this country, he is understandably wary as he’s been put through hell by those described. Colin Powell could speak directly with Munther at his office or home. It may be best if you called initially (we can alert him) to schedule a call.

Munther can also speak directly to the need to distinguish those complicit from the broader Jewish community on whose identity those profiled prey. As you’ll see, he risked his life to smuggle out of Iraq his father’s two Jewish partners in founding the Baghdad Hotel, the first five-star hotel in the Middle East.

He attended prep school (Baghdad College) with Ahmad Chalabi. He told us that, if the U.S. was seen as allied in any way with Chalabi, everyone in the region would know “the fix is in”. Research will find that the parties who had John McCain and Joe Lieberman host Chalabi’s visits to the U.S. starting in 1991 are the same parties that used Colin Powell in 2003.

We can discuss how best to proceed. We see Shep Smith as a potentially ideal interviewer as an ex-Fox commentator. We can pull together a set of questions. I have several phone numbers for Munther:

FYI: Anyone who digs into these facts and analyses can expect “personal authority shock” when they realize that much of what they believe to be true is not. I had that experience as did Glenn Olds who candidly conceded it. He was a trusted confidante to four presidents, two of each party, and close to Nelson from 1945 to 1979. Therein lies the challenge that this work has long faced as it initially can sound “unbelievable”.

I met Jerry Corsi in 1995 in a fantasy suite in Las Vegas rented by the nephew of the founder of the Hertz rental company, a fervent supporter of the Israeli Right. Corsi explained that he had recently returned from Israel where he founded two mutual funds for B’nai B’rith. He urged that we collaborate on founding a similar fund in Poland. The Southern Poverty Law Center has long provided cover for this mental manipulation, using “correspondence theory” to portray critics of Israeli policy as anti-Semites and equate anti-Semitism with racism such that any reference to racial bigotry evokes a mental association with anti-Semitism.

Why Israel Can’t Wait—The Coming War Between Israel and Iran (2009) helped “prepare the mind” for war with Iran should an attack plausibly be linked to Iran-backed Hezbollah. Pre-staging for the next war-inducing crisis requires another large body count and a sustained media campaign able to portray faraway Tehran as a threat to the U.S. and its leadership as the next plausible Evil Doer. Where’s the Birth Certificate—The Case that Barack Obama is not Qualified to Be President (2011). The “birther” dispute became Donald Trump’s signature issue as his presidential candidacy was pre-staged while also serving as a ‘dog whistle’ to attract the support of racists, white nationalists and anyone opposed to Obama-era policies.

Killing the Deep State—The Fight to Save the Trump Presidency (March 2018). Published to prepare the public’s mind to accept “deep state” conspiracy theories about a sinister, unidentified force at work inside government while ignoring the systemic influence of the Israeli Right and the reach of its transnational lobby. After Dr. Zelman saved the life of Armand Hammer on the operating table in Moscow, Dr. Hammer brought Dr. Zelman to the U.S. with a six-month stay at a Rothschild estate on the Mediterranean while awaiting a visa. Dr. Zelman was Dr. Hammer’s personal physician for the last 22 years of his life. Dr. Zelman pioneered lowering the body temperature for complex surgeries to preserve brain function and, in part, is the reason people now wake up with functioning brains after open-heart surgery. Dr. Zelman became Director of Neuroanesthesia at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine.

Mayor Sobchak became a mentor to Vladimir Putin who served as his Deputy Mayor with Dmitry Medvedev the deputy to Putin. Mayor Sobchak and Dr. Zelman met while attending medical school together. As Jews, they were later imprisoned in Siberia by Josef Stalin who died before he could carry out his plan to kill all Russian Jews. Dr. Sobchak fled Russia due to Yuri Lushkov, the corrupt mayor of Moscow, when Dr. Sobchak refused to support the corruption that affected the most vulnerable in Russia. Mr. Lushkov was removed as mayor in September 2010 after Dmitry Medvedev took over from Mr. Putin in 2008 as President of Russia with Mr. Putin helping protect Mr. Medvedev.

Unless interests are aligned outside the current paradigm, change will not come rapidly enough to address the climate crisis nor in a way that advances a just and sustainable future. Overview of the Knowledge Society Institute

The Knowledge Society Institute (KSI) will concentrate on two key areas:

  • Delivering proof of how democratic institutions are undermined, and
  • Providing practical solutions that are self-financed, positive and profitable.

KSI will make transparent the nontransparent means by which an extremist few displace majority rule while concentrating wealth and influence in the hands of those few. KSI will also provide systemic solutions to a systemic economic problem imbedded in a widely shared ‘consensus’ mindset that frames perception such that the internalized source of the problem is obscured.

KSI recognizes that the highest point of leverage in a system is the shared mindset. Create and sustain a consensus and all else flows downstream. Today’s globally dominant economic paradigm frames perception around finance, resulting in a world that feels dumbed-down, disconnected and dangerous—to community, civil society and our shared habitat.

By granting financial signals not just deference but global dominance, other values are systematically displaced. Reliant on this consensus, $102 trillion in assets under management now scour the planet in search of financial returns. Any value that cannot be identified, calibrated and captured in terms of money is displaced. In this solely transactional model, no value is assigned to civil cohesion, fiscal foresight, environmental sustainability or an array of other values shared by those whose lives are affected.

KSI will show how—by design—to realign interests bottom-up to reengage those broader values and create an accountable capitalism able to address the threat of climate change. KSI brings to this task a depth of knowledge and a mission-relevant legacy that distinguishes this work from any other.

KSI is uniquely qualified to prove the source of a systemic form of deception that fractures societies, destabilizes governments and provokes serial conflicts. KSI will document the source of this threat, prove how this deceit proceeds in plain sight, expose those responsible, and provide a profitable path forward. The solution includes a bottom-up relational economic model able, by design, to bypass today’s transactional model that systematically displaces those values essential to healthy communities.

As an informed public grasps the “how” of this systemic duplicity, freedom can be protected, destabilizing economic trends can be reversed, climate change can be addressed in a profitable fashion, and the potential of a thriving Knowledge Society will come within reach.

KSI will seed the step-by-step transition to a model that is bottom-up, inclusive and, by design, relational and thereby better able to respond to a broader bandwidth of values with incentives to reward behavior that protects rather than exploits, with the climate crisis a priority focus.
