In March 2000 when China agreed to adopt our ‘relational’ economic model, those who made sure we did not proceed were willing to sacrifice what today is Facebook, Google and other social media platforms. Our ‘hybrid’ business model would have recycled tens of billions each year to community to support education and healthcare, providing communities real equity for the content they create by interacting online. The current ‘consensus’ model extracts that value from community. See The China Connection.

What sold the Minister of Education was his realization of how it protected shareholders, including their intellectual property (IP). To make the point, I asked him, “How much are you stealing each year in Microsoft IP?” Without hesitation, he replied, “Three billion dollars.” I then asked, “Minister, when we scale the model and recycle two-thirds of savings to stakeholders with education our long-term partner, who then will you be stealing from?” His eyes became very wide and he said, “We will be stealing from the stakeholders who, with your model, will be Microsoft’s partner.”

With our agreement ensuring exclusive internet access for education, the initial market was 235 million schoolchildren, their parents and their communities. Commitments had been secured to replicate the model in an initial 14 major universities and research centers worldwide with the model tracing its roots to my father’s work in Latin America in the 1940s that led to creating what today we know as USAID.

In the transparent 21^st Century, community must become a partner with a business model designed to reward what we protect and incentivize the reduction of risk at every level of society in order to foster healthy communities and protect the environment. How? By relationally monetizing interactions to create a genuinely accountable capitalism. See: The Path to an Accountable Capitalism.

Palantir, like other companies offering data analytics, is incapable of doing anything with that data other than analyzing patterns and identifying risk for corporations and governments. However, reporting risk does not align interests to create optimal outcomes. The sustainable creation of real wealth (wellbeing) demands both stability and bottom-up accountability.

After you review these materials, I suggest you schedule a call with Jeff Gates and myself to discuss:

A potential collaboration to address an array of time-critical systemic problems, and
The risk that Palantir unwittingly may be aiding systemic corruption, an investor-relevant issue.

Background. Not until I began working in Beijing in 2000 did I realize that my family surname is iconic in China. This work draws on goodwill created by my great-grandfather when, at the turn of the 20th Century, a large anonymous grant was provided to China for education. My father and his four brothers made a similar anonymous grant for education in the 1970s to help China recover from Mao’s Cultural Revolution. The China Connection describes what was done (and by whom) to block our prosperity-sharing model. Instead, conventional finance created Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, etc. Had the model not been shut down in China, I would be a multi-billionaire—with the bulk of that wealth, by design, recycled to community while advancing the branded services consistent with my great grandfather’s model.

In 2000, when Nokia backed me in China with a $250 million commitment, Bill Townsend and Ben Bassi were my top collaborators. Bill and Ben were part of the founding management team for Lycos, one of the first search engines, and helped create and build sixdegrees.com whose intellectual property formed the basis of LinkedIn. Bill was involved with GeoCities (sold to Yahoo!) and Deja.com (sold to Google and eBay). Both were active in developing the original Internet Privacy legislation.

Ben was EVP of the Firefly Network and founded CommonPlaces in 1998 that merged with a public company to form YouthStream Media Networks as a roll up of acquisitions. YouthStream is best known for the social networking patents and technology that power LinkedIn. Bill and Ben are featured in photos of the three of us in Beijing. [See The China Connection.]

By now that agreed-to model would be recycling to community tens of billions of dollars each year to fund education and incentivize preventive healthcare, localizing wealth creation while ensuring that online-harvested data generated real wealth for a broad base of stakeholders rather than, as now, endlessly enriching a few shareholders. That model led to Bill Gates’ inane Giving Pledge with its built-in administrative waste. Re-cycling newly created wealth in real time would have catalyzed an array of systemic savings and enabled the bottom-up engagement required to address climate change. The parties I profiled my entire life ensured that our hybrid model did not proceed, as documented in these materials.

My History in the Industry

In 1979, I met Canadian Gus German, the preeminent mind in computers and algorithms. The reason that we met: those stalking the out-of-wedlock son of Nelson Rockefeller were also stalking the most brilliant minds. In the 1960s, Gus was part of a four-man team at Waterloo University that devised the math for taking computers from punch cards and magnetic tapes to hard disk drives. By applying the Chinese Remainder Theorem, he also invented RAID (redundant array of independent devices). Gus showed me books in his home featuring algorithms from Ukraine dating to the 17^th and 18^th centuries that remain the foundation for modern communication worldwide. Nothing is new except the technology further enabling the application of algorithms.

Gus’s offices for Geac Computer Corp., founded in 1971, were in Markham near Toronto. His work on amorphous storage became cloud computing. When we visited Gus at his home in Kitchener in 2003, Israeli intelligence agents were seeking to recruit colleague Paul Sop who gave us the attached “IT Security” graphic provided to him by a Mossad agent. Even then, note the dominance in Canada of Israeli firms in IT security. Amazon Web Services are now basing cloud operations in Israel while recruiting from the IDF’s Unit 8200 with its 5,000-plus cyber-soldiers. I return below to the implications for Palantir’s offering.

Identified as a math genius while in his teens, Gus graduated from Waterloo University where the real computer revolution began (not Silicon Valley). See the History of Computing at Waterloo University. Gus, Robert Zarnke, Bob Shirley and Jim Mitchell wrote in 1965 the first Watfor compiler for the IBM 1620 and WATBOL (WATerloo coBOL) that became the IBM 360 and 370 operating system powering the computer revolution, including those innovations developed in IBM’s offices in Boca Raton, Florida.

Jim Mitchell led the team at Sun Microsystems that created Java programming language. When two of Gus’s hires from Waterloo wanted to form their own company, he secured angel funding for them to realize their dream. See Opentext and Maplesoft. Other major companies were also founded in Waterloo, many with Gus’s help, as Waterloo and Kitchener emerged as the Silicon Valley of Canada. Rim (Research in Motion) was founded there in 1984 as developers of the Blackberry, the first secure smart phone.

When the founders of Maplesoft ran out of money and couldn’t make their core model work, they turned to Gus. Three months later, they solved the problem. This software today is on nearly every desk where difficult problems are solved. Gus also helped found my first company, AlphaBase Systems, Inc.

Gerry Lockhart, an executive at U.S. West and a client as head of the technical transition from analog to digital for the Baby Bells, confirmed for Jeff that my firm offered the best business applications software. When I saw those profiled (see below) targeting my ex-wife, I pulled the firm out of that lucrative contract and took steps to discredit myself to draw them away from her. When Jeff asked Gerry what AlphaBase would have become, without hesitation he said “Oracle”.

I met George Chen in China during a dinner honoring Dr. Dennis Lou. George founded CyboSoft. While at U.C. Davis, his Ph.D. proposed the model-free adaptive control model, a tool that our hybrid model can deploy to identify, incentivize and monetize systemic savings and efficiencies, including the coordination of key data required to accelerate the transition to renewable energy. Siemens paid $3-$5 million plus royalties for exclusive rights for its use in managing high-rise buildings globally.

FYI: My father recruited Dennis as International Dean of the S.U.N.Y. system. Revered in China for his design of the vocational training system that helped China recover from the Cultural Revolution, he flew to Beijing to ensure we could close the transaction agreed-to by the Ministry of Education.

Paul Louie, Charles Schwab’s partner in private placement investments for emerging technologies, wanted to invest in Cybosoft after I introduced him. The problem was the valuation based on Chen’s friend (whose family dominated the silicon wafer industry in Taiwan) who underwrote the legal work to patent Chen’s doctorate globally. As Paul stated, the patent had real value but, without proven revenue, he would have had to do a reverse merger to lower the price per share based on the valuation at the time.

In devising our strategy for China, I worked closely with Kaisa Kautto-Koivula, a specialist in the Knowledge Society and then head of Nokia Ventures with $16 billion to invest to support the global buildout for Nokia networks. She saw what I proposed as Nokia’s bridge in innovations to advance the transition. She quickly grasped how, in what was certain to become the world’s largest economy, Nokia handsets and inexpensive, Nokia-developed “smart desks” could begin to monetize knowledge. We agreed that was the future, not devices. Had those described not interfered, she and I planned to meet Steve Jobs who saw that the future of the Knowledge Society was not in the technology itself but in its capacity for content management beginning with the Mac in 1984.

With the emergence of quantum computing, transparency is now a given. Thus my confidence that the systemic corruption and criminality I uncovered can be addressed with improved design. Palantir can emerge either as an enabler (see below) or a pioneer in the application of algorithms to address systemic problems providing the data to monetize a knowledge economy without interference from middlemen or government.

Those familiar this work comment that we will create a monopoly. I agree. But with community our partner, who dares interfere if we enable the tools required to eliminate public-private corruption, recycling 2/3 or greater of the savings to community as our real partner? I have no reason to think that you would knowingly do anything other than optimize the use of Palantir assets: human, physical, organizational and financial. Thus this time-critical outreach pre-public offering.

To calibrate my knowledge of the industry, please feel free to put me on a call with Palantir’s best minds and I’ll describe both for them and you how this industry was corrupted from the outset by those I profiled while being criminally stalked. One of the best training exercises you could provide as CEO for Palantir staff is to assign a team to prove me wrong regarding what you will find described below.

Call me and let’s speak on a Zoom call with Jeff, Farid Urbano (in Abu Dhabi), myself and whoever you choose with the intent of potentially helping us launch our Knowledge Society Institute based on terms we can discuss. When I remained anonymous—allowing those who stalked me to repeatedly violate my rights and my person—I knew that, in time, I could do what we are now doing—with my greatest weapon being what those I profiled know they’ve done to me, dating to no later than when I was age 4 (see below).

Albert Einstein was on to those I’ve profiled when, in 1948, he called them thugs and fascists while his friend and Holocaust survivor Hannah Arendt described them as “Jewish Nazis”. When Einstein did his “thought experiment” with Podolsky and Rosen, I believe he realized that he would have been required to do what I did to conclusively secure the “indeterminants” that were key to proving beyond a reasonable doubt how and why a dual reality was created, using beliefs to displace (or run parallel with) the rational thought vital to the clarity of thought and functional decision-making based on objective facts.

I believe Einstein also knew that, if he sought to expose them (i.e., those I profiled), it would have destroyed his career. I am confident that, in the future, we will prove this to be the case. The Frankfurt School was required to create a conforming consensus around generally accepted truths key to framing narratives. Racism and anti-Semitism were deployed to obscure the extremists at the core of this systemic corruption of thought while using the broader Jewish community to front their manipulation of behavior. The world can no longer tolerate their “tireless genius for crisis”. That generic phrase was coined by my father in a 1964 speech at Harvard University to describe those who pose the greatest threat to democracy and the fact-based rule of law on which our freedom relies.

Those I profiled will not stop until they are stopped—with us preferring to use a better model that will block and expose them, making it impossible to continue playing the victim while preying on the naivete and trust of humanity. Nowhere in any of your models or any intelligence findings will you find a plan to stop what continually is repackaged, recycled and resold as a chronic disease that won’t go away. It’s the same issue with pharma who do not want to cure disease by fostering a healthy world that puts them out of business. Again, the challenge lies in aligning interests.

My other key mentor was Dr. Glenn Olds who advised my father from 1945 until his death in January 1979, and advised me from 1994 until his death in March 2006. A confidante to four presidents (two of each party), he accompanied my father to meet with my grandfather to secure the funding that acquired the land on which the U.N headquarters were built. My father recruited Glenn to revamp the curriculum of the 64-campus State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.). Why? Because they recognized that education would be liberty’s “last line of defense” against the duplicitous few chronicled in this account.

Because what we propose is a genuine game-changer, we are in discussions with a film production company to document (a) the history of how this systemic corruption was uncovered, and (b) how this work progresses—in collaboration with others—from concept to worldwide implementation.

Let me now turn to my concerns about Palantir and my optimism about what the firm could become.

Addendum. My Concerns Informed by my Personal Experience

My concerns were first aroused when I saw your scathing critique of other Silicon Valley firms for their conduct, including what Palantir Chairman Peter Thiel called Google’s “seemingly treasonous” behavior. Based on my life experience, that critique was a “tell” as Palantir is itself a byproduct of treason traceable to parties I profiled while being serially stalked as the son of Nelson Rockefeller, former four-time Governor of New York (1959-73) and Vice President to Gerald Ford.

The common characteristics shared by those I profiled are: (1) their loyalty to Israel, (2) the outsourcing of security services, making treason inside government difficult to detect, and (3) their ensuring software “trap doors” that enable undisclosed parties to access information that clients, including governments, are led to believe is secure. Let me explain how I came to this conclusion and suggest Palantir’s public offering options as I see them.

The analytical insights I gained from Gus German helped me grasp the game theory mathematics behind how those I profiled use their “tireless genius for crisis” to set in motion algorithm-modeled outcomes. Conspiracies eventually fall apart; however this systemic corruption has been ongoing for decades if not centuries, suggesting a foundation based in math and the algorithms Palantir is recycling. Palantir could be enabling this corruption without even knowing it. Palantir data analytics derive from other data analytics that enabled enormous damage both to the national security of the U.S. and numerous other nations.

Absent proof that you are taking the necessary steps to secure what Palantir is selling, your offering risks deceiving the investing public. Or you don’t want to know the uses to which Palantir analytics can be applied. For example, has Palantir ensured that its clients are protected from the IDF’s Unit 8200? If not, why not? Is that even possible? As I believe in granting everyone benefit of the doubt, I draw no hard conclusion, though the fact patterns suggest the presence of a systemic problem, as I will explain.

Systemic Corruption Confirmed

In February 1997, I returned from Baghdad with (a) evidence of no WMD, (b) an offer from Iraq’s senior sheikhs to remove Saddam Hussein without a war (he reportedly agreed), and (c) an offer to provide U.S. firms with $160 billion in contracts for reconstruction and oil. Who ensured that all agencies of the federal government were blocked from speaking with me?
The 9/11 Commission was provided a 152-page research compilation similar to the summary below. Commission staff interviewed more than 1,200 witnesses. Who persuaded them not to speak with me?
Who opposed the Commission leadership’s proposal to hold hearings on the motivation for 9/11?
I wrote to Secretary of State Colin Powell the same day he was induced to offer false WMD testimony to the U.N. Security Council. Who persuaded him not to speak with me?

See enclosed memos to General Powell of July 24 and August 4, 2020 to which he responded. How could I know the same day he testified (February 5, 2003) who deceived him, how and why—yet it took him months to realize he’d been deceived? Even now, he does not grasp who, how or why—as he concedes. [See Colin Powell Still Wants Answers, July 16, 2020.] Even now, I’ve not been interviewed.

How can my personal experience be a better source of intelligence than our 17 intelligence agencies with an $80 billion-plus annual budget? As you review this memo, consider what would be revealed if those with line authority for national security and federal law enforcement correlated these data points. Why hasn’t that yet been done despite repeated pleas to do so? That behavior continues.

For example, William Binney, an intelligence official within the National Security Agency, was furious that the NSA failed to uncover 9/11 planning based on intercepts collected but not analyzed due to NSA Director Michael Hayden shutting down ThinThread’s leaner more focused system. General Hayden then reportedly provided ThinThread to Israel. He is now a principal of the Chertoff Group.

Post-9/11 analyses confirmed (a) ThinThread could have revealed the pre-staging for 9/11, and (b) the sophisticated planning for a war-catalyzing crisis that required at least a decade and the help of a stable nation-state intelligence service operating inside the U.S. That nation has not yet been identified.

Data Point Analysis. Consider the improbability of my many personal intersects (below) unless those stalking me were also complicit in the operation that deceived us to wage a disastrous war in Iraq:

In 1997, FBI agents in the Minneapolis office sought to frame me for a 1995 fraud orchestrated by psy-op specialist Jerome Corsi (more on Corsi below). Review online The Poland Connection.
That FBI operation began only after I returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with (a) proof of no WMD, (b) a credible in-country offer by senior sheikhs to remove Saddam Hussein without a war, and (c) an offer to provide U.S. firms with $160 billion in contracts for reconstruction and oil.
In 1997, an FBI agent in the Minneapolis office called a physician friend in Fresno and defamed my counsel and myself, suggesting we were lovers. That same office sought to suborn perjury as part of their effort to frame me for that fraud. Who has the means, motive and opportunity to do that?
That same FBI office blocked an examination of the computer of Zacarias Moussaoui, the so-called “20^th hijacker”, that would have revealed the pre-staging of 9/11. He also took flight training there.
A helpful agent in that office informed a colleague that Clinton-era Attorney General Janet Reno flew to Minneapolis and returned to Washington with my FBI files. No one in the FBI spoke to me. No FBI agent has been willing to interview me on a record despite numerous requests.
While in Beijing in March 2000, Chinese officials were aware of my 1997 meetings with regime officials in Iraq yet no State Department official would meet with me on my return to the U.S. in February 1997, ensuring no official record was made of intelligence that could have prevented that war.
Instead, regional specialists in the State Department referred me to Richard Haass, then at Brookings, who would not return my three phone calls. In effect, that State Department task was outsourced to Haass who became Director of Policy Planning for the first two war-planning years of the G.W. Bush Administration and then President of the Council on Foreign Relations where he remains.
On April 24, 1997, I briefed counsel to Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and Iraq specialists in Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs. I was assured a record of that meeting would be preserved.
In March 2000, Iraqi colleague Munther Ghazal asked that I accompany him to Kabul to meet with the head of the Taliban on an oil deal. Had Munther not listened to me, he would have become the still-missing “link” between Al Qaeda and Saddam who was well known to detest Islamic extremists.
In March 2001, I was briefed in Jakarta by Intelligence Chief Arie Kumaat on Israeli pre-staging for a major out-of-theater operation that was then unknown. See The Indonesia Connection.
On April 11, 2001, five months before 9/11, I briefed Indonesia specialist Rick Haynes at the State Department. He was promptly reassigned to India and then the Philippines. On April 5, 2001, I sent him an email that included the following:

I hope our current president gets better information, in a more timely manner, during a crisis that will begin limiting third party intervention that has for too long painted our leaders into corners they have had difficulty getting out of. That is what is being done now and no one is seeing that this is being done and by whom.

On September 15, 2001, four days after 9/11, two FBI agents and a third person with an Israeli accent appeared at the San Diego home of colleague Munther Ghazal. The two agents asked Munther who he believed was behind 9/11. He answered, “Saudis financed, Israel provided intelligence.” Then they asked if he was funding me. He told them that was an inappropriate question and they should speak with me. No FBI agent has been willing to interview me about these matters.
Munther and his extended family were subsequently terrorized in the U.S. with impunity, including the murder of 19-year old Patrick Hammara in February 2003 and the abuse of his pregnant daughter.
San Diego FBI agent Stephen Butler (who interviewed Munther at his home four days after 9/11) paid rent and cashed checks for the two San Diego terrorists who flew jets into the World Trade Center.
In December 2001, I traveled to London where Jack Straw, Tony Blair’s Foreign Minister, declined to meet with me to discuss the phony Iraqi WMD intelligence on which Blair relied to support the war.
In Brussels, the briefings I provided in December 2001 to senior staff of the European Commission helped persuade Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt to push the U.S. back into the U.N. Security Council, necessitating by those profiled:

(a) the NSA/GCHQ operation (revealed by U.K whistleblower Katherine Gun) that sought support for a war resolution by compromising non-permanent members of the Security Council, and

(b) the psy-op that deployed General Colin Powell’s celebrity and reputation to make the false Iraqi WMD intelligence appear credible to a naïve and unsuspecting global public.

In January 2002, Arie Kumaat was murdered (poisoned) days after agreeing to arrange for me to brief Muslim heads of state on what everyone now knows was false and “fixed” intelligence on Iraqi WMD.
In Hayden’s DCI hearings, he testified that, if the FISA court had domestic surveillance authority, U.S. intelligence agencies could have identified the two San Diego terrorists. Subsequent analysis confirmed that ThinThread data analytics would have identified those terrorists. Hayden’s testimony covered up his decision to shelve ThinThread and embrace TrailBlazer data analytics just prior to 9/11.

As these facts are functionally engaged, authentic data analysts will review my government files (FBI, CIA, State Department, etc.) to determine if they have been ‘salted’ with disparaging or discrediting comments as a means to avoid engaging facts that prove this systemic corruption traces to a common source.

I return below to more such data points. In profiling those described, I never drew a hard conclusion until I was stalked by the same parties three separate times. Thus my certainty that “former” Israel Defense Forces Lt. Colonels Jason Barzilay and Daniel Platzker were Israeli agents who knew my true identity when they stalked me in three separate incidents, including an attempt to cast doubt on my true identity.

The Israeli Connection

It was no accident that I met Barzilay in 1982 at a function in Los Angeles. He bragged about diverting $150 million in U.S. foreign assistance to found Packard Bell that thrived by stealing U.S. technologies. In terms of units sold, Packard Bell was the world’s largest personal computer maker from 1986 to 1998. In 1996 it had 15% of the U.S. retail market and $8 billion in annual revenue. Barzilay and his two founding partners sold their holdings to NEC in 1998. In effect, U.S. taxpayers provided the venture capital to found Packard Bell but received nothing when it was sold. Such frauds are common among those I profiled.

Barzilay and Platzker bragged to me about their role in creating the political career of Gray Davis, initially as an Assemblyman from Beverly Hills. As Governor of California, Davis sponsored their proposed legislation ensuring that no insurance company could operate in California, the world’s fifth largest economy, without first settling pending Holocaust claims. That law ensured the payment of billions of dollars (reportedly $8 billion) by European firms—ostensibly to assist impoverished Holocaust survivors—who remained impoverished. [See California Insurance Code §790.15.]

Barzilay also founded Argoquest Holdings, an Israeli venture capital firm. Argoquest successfully lobbied the Knesset for legislation allowing active duty IDF and Mossad personnel to secure pre-IPO shares in tech firms. That change further incentivized and accelerated the theft of U.S. technologies transferred to Israel. As Platzker explained, those technologies were imbedded inside the Israeli military, enabling Tel Aviv to hide behind a veil of secrecy stolen U.S.-developed technologies often developed in secret. It is largely for this reason that Israel is now a world leader in cyber security with much of the venture capital provided by the U.S. Department of Defense along with billions that U.S. taxpayers provide Israel annually. It remains an open question whether Israel’s status as a “Start-up Nation” is due to innovation or theft.

Presently, Barzilay serves as Executive Director at Dragon Ventures Management offering “complete solutions for Israeli companies wishing to establish a presence in Greater China”. That’s consistent with China proving its “rise” as a skillful military opponent and an Information Age superpower with a January 2007 demonstration of its ability to destroy a surveillance satellite. Beijing gained that military capability with the help of sophisticated gyroscopic technology provided by Loral, then led by CEO Bernard Schwartz, Bill Clinton’s largest political contributor in 1996. The pro-Israel-enabled transfer of U.S. technology to China continues. Why should any investor expect that not to be the case for Palantir through your office in Tel Aviv? Has Jason Barzilay already transferred Palantir data analytics to China?

During that timeframe, the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA) boasted that advisory board member Stephen Bryen served for eight years as Reagan-era Deputy Under Secretary of Defense where he founded the Defense Technology Security Administration and served as its first director. He then served on the Government Security Committee of Space Systems/Loral. Loral shareholders (i.e., not Schwartz or Bryen) were ordered to pay a $20 million fine for undermining U.S. national security. Pension plans are key holders of Loral shares.

Pattern Recognition Tools

With its sophisticated pattern-recognition tools, surely Palantir long ago developed the capacity to identify the consistency of the behavior patterns I was able to profile by studying those stalking me. Abe Rosenthal, managing editor of The New York Times, sought to protect the U.S. from Israeli extremists when, in October 1999, he exposed Tel Aviv’s collaboration with Beijing. Though a staunch supporter of Israel, he cautioned that their transfer of sensitive U.S. military technology to China could endanger U.S. interests and make Israel a political target of outraged Americans.

Putting U.S. national security ahead of the Zionist enclave’s global agenda, he abruptly left the Times in a dispute with Max Frankel, his successor as executive editor. He also exposed Loral’s transfer of missile guidance systems to China and criticized Bill Clinton’s approval of the transaction by CEO Schwartz.

Tel Aviv backed down on selling our AWACS-like technology to China (known as the Phalcon advanced airborne early-warning system). However, I’m confident a good faith investigation will discover they later transferred that technology to Beijing in bits and pieces. With your statement strongly opposing China, has Palantir in any way aided the ongoing treason proven by my life experience? How can anyone be confident that Palantir data analytics will not find their way to China?

As you are certainly aware, the November 2016 “election” of Donald Trump was a psy-op: Jared Kushner-overseen, Facebook-enabled, Cambridge-Analytica-managed and advised by a Palantir employee. Does Palantir Offer Anything New?

If Palantir is doing what you claim, you will show the requisite personal integrity to protect Palantir clients from those I profiled while being stalked. But for those described, the cloud would have been launched following Gus German and I meeting with a senior Nokia executive in Mountainview, California in October 1999. Why didn’t the cloud launch then? Someone broke into Gus’s home while we were together in California. He had known me for two decades and knew I was being stalked. When he realized that nothing was taken despite an array of very expensive equipment, the break-in spooked him.

That’s when Gus began to keep his distance. That’s a typical intimidation psy-op by those profiled. Their target was not Gus; their target was our relationship and what we were preparing to do in collaboration with the head of Nokia Ventures who had $16 billion in funds looking for attractive investments focused on our work today—monetizing knowledge to seed a sustainable economy bottom-up.

In classic Gus style, he told me, “If you are who you say you are, you’re the one file in the system that cannot be closed that will crash the system.” He was correct. If Palantir were not complicit in treason, why would you not have directed its resources to identify the common source of this ongoing deceit by a network of stable nation-state actors inside the U.S. working on behalf of an intelligence agency whose founding motto is “By way of deception shalt thou wage war”?

The Perils and Promise of Software

In 1997 Gus told me about PROMIS software with its 570,000 lines of code and its ability to integrate databases without reprogramming, transforming raw data into useable information. He also knew its potential for enabling corruption with its secret “trap door”. After the Reagan-era, Ed Meese-led Department of Justice “misappropriated” (aka stole) PROMIS from Bill Hamilton and Inslaw, Inc., it was modified and widely sold to naïve clients who were not told that this trap door gave (predominantly Jewish) organized crime a portal into their most sensitive (and most profitable) information.

Had Canadian law enforcement consulted Gus and interviewed me, their 2000 investigation (see attached article) would have concluded that PROMIS software was being used as a sophisticated tool for international espionage, remarkably similar to what Palantir now offers.

The advanced 32-bit version of PROMIS was transferred to Israel where it transformed their intelligence agencies with its ability to track dissidents and spy across international borders. It was widely sold abroad, including to Russian banks, enabling organized crime to create the (predominantly Jewish) oligarchs who emerged from the corrupt Perestroika period of the 1990s (Robert Maxwell played a role in that fraud). Future research will determine to what extent PROMIS was used to amass wealth by currency traders such as George Soros who pocketed US$1 billion in 1992 by shorting the pound.

A telecommunications trap door enabled eavesdropping similar to what Palantir now offers to clients, including intelligence agencies worldwide. Reliant on Palantir’s advice, are those agencies no longer as secured by databases stored in separate silos? Was enhanced searchability, functionality and retrievability gained at the expense of more easily compromised security?

This fits a pattern I fear may also be at work in Palantir with Israel again a primary beneficiary. The question for me is simple: do you know that you are being used? After Microsoft NT was written in Israel, its many designed-in flaws ensured a flurry of IT security start-ups focused on offering upgrades, corrections and patches to Microsoft products. In practical effect, Bill Gates’ wealth derives largely from a “tax on productivity” imposed on those who use Microsoft’s suboptimal products.

Which nation was the primary beneficiary of security services sought after the 9/11 attacks? Do you possess the requisite technical expertise and geostrategic knowledge to know how badly you’re being used? An public offering will provide a “currency” (publicly traded shares) to acquire other firms, including emerging AI firms both in the U.S. and abroad. As a publicly traded firm, Palantir becomes a potential takeover target for any firm able to pay a premium over the current stock price. What happens then to the security of Palantir clients and their data? Are these geostrategic risks fully disclosed to potential investors?

Psy-ops Dating to 1956

When I was four years old, those stalking me (initially to target my father) arranged for my mother to marry the brother of Robert King Cunningham. Under the guise of a legitimate family member, that marriage gave my “Uncle Bobby” unlimited access to stalk the son of Nelson Rockefeller. For more than a half-century, my step-uncle served as a black-ops operative for Donald Stralem, son of Casimir Stralem, the co-founder in 1850 of Hallgarten and Company, German-Jewish investment bankers out of Frankfurt who financed both sides in the Civil War. I return below to a brief comment on the Frankfurt School and the central role of deceit practiced by those who admire Leo Strauss and his advocacy of Plato’s “Noble Lie”.

In 1958, my very healthy personal physician died of a purported cerebral hemorrhage at the age of 42. I was then six years old. In 1981, I was subjected to a sophisticated bank fraud. The perpetrator, Dr. Robert J. Birndorf, gloated as he informed me: (a) he had emptied my bank account, placing my family in severe jeopardy (I had a wife I loved and three small children), and (b) his best friend became my childhood doctor at age six when my family physician was found dead.

When I realized that this 1981 fraud had been pre-staged in 1958, I grasped the depth of the systemic criminality that Palantir may be enabling. Birndorf was mainline Jewish organized crime in L.A. with a home directly across from the Playboy mansion The home next door is where he and Hugh Hefner’s brother ran an exclusive agency for Playmate wannabes as the highest-paid prostitutes in L.A.

Last year, the two properties were sold and torn down with the acreage alone sold for $30 million-plus to a Chinese investor. Birndorf’s $20 million home in the Holmby Hills neighborhood provided the backyard setting for the 1981 film, Mommie Dearest, starring Faye Dunaway as abusive mother Joan Crawford. When I pled with him there to stop a fraud poised to shatter my young family by emptying my bank account, he replied, “We’re going to do the same thing to you that we did to John DeLorean.” Birndorf specialized in workman’s compensation frauds while also serving as a team physician for the L.A. Rams football team.

You may have projected your troubled conscience in your attack on Silicon Valley. Or it may be—and this is my hope—you realize the threat that Palantir enables, including its long-term potential to deliver us into the hands of an AI-governed police state. But I’m getting ahead of the evidence confirming the systemic criminality that my life experience proves—and Palantir’s offering may be poised to enable.

Fraud Without Fear of Accountability

Had my experience been investigated in good faith in 1981, those I’ve since profiled may well have been exposed. A Security Pacific Bank officer ignored federal law knowing he could be imprisoned for enabling Birndorf’s fraud. I could see the fear in the eyes of the president of Commerce Bank in Newport Beach who was previously head of operations for Security Pacific. Stunned at the brazenness of the fraud—with clearly no concern for the dire legal consequences—he asked, “Who are you? What’s going on here.”

Not until April 1993 did I apply to the L.A. Superior Court to take my father’s surname, providing legal notice to my Uncle David and my cousin Jay (Senator John D. Rockefeller IV). I knew no family member could object because the court was prepared to order a DNA test at U.C.L.A. Medical Center. Until then, I used the name given me on my adoption in 1956. I took the family name to protect myself, knowing a Rockefeller “toe tag” in the morgue would make my murder more difficult to cover-up as I closed in on how our “special friend” imbedded treason inside our nation over the last century—in plain sight.

Imbedded in An Enigma

The only people who knew my true identity were those stalking me. I could have told the president of my bank (Commerce Bank) my true identity and pursued a large legal settlement from those defrauding me because of my identity. However, I knew that would not solve the systemic corruption and ongoing criminality that my life experience proves. That includes the ongoing threat posed to national security by those I studied my entire life. My experience with nonstop stalking (still ongoing) informs my concern of possible complicity by Palantir. Whether knowingly or due to willful ignorance, the effect is the same.

Looking back, I am confident those profiled anticipated that, by imbedding me in an enigma, I would take my own life. Had I not known that Nelson Rockefeller was my father, they may have succeeded. Early on, I realized that those I profiled while being stalked could not outright kill me for fear the evidentiary trail would lead back to my Uncle David Rockefeller who, I am confident, joined forces with this trans-generational criminal syndicate no later than the mid-1950s. Clear evidence of his complicity (and those of the Rockefeller Trust) appear in numerous stalking incidents both in the U.S. and abroad.

It was a “tell” when, with my father’s death in January 1979 (I have reason to believe he was murdered), the Rockefeller Trust did not approach me as a rightful fourth-generation heir. I had earlier resolved not to approach my father until I had proven myself an accomplished businessman, not wanting to go to him in need of money, the key reason most everyone wanted to know him. By the time of his death, I was within a year of approaching him. Had we compared our life experiences, I am confident we could have “outed” those that Palantir could by now have exposed were your firm steadfastly loyal to this nation. Thus my concern: are Palantir operations influenced in any way by an undisclosed pro-Israel bias?

That concern is made worse by seeing Peter Thiel support Trump, a classic asset of those profiled. The Trump presidency was produced by those who embedded the Jewish state inside our government. Take away the zeros behind Thiel’s name and what do you have? A man with extremely poor judgment as confirmed by his choice of friends, including the asset Trump and the white nationalist agent provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos.

Is PayPal a Palantir client? Why do I ask? In late July, my attorney and I were told that our PayPal accounts were shut down. We’ve both used PayPal for years without incident. What changed? On July 24, Jeff Gates sent our first of two memos to General Colin Powell in which he mentioned a friend who serves on the board of Bloom Energy with Powell. Upon receipt of that memo, General Powell immediately called Jeff’s friend to inquire about us. That’s when our PayPal accounts were closed. Was that coincidence or did this indicate Palantir-enabled stalking? Does Palantir monitor PayPal accounts? If so, how many and on whose behalf? Has that information been disclosed to PayPal account holders? If not, why not?

Over the previous six months, I would intermittently be blocked from accessing the server to login to my account. Having been mentored by Gus German, it wasn’t difficult for me to do a work-around until PayPal took position without cause to close my account. Was Palantir software the reason we were profiled for “high risk transactions”? This pattern of well-timed financial stalking has been repeated over decades. Is the risk of what we can prove the real reason we were banned from PayPal?

When I realized the sophistication and brazenness of the 1981 bank fraud perpetrated on me not long after my father’s death, I felt morally obliged to identify who was behind this systemic criminality, how they operate in plain sight with legal impunity, and what were their long-term goals. Thus began my life’s work confirming who and deconstructing how.

My next commercial venture was as co-founder of AlphaBase Systems, Inc., a market leader in business applications software. One of my co-founders was Barry Weingart who clearly knew my true identity as a Rockefeller when he was introduced to me. I confirmed that, like Birndorf, he too was mainline Jewish organized crime—from Cleveland. True to form, with the help of a complicit Mormon law firm, he defrauded me of my equity in our firm. I was forced to settle for cents on the dollar.

Criminality Without Intentionality

Those I profiled prey on the identity of others. One of the most tragic aspects of this duplicity is how those responsible have long preyed on the shared identity of the broader Jewish community. This systemic criminality is not due to a people; its origins trace to ethno-nationalist extremists who induced Zionist Christian Harry Truman to extend nation-state recognition to an enclave of Jewish elites and extremists.

The transition from Marxist class identity to race and gender politics traces to those you studied while in Frankfurt working on your Ph.D. Under the banner of Black Lives Matter, we now see an eruption of the next version of this mental and emotional manipulation of identity. We look forward to speaking with you on the impact of a full-page ad in the August 28 New York Times by 600-plus Jewish groups supporting Black Lives Matter. Does this suggest, by analogy, that no one can back BDS without being cast as a racist or an anti-Semite even though Israel has been breaking the law for decades?

In 1995, during a stalking incident and fraud orchestrated by Jerome Corsi (who I outed as a Mossad asset while in London in 1997), he explained the key role in psy-ops of “preparing the mind” to displace facts with false beliefs (e.g., Iraqi WMD). Only after I returned from Iraq in 1997 with intelligence that could have prevented a war sought by the Israeli Right did FBI agents in the Minneapolis office seek to frame me for a fraud overseen by Corsi and financed by Carl Linder whose website describes him as “the nation’s largest non-Jewish contributor to Jewish causes”.

Corsi was rewarded for his role in stalking the son of Nelson Rockefeller by being made into a New York Times best-selling author of books helpful to advancing narratives for the Israeli Right. His 2004 book savaging John Kerry (Unfit For Command) is now known as “swift boating”. Tel Aviv wanted to keep the dysfunctional George W. Bush in office with his easily manipulated Zionist Christian beliefs.

Jerry Corsi resurfaced in 2016 in connection with Roger Stone and Trump. See “The Poland Connection” featuring several of Corsi’s psy-op books, including his March 2018 release, Killing the Deep State: The Fight to Save President Trump. His well-timed releases include Atomic Iran (2005) and Why Israel Can’t Wait–The Coming War Between Israel and Iran (2009). His books are all about preparing the mind. Can a Palantir Direct Public Offering Proceed?

Based on your studies in Frankfurt, here’s my question for you: what does one do with superior knowledge? Use it to target, manipulate and exploit, consistent with Zuckerberg at Facebook, Brin and Page at Google and those I profiled? Or should knowledge be used to foster healthy and resilient communities in a way that awakens and empowers our shared humanity and enables us to preserve and protect our shared habitat? As you’ll see on our website, it’s both a question of intent and a design challenge, per NewRock’s “relational” business model summarized online in The Path to an Accountable Capitalism.

I met and got to know Dima Korolev. You know or know of Dima and what he did for Sergei Burkov who founded what became Google Russia. In his late teens, Dima worked for his father’s engineering firm in Moscow, one of Russia’s leading firms in contract engineering. He was part of the team that re-wrote the Google search engine that made it what it became. Later Dima rewrote Bing and provided Zuckerberg a report to rewrite Facebook for the mobile platform. Why did Dima leave pre-IPO? He’s a remarkably nice guy and imminently professional. He simply said, “Mel, there is good cause why people do not like Zuckerberg?” That was all he had to say. Alex Zolatrav introduced me to Dima. Alex is co-founder of MAPS.ME sold to RU.com.

The hybrid structure of NewRock’s business model draws on my father’s work in Latin America in the post-war era when Harry Truman tasked him with devising an alternative to the popularity of communism in developing countries. Then serving as Assistant Secretary of State for Latin America, he told Truman, communism was not the problem; it could be contained—and was. The problem was the “rapacious greed of capitalism” nowhere more evident than in perpetually unstable Latin America—both then and now.

In Search of Repetitive Patterns

Imagine that statement from a Rockefeller while those profiled were marketing the lucrative Cold War narrative. My father’s resignation was promptly sought by Secretary of State James Byrnes, a classic asset in both the FDR and Truman administrations and a political product of the Bernard Baruch political machine in South Carolina. Baruch, a commodities trader and financier, led the War Industries Board for Woodrow Wilson. A “gentleman’s agreement” with the British induced U.S. Zionists to lobby Wilson to enter WWI in exchange for the British Foreign Minister granting them the Balfour Declaration. Wilson won in November 1916 on the platform, “He kept us out of the war.” By April 1917, we were in the war.

Did the humiliating Post-WWI reparations imposed on proud Germans ensure—in “probabilistic” game theory terms—the rise of the extreme ethno-nationalists of the National German Socialist Workers’ Party (Nazis)? But for the Holocaust, would there be a Jewish state? When I met St. Petersburg Mayor Anatoly Sobchak and Dr. Vladimir Zelman in 1995 (see attached photo), Vladimir explained how, with the death of Stalin, he and other Jews were released from a gulag in southeastern Siberia to which they were consigned by Jews to be killed because they were Jews. But for 3,000 deaths on 9/11, would there be a Palantir?

Note in the timeline that Donald Stralem produced the 1951 film Duck & Cover shown by mandatory attendance to schoolchildren nationwide. Starring an animated Bert the Turtle and a 7-year old Mia Farrow, that film “prepared the mind” for the terror of MAD (mutually assured destruction) and internalized a narrative required to sustain the lucrative Cold War as a successor to WWII. We’ve since seen a seamless segue from the costly Cold War to the costly War on Terrorism. This work will show how we’ve been induced to maintain a sustained state of (profitable) terror.

In place of my father’s hybrid model emerged the post-war “Washington consensus”—top-down and exclusive with a sharp divide between public and private where corruption continues to be enabled—as seen with Trump. Meanwhile, a globalized “closed system of finance” was certain to create oligarchies worldwide, regardless of ideology. “Communist” China now has more billionaires than the “capitalist” U.S. This outcome became “probabilistic” with the global embrace of today’s “Washington” consensus.

The Knowledge Society

As support for this work emerges, it will be housed in the nonprofit Knowledge Society Institute (KSI) to preserve these facts and analyses and ensure they are deployed to foster healthy and resilient communities while also protecting the broader Jewish community from appearing guilty by association. Religions tend to produce extremists. The Chosen of the Israeli Right have their counterpart in fundamentalists found both in Islam (e.g., ISIS) and Christianity among evangelical extremists of the Zionist Christian Right. Those profiled share none of the values of my Jewish friends who were a primary source of these analyses.

Quantum: plus/minus. If you are a good guy, we should meet and help each other. If you’re a bad guy knowingly allowing your Jewish identity to be manipulated, I suggest you re-think your position. You appear to be a decent person with poor judgment in a business partner (Thiel) who I do not think much of based on his support for Trump who has done irreparable harm to our democracy.

Moderate Jews are becoming more outspoken in their opposition to Jewish extremism. Dame Vivien Duffield is one of the largest supporters of Israel. This British heiress and philanthropist has given hundreds of millions of dollars to Israel. She now says “My Israel is Dead” due to what those profiled have done to Israel and the risks they impose on moderate Jews by acting out their ethno-nationalism. It’s not Iran but those profiled who pose an existential threat both to Israel and Jews. The KSI will maintain a monitoring presence with an alert system to notify the public when emerging operations are identified.

My life experience proves their tireless genius for well-timed crises. The more emotionally wrenching the crisis, the easier it is to displace facts and critical thinking with manipulated beliefs and pre-staged narratives such as Iraqi WMD and the War on Terrorism (aka The Clash of Civilizations).

Those I profiled produced this mob-boss of a president, mentored by Roy Cohn, counsel to organized crime in New York. Trump’s easily profiled ignorance, arrogance and narcissism ensured he would perform as a classic asset to give those profiled everything they sought: Jerusalem, the Golan Heights, settlements in the occupied territories, etc. It came as no surprise to see Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, an evangelical Zionist Christian, appeal to Trump’s Christian Right base at the GOP convention by speaking from the rooftop of the King David Hotel overlooking Jerusalem.

Nor was it a surprise to see the UAE, seeking Trump’s approval to purchase F-35 jets, agree to a diplomatic “normalization” process with Israel only to be undermined the next day when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insisted that he agreed only to a “suspension” of settlements. This repeats a well-known pattern of duplicity. Shimon Peres bragged about lying to four U.S. presidents while Zionist extremists pursued their nuclear weapons program, including stealing from us both technology and fissionable material.

The Path Forward

I see three alternatives for Palantir:

Withdraw the offering and consult with NewRock until you fully understand the risks that Palantir is poised to impose on its clients, potential investors and the world at large.
Proceed with the offering and hope that Palantir, while mimicking a legitimate data analysis firm, does not get caught aiding espionage on behalf of parties to be identified. That charge will be exacerbated by investors rightly concerned should the offering fail to reveal the risks outlined above.
Discuss how Palantir’s data analytics can be adapted to accelerate the buildout of a sustainable alternative to today’s consensus model. How? By applying a relational approach to business designed to reduce risk to community and our habitat while accelerating the transition to renewable energy.

Palantir software could help monetize a new economy provided you’re genuinely interested in solving systemic problems versus building a foundation to merge Palantir, AI and game theory. That combination could prove key to displacing the rule of law on behalf of those I profiled while being stalked nonstop.

Leo Strauss did not believe in transparency. NewRock views it as essential in aiding the transition to the Knowledge Society. Those most clearly responsible for ‘fixing’ the intelligence that deceived us to war in Iraq were devotees of Strauss and his commitment to the Noble Lie, a moral rationalization that the wise must conceal their true motives from an “ignorant public” that may otherwise seek reprisals.

Sustained human progress requires not only advances in technology but also in techniques of finance to ensure ongoing inclusion rather than continue today’s designed-in exclusion. Indignity, instability, and serial crises are systemic “properties” imbedded at the core of today’s globalized consensus model.

With hybrid business models designed to support education and vocational training, technological advance can proceed alongside steady progress toward shared prosperity and a genuinely holistic sustainability—social, fiscal, financial and environmental. By enabling people to participate in shaping their future, long-term horizons can begin to displace today’s ecologically perilous pursuit of short-term earnings. With a bottom-up, stakeholder-inclusive model designed to engage a broad base of people in long-term value-creation, a shared sense of mission can emerge—incentivized with algorithm-enabled metrics that reward what people preserve and protect and discourage what they damage or waste.

My great-grandfather, John D. Rockefeller, created the modern-era’s largest fortune not by focusing on profits but savings. He then shared those savings with customers and recycled profits back to community with foundation support for education and health—universities, medical research, etc. The NewRock approach makes education a partner in the buildout of a renewable energy future and incentivizes savings in healthcare—including targeting reductions in a projected 18% of the U.S. economy in 2020.

Mounties probe software allegations

The RCMP says it’s conducting a national security investigation into allegations that computer software used by some federal agencies, including the Mounties themselves, contains a secret “trap door” that gives U.S. and Israeli intelligence services access to sensitive Canadian government data.

The investigation, which has been continuing for “several months,” has produced “absolutely nothing to date to indicate national security has been compromised in any way,” Staff Sergeant Mike Gaudet, a spokesman for the RCMP, said yesterday.

He said the force has to investigate every allegation of this kind.

The allegations are not new. They were investigated and dismissed nine years ago by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service when reports surfaced in the United States that a computer program called Promis had been pirated and rigged by Israeli and U.S. intelligence services. The allegations were that the altered copies were made available to other countries with a “trap door,” allowing the Israeli and U.S. services to hack into the databases of other governments.

The reports said the RCMP and CSIS were among the law-enforcement and intelligence services to which the allegedly altered software was made available.

CSIS spokesman Dan Lambert said yesterday, however, that the service conducted its own in-depth review in 1991 and found that it had no copies of Promis, bootlegged or otherwise, and never had.

The security of CSIS computer hardware and software is always a priority, Mr. Lambert added.

Canadian government officials at that time told U.S. congressional investigators that no government agency in Canada used the Promis software.

The original allegations that the software is used by the United States and Israel to spy on other countries emerge from a long-standing legal battle in Washington being fought by a software company, Inslaw Inc., which first developed the database-management software for the U.S. Justice Department.

Promis was developed to help prosecutors manage complex cases. Inslaw alleges that Justice Department officials in the Ronald Reagan administration pirated copies of Promis and passed copies along to Israel and other countries.

A U.S. government independent counsel in 1993 found no credible evidence to support Inslaw’s allegations. The counsel, retired judge Nicholas Bua, said the company relied on witnesses who had credibility problems, including a former computer expert who is serving a sentence on drug charges and an Israeli who changed his story.
