Protecting children in the Scottsdale Unified School District

Broken Arrow is military code from the Vietnam War used when a ground unit was overrun and air support is urgently needed. It’s now used to signal the crisis of a lost nuclear weapon. Our democracy is overrun by those serving the interests of Greater Israel led by Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth whose treason puts us at grave risk of another 9/11 or a nuclear incident.

The same enterprise that produced the Trump presidencies has criminally stalked me with impunity since age four. Much of that stalking occurred in Arizona after I moved from Michigan to Scottsdale in 1973 when I turned 21. I’m now 74.

Based on the evidence presented in this memo, I’m charging the Board with an obligation to:

• Take immediate steps to protect our children—and our nation—from the threat described below.
• Immediately alert Senator Mark Kelly who President Trump threatened with hanging.
• Treat these facts as you would the presence of an active shooter at every school.

Who am I? And why do I view the Board as obliged to act? I’m the great grandson of John D. Rockefeller born out of wedlock in 1952. My birth was staged to preemptively compromise my father’s presidential prospects and produce a series of compromised presidents, including those who led us to war in Iraq and now Iran. Those I profiled at enormous personal cost exploit our trust to use our blood and treasure to wage their wars for Greater Israel. As you’ll see below, this extremist few routinely target children and systematically undermine education.

The only modern component of this corruption is the online means to deceive and manipulate on a grand scale. Since antiquity, their primary weapons have been sex and money. In 1968, I was told by my “Uncle Bobby” (I was then 16) that George H.W. Bush had been set up to have sex with a young woman. In 1992, I watched him interviewed while running for re-election as president when he was asked about the woman I knew was used to extort him 24 years earlier at Ongar, a Donald Stralem-owned horse breeding estate in Ireland since converted into a housing development outside Dublin. In that same time period, they were pre-staging a fraud on me meant to induce my suicide in 1982.

To provide “Uncle Bobby” access to me on behalf of Donald Stralem (for whom he worked), they arranged the marriage of my mother to Bobby’s brother. I was then four years old. My Uncle David Rockefeller partnered with this transnational Jewish enterprise when General Douglas MacArthur took over Japan in August 1945 followed by setting up my father with my mother in 1951 in Welch, West Virginia. After my birth in 1952 and an arranged marriage four years later, David Rockefeller acquired the site of Stralem’s Rothschild-affiliated Halgarten and Company investment bank (co-founded by Stralem’s father in 1850) to build One Chase Manhattan Plaza a year after my mother’s marriage. Until 1993, I used the surname “Cunningham” given me on my adoption in 1956.

Soon after the era-defining Kennedy assassination of November 1963, my father, Nelson Rockefeller, then in his second of four terms as Governor of New York, described those responsible as sharing a “tireless genius for crisis.” Your prompt engagement can help prevent another 9/11-scale crisis that may trigger a nuclear incident by Israel.

These facts and analyses will reach a long-deceived public. We’re speaking with 2026 Academy Award winner Rush Darwish and producer Stratton Leopold in whose guesthouse Jeff outlined Guilt By Association—How Deception and Self-Deceit Took America to War in which I’m identified only as John Doe.

The Board’s response will become an opening scene in films based on my deconstructing the Who, How and Why of a deadly, fiscally ruinous and ongoing deceit. Their goal: domination and subjugation, as The Chosen. By remaining anonymous until 1993, I was able to study those who can now be identified and prosecuted for capital crimes against humanity, including the mass murder provocation of 9/11, October 7, 2023, the Gaza genocide and many others, as my personal experience can prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

I was alarmed to see a Blackboard co-founder on the Board. I know how Israeli military personnel used Tegrity‘s lecture-capture technology to gain access to the classroom—and to children. My source: former IDF Lt. Colonel Jason Barzilay who I first met in 1983. His venture capital firm, Argoquest, provided funding for the IDF’s intelligence hub, Unit 8200, with 5,000 cyber-soldiers. They work with Palantir and other AI firms to develop mass surveillance and autonomous weaponry that the IDF field-tested on Palestinians and their children in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon and now Iran.

Jason bragged to my friend Heath Kline about amending Israeli law to allow IDF personnel to take shares in firms from which the Mossad stole U.S.-developed technologies. Heath founded Priority One Electronics in the 1980s. We became friends when he purchased a computer system from my firm. Jason and his two former IDF partners founded Packard Bell in 1983 with $150 million in US taxpayer funds appropriated by Congress for the IDF. By 1991, they were third in PC market share behind IBM and Apple. Priority One supplied them with parts.

With profits from Packard Bell, these proponents of Greater Israel took virtual control of the California legislature and gained early influence in Silicon Valley. He also boasted of creating the political career of Beverly Hills Assemblyman and Governor Gray Davis who was recalled in 2003 and replaced with actor Arnold Schwazenegger.

My life experience proves that children have long been and remain a priority target of those profiled, using child sexual abuse, classroom indoctrination and child trafficking now enabled by social media. The clock is ticking to protect Scottsdale schoolchildren. Who will step up to protect them? With this outreach to the Board, the source of this ongoing treason can no longer be hidden or ignored.

We’re speaking with people close to actor Bryan Cranston whose brilliant portrayal of screenwriter Dalton Trumbo and the “Red Scare” of the McCarthy era mirrors what we now see with a systematic attempt to silence or criminalize any criticism of Israel. Trumbo’s timely observation from 1970:

“The blacklist was a time of evil…no one on either side who survived it came through untouched by evil…[Looking] back on this time…it will do no good to search for villains or heroes or saints or devils because there were none; there were only victims.”

Critical Thinking

The Board acknowledges the need to educate students in critical thinking. Never has that been more essential than now. A long-deceived public is just learning that we live in a nation led by pedophiles. I’ve known this for 40 years. When Jeff sent me an article on Christian Zionist pastor Mike Evans and his Friends of Zion, that led me to Blackboard founder and Board member Matthew Pittinsky.

• In December 2025, over 1,000 evangelical Christian pastors traveled to Israel as Friends of Zion where they signed pledges to serve as “Ambassadors for Israel.”
• On February 20, Mike Huckabee, Trump’s evangelical Ambassador to Israel, said it would be “fine” if Israel took all of the Middle East. On February 28, Israel and the U.S. attacked Iran.
• On March 17, Joe Kent, director of the National Center on counter-terrorism, resigned and confirmed “Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation” and the U.S. “started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.” He’s now smeared as an antisemite.
• Without what I can prove, Joe Kent could be consigned to a gulag in El Salvador along with any American opposing the Greater Israel influence now permeating our government, as my life experience proves as a Rockefeller criminally stalked my entire life with ongoing legal impunity.

 

On September 10, 2025, conservative youth influencer Charlie Kirk was murdered in Utah within 48 hours of alerting his Greater Israel funders that he would no longer support Israel, meaning the Kirk-led Turning Point USA, based in Phoenix, might no longer indoctrinate youth for Greater Israel. Kirk supporters quickly began Turning Point chapters in schools nationwide. Pastor Mike Evans, busily recruiting Ambassadors for Israel, sees no problem in merging education with his End Times beliefs key to destroying our democracy, using apocalyptic programming disguised as education.

On March 18, Joe Kent announced that his investigation into Kirk’s murder was blocked. On March 27, Marco Rubio announced that the State Department had revoked “at least” 300 student visas, largely for criticism of Israel. The deployment of ICE to airports may pre-stage plans to intimidate voters or cancel November elections now projected to curb the power of Trump/Israel.

The presence of Dr. Matthew Pittinsky on the District’s Board prompted me to contact you when I saw that you’re a former journalist inclined to read and a mother of six. The future of Scottsdale children and your own is poised to be grim unless and until these pro-Israel warmongers are stopped. Our democracy cannot survive two more years of Trump taking directions from Israel. My life experience is uniquely able to prove that this deadly manipulation traces to ethnonationalist Jews who obscure their operations behind antisemitism with the help of a complicit media and a Congress thoroughly compromised by the expansive Israel lobby

In no way is this meant to impugn the character of Mr. Pittinsky or Board member Mike Sharkey with his background in data analytics. This memo provides a portal into a compilation of research and analysis working its way into books, films and national security training manuals.

Targeting Children and Education since 1951

Due to the circumstances of my out-of-wedlock birth, I was able to deconstruct this deceit and profile its operatives from inside their transgenerational network. When I confirmed my identity as a Rockefeller, I saw that I had a unique opportunity—and a moral obligation—to deconstruct and expose this corruption at its source. With this knowledge, the Board has a fiduciary obligation to children who depend on you to protect them. First, an example of how their deceit proceeds in plain sight:

Lengthy pre-staging is used to “prepare the minds” to displace critical thinking and replace facts with manipulated beliefs: the crisis of 9/11 enabled their creation of a consensus belief that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction (WMD).

After the U.S. invasion of Iraq, 69% of Americans polled believed that Iraq had WMD and Saddam Hussein played a role in 9/11. In fact, he had no WMD—as I knew in January 1997 after spending ten days in Iraq with the head of his nuclear program, Dr. Nidal Al-Hamdani, his third wife (by a forced marriage). Plus, he not only saw Islamic fundamentalists as a threat to his brutal but secular regime; he also routinely had them killed. Rather than engage me in good faith on my return from Iraq—creating a record—State Department officials shunned me and FBI agents stalked me. Attempts are ongoing to discredit me, bankrupt me and increase the stress on my congestive heart, hoping this evidence will die with me.

Those Jews responsible for the mass murder of 9/11 began staging the mass murder of the WWII Holocaust with the Dreyfus Affair in France (1894-1906). Without the Holocaust, there would never have been sufficient political support to create a Jewish state due to a broad realization (often unspoken) of the threat posed by those profiled. Fundamentalists of all faiths—Jewish, Islamic, Christian—pose a threat to democracy and the fact-based rule of law that secures our liberty.

Contact Senator Mark Kelly and ensure that he engages before those profiled strike again. See Appendix A for congruences and how my experience confirms that Greater Israel staged 9/11. Consider these facts as equivalent to notice of an active shooter on the premises. Hindsight will not suffice.

In 1951, the year I was conceived and the Mossad became fully operational, Donald Stralem produced the film Duck & Cover. Shown by mandatory attendance to schoolchildren nationwide, that fear-inducing 9-1/2-minute film taught kids how to duck under their desks and cover their heads when they saw the flash of an atomic bomb.

Featuring an animated, child-friendly Bert the Turtle and a six-year-old Mia Farrow, that film terrorized a generation of children and their parents and eased a seamless segue from WWII to the profitable Cold War with its fear-inducing MAD deterrence strategy (mutual assured destruction). The fiscal cost of Cold War outlays to the U.S. alone topped $35 trillion in 2021 dollars. The war-profiteers I profiled have long posed—and remain—a primary fiscal threat to our children and to education and pose an ongoing threat to the broader Jewish community and people worldwide. Consider:

This latest war for Greater Israel is costing ~$1.6 billion per day. On March 19, the Pentagon requested $200 billion. Two decades of a regime change war fought in Iraq and Afghanistan cost the U.S. alone $8 trillion, all borrowed, plus a million Iraqi lives lost. Meanwhile, 54% of adult Americans (130 million) now read below a sixth-grade level. How does one put a price on the impact on children of serial wars fought by Americans for Greater Israel?

For those whom I can prove are responsible, these facts pose an existential threat. Though President Eisenhower’s 1961 warning (three days before the Kennedy inaugural) cautioned us about the “military-industrial complex,” his real concern was “the disastrous rise of misplaced power.”

Ike was then a five-star general. Fast-forward 58 years for when four-star General Colin Powell was deceived to induce an invasion of Iraq. I wrote to Secretary of State Powell the day after (February 5, 2003 see attached) he offered false Iraqi WMD testimony to the U.N. Security Council, enabling a disastrous March 20 invasion under the direction of a Christian Zionist U.S. president.

I told Powell how he’d been deceived and used and identified who was responsible the day he gave his globally televised speech. When I contacted him again in 2020, he wrote back to concede he had relied on CIA intelligence. I consider General Powell a true American hero who was targeted and used by an enemy within. Their usury of General Powell was straightforward: they obscured their duplicity and absence of honor behind his honor, celebrity and credibility as they have our nation—and as Benjamin Netanyahu used Trump to take the U.S. to war with Iran—for Greater Israel. Informed Arizonans and Americans will rightly ask Members of the Board: What did you know, when did you know and, most importantly, what did you do? Those described are now using Trump to disrupt energy markets, destabilize the global economy and again use our full-faith-and credit to fund yet another war for Greater Israel. Now Netanyahu proposes a long-sought pipeline.

Systemic Displacement of Facts

Portions of what I discovered when being stalked by Greater Israel operatives (while still in my teens as I deconstructed the Who, How and Why) are now becoming known due to the Epstein files. After a 1991 attempt on my life in New Orleans that I saw coming a year beforehand, I took my birthfather’s surname in 1993 for the Rockefeller “toe tag” anticipating those profiled would be less likely to kill me knowing that a competent homicide investigation ran the risk of revealing the sinister role played in the stalking by my Uncle David. I applied to the L.A. Superior Court for my father’s surname, providing notice both to David and my cousin Jay knowing they could not object, and did not.

The person who drew me to New Orleans set me up to be arrested, with the arresting officer assuring me that I would not leave their jail alive. When the jail’s infirmary nurse alerted my mother, a federal judge ordered my immediate release and my cousin, Jay (Senator John D. Rockefeller IV), flew into town, the charges disappeared and, on August 7, 1991, he withdrew his name as a potential presidential candidate, citing personal family reasons.

While I was in town, the final scenes were being re-shot for JFK, a Kennedy assassination conspiracy theory film directed by Oliver Stone and starring Kevin Costner as New Orleans D.A. Jim Garrison. My “Uncle Bobby” was a close friend of New Orleans antiques dealer Clay Shaw, the “patsy” in Garrison’s groundless 1967 conspiracy theory show trial (the jury acquitted Shaw in less than an hour). During that distraction, Israel launched its long-planned Six-Day Land Grab after ensuring that Irgun operative Mathilde Krim was “servicing” President Lyndon Johnson that night in the White House.

Miami radio announcer Lawrence Zeiger, who couriered cash to Garrison from Jewish organized crime in Miami, was rebranded as CNN talk-show host Larry King, rewarded with a $30 million/year television contract, and married a series of wives, the seventh a statuesque blonde Mormon.

Soon after the December 1991 release of JFK, 70% of Americans polled believed that their own government murdered their young president. The film was produced by former Mossad psyop specialist Arnon Milchan who is presently embroiled in Netanyahu’s corruption trial. While the U.S. was working to end apartheid in South Africa, Milchan was handling public relations for Pretoria and providing them nuclear triggers.

The People in Between

Former Pentagon Chief Robert Gates warned the U.S. about such “unconventional warfare” waged by “the people in between” (in media, politics, pop culture, think tanks and education). Palantir CEO Alex Karp leads one of the most threatening of the AI-enabled surveillance firms. As soon as my September 3, 2020 memo to Karp was confirmed delivered in Denver, Palantir employee Mayer Schein in Seattle contacted me on LinkedIn. When I responded, he sent a commentary parroting the agenda of Jewish ethnonationalists and tried to start an argument.

Palantir assists the IDF wi th targeting and killing. Not until mid-March was it conceded that Palantir’s ELITE App identified targets for ICE while daily quotas (eight per day) drove raids. What we now see being acted out was 78 years in the making by those who produced and are now using the most corrupt U.S. president ever to hold office. With the help of the Roberts Court, the White House under Trump was transformed into “Jewish Mob Central.” [See online Mar-a-Lago Ravenite Social Club.]

A functional law enforcement apparatus would have detected this “treason within” decades ago if this infiltration and subversion were not operating at every level of society, as my life experience proves beyond a reasonable doubt. Those profiled actively stalked me, my family, my friends and anyone they believed might—by assisting me—pose an “existential threat” to the Jewish state. With Trump as president, it’s difficult to imagine a worse example of the honesty and decency that parents urge their children to emulate. As Michael Kruse explained in Politico, Roy Cohn, counsel to senior organized crime figures in New York, taught Trump the behavior from which he never deviates:

“Deflect and distract, never give in, never admit fault, lie and attack, lie and attack, publicity no matter what, win no matter what, all underpinned by a deep, prove-me-wrong belief in the power of chaos and fear. Trump was Cohn’s most insatiable student and beneficiary. He didn’t just educate Trump, he didn’t just teach Trump, he put Trump in with people who would make Trump.”

Had They Left Me lone

I would not have taken on a task that, with this proof, will hopefully mark the beginning of the end for the State of Israel. Israel will not exist two years after the public confronts the horrors that these treasonous few have imposed on the U.S. while pretending to be our “special friend.” The rise in antisemitism and hatred for Jews was created by those who rely on “hating Jews” to weaponize the antisemitism required to deflect attention and obscure the source of their treason within.

A functional national security and law enforcement apparatus dedicated to defending the U.S. would require that Palantir and numerous other IT and AI firms (e.g., Open AI) register as foreign agents. Instead, on March 20, Deputy Defense Secretary Steve Feinberg announced the adoption of Palantir’s AI platform (MAVEN) as a “core system” across the U.S. military. Step-by-step, those I studied while being stalked my entire life are building a foundation for mass surveillance and gulags to warehouse anti-Israel dissidents, aided by in-depth profiling to enhance AI-enabled domination.

Those stalking me nonstop since age four introduced me to Gus German in 1979 after my father was found dead in salacious circumstances and cremated within hours without a toxicology exam. I will prove he was murdered to target me. At the time, Gus was one of the most brilliant minds in computer science. Those stalking me were stalking his genius that they used to scale their assault on humanity with the help of computer science. We met because the same enterprise stalking the great grandson of John D. Rockefeller was also stalking the most brilliant minds. When Jeff interviewed Gus in Waterloo, Ontario in 2003, the Mossad was attempting to recruit Paul Sop, his top assistant.

As Gus explained to me in computer-eze: “If you are who you say you are, you’re the one file in the system that cannot logically be closed that will crash the system.” In this case, the system is their systemic corruption—of thought and belief—enabled by the entangled U.S.-Israel relationship with its systematic corruption of Congress, the presidency and the judiciary. Trump is their latest and best-ever presidential production.

When I confirmed my identity as a Rockefeller, I chose to remain anonymous with the advice of my maternal grandfather who warned me that, if my mother knew or suspected I was seeking to identify my real father, she would be worse than those he believed would come after me to get to my father. He went on to explain, “Son she’s your mother. She knows you won’t stand a chance if they know what you’re after. She will destroy your credibility to protect you if she learns what you’re doing.” My grandfather further explained, “Melvin, they want to use you to get to your father. Don’t let them use you, son and do not let your mother know what you’re doing.” I saw then that I had a unique opportunity—and a moral obligation to the only person I ever completely trusted—to deconstruct and expose this corruption at its source. That objective is now achievable.

My Experience in Arizona

We’ve been unable to pierce the sayanim phalanx around Senator Mark Kelly. Jeff was assured by a staffer, Renee Gaspar, that the cover page of our December 2020 memo (attached) was all he needed to see. [See online for sayanim (Hebrew for helpers).] Two other attempts at outreach in 2024 were also stymied. Had he engaged in 2020, those profiled likely would not have been able to return Trump to office in 2024, and Trump would not have become president to accuse Kelly of sedition and threaten him with hanging for telling our military that they need not obey unlawful orders.

No one obliged by their oath of office to represent me at the federal, state or local level would meet, despite my ability to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that this threat traces directly to our entangled alliance with Israel. Those informed who were unresponsive include Bill Clinton and Madeleine Albright (1997), Mark Kelly (2020 and 2024), Senator Ruben Gallego, Governor Katie Hobbs (February 2023) and Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego (Jan. 2025). I moved to California in March 2025.

Others I approached without success include Senators Kyrsten Sinema (Mormon), Jeff Flake (Mormon), Jon Kyl and John McCain. In 2010, when we both lived in Tempe. we were blocked by staff from meeting with our Representative David Schweikert, a deficit hawk, with proof of how those profiled weaponize our debt. Instead, Chief of Staff Kevin Knight, who knew I had heart issues, phoned Jeff 11 years later, on September 8, 2021, and asked only one question, “Is Mr. Rockefeller still with us?” In 2010, the debt was $13.5 trillion. It now tops $39 trillion. What’s the impact on children? On education? On access to healthcare? Who does Mr. Schweikert really represent?

Consider my experience in Arizona in March 2010 when Phoenix FBI Agent Dave Williams contacted me to seek my signature witnessed by two agents as requested by the Polish government regarding a 1995 fraud in Poland devised by political psyop author Jerome Corsi and financed by Carl Lindner—whose former counsel, Charles Keating, relocated to Arizona to lead the state’s massive Lincoln Savings & Loan fraud. By delaying its resolution, the McCain-led “Keating Five” cost taxpayers an additional $50 million.

• Agent Williams told me that he would end our meeting if I mentioned that I had returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with intelligence disproving the Iraqi WMD narrative and that FBI agents were complicit in stalking me, colleague Munther Ghazal and his family. FBI complicity included two FBI agents who appeared at Munther’s home four days after 9/11 asking about me but never interviewed me (a third person with them spoke with an Israeli accent).
• After Williams finished his assigned task, he signaled a second agent to leave. I then poured out my heart for a half-hour describing facts I’d amassed proving the source of capital crimes, including ongoing treason by those stalking me. When I finished, Williams told me with a smug smile that he’d turned off the recorder before I began and said, “I hope you enjoyed yourself.”
• His confidence mirrors Secret Service Agent Brian Korbs who came to my Fresno home in September 2000, one year prior to 9/11, with two local policemen in an attempt to discredit me. He was part of Joe Lieberman’s security (who was campaigning in California for Vice President). Those who dispatched him to my home to discredit me in my community 12 months before their 9/11 attack knew I could prove that Iraq had no WMD and Saddam Hussein could be removed without a war. Faced with provocations under color of lawful authority, I said nothing. The most shocking aspect was Williams’ confidence that he would not be held accountable for what he did to provoke me. That matches the conduct of those who committed a bank fraud on me in 1981-82. As my bank confirmed, though they could go to prison for a felony, they were clearly confident they would not—and did not.

The Arizona Node

When Saddam Hussein tasked a helicopter pilot with giving me a tour of Baghdad in January 1997, the pilot set down in an open field in the Cultural Center of Baghdad where I said, “This is where the wedding cake was supposed to be built.” In 1973, while an ASU student, I would jog in the mornings past the building designed by Frank Lloyd Wright that was originally meant for construction as the Baghdad opera house on the site where the helicopter landed.

Though I love Arizona, the state has long been a major node in the transgenerational criminal network into which I was drawn as I studied those stalking me. We can provide a lengthy list of people and incidents confirming that role. Just ask. In the process of advising four presidents, Glenn Olds and Walter Cronkite became close friends. When, citing Dr. Olds’ referral, we reached out to him in 2005 while Dr. Olds was alive, we could not get past Chief of Staff Marlene Adler. [See attached Adler correspondence from December 2005 and July 2006.] Glenn passed in March 2006.

Imagine if the Cronkite School had assigned a team of aspiring journalists to investigate this story two decades ago. In December 2005, we submitted to Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard and Governor Janet Napolitano (a former Attorney General) a 3-volume set of facts and analyses that, if engaged in good faith, could have exposed the source of this systemic corruption in 2005. Instead, she was appointed the second Secretary of Homeland Security (2009-2013), ignored these facts and was rewarded with the presidency of the University of California.

Note the return address in Strawberry, Arizona where Jeff joined me to begin his in-depth research. When he moved to Arizona, we shared a farmhouse that Carol Barr assured me we could use free-of charge. When she then sued Jeff for rent, we retained Payson attorney John T. Franklin, a seventh-generation Mormon in Mormon-dominant Gila County. When we realized that Franklin was collaborating with Barr’s attorney, we successfully had him disbarred.

As we left the residence, with Jeff driving a 16-foot box truck, three carloads of Gila County Sheriff’s deputies armed with assault rifles were arriving prepared for a shoot-out. We spent the next two months (July/August 2007) living in Ron Burke’s residential horse barn in Scottsdale. See below for Ron Burke who was targeted because he was my friend, a common occurrence.

Such “incidents” have been (and remain) nonstop since I moved to Arizona 53 years ago. Barr, now a Payson resident (formerly employed by the CIA), had no fear that she could collaborate with those stalking me without consequence. After Barr and her daughter, Andrea, repeatedly perjured themselves on a court record, a Gila County court “lost” their testimony. Even in remote Strawberry (pop. 943), the stalking was nonstop. The night before our court appearance in Payson, someone wrung the necks of five of our nine laying hens and stretched their carcasses out on a board to ensure I knew it was them. Among those killed was my favorite (“Gertrude”) who would perch on my shoulder. Those stalking me know I have a strong affinity for animals of all sorts. This is a pattern.

Targeting Those You Love

On the same day we met with a member of the ruling family in Abu Dhabi, someone entered the house in Tempe, took Samantha, one of my two cats, skinned her and left her to be found in the dirt in an alley behind my home. Sofia, who survived, hid in a black laundry bag hanging in the closet that she had clawed a hole in. Both were jet black with whoever took Samantha not able to see or find Sofia. Two other cats I fed in the neighborhood were poisoned and left for me to find.

In 1982, a year after I divorced my wife to take this on, I had her and our three children move a quarter mile away from her family’s farm in Orem, Utah where I knew they’d be untouchable. My youngest son, Michael, born July 1980, was then 18 months old and would only speak to me when I called to tell me about his new puppy. His mom accidently ran over his puppy in the garage. Two more dogs were given to him by his grandfather with each found dead in their yard a month after he became attached to them. Each had been poisoned with no one ever identified who was doing this to my son.

I wasn’t told about this until 17 years later after my son left for his Mormon mission. He had a Border Collie that slept with him that was given to him when he was 15. After he left for his Mission, his dog “Bandit” jumped a 6-foot cinderblock fence and bit the neighbor who was using a table saw in his yard. I flew the next day to their home in Draper, Utah to speak to the neighbor. That’s when I learned about the puppies found dead in the yard when he was 2-3. I was not going to see his Bandit put down. My ex-wife would never allow any animal in the house; that’s why his first puppy was consigned to the garage. She made an exception for Michael’s Bandit who was the youngest of our three children.

The neighbor and others who knew what happened all told me they knew Bandit was depressed not able to process Michael leaving him. No charges were filed. Unable to speak to our son while on Mission, his mom was going to have a fenced-in dog run built in the yard. Instead, I found a home for him a month later on a 2000-acre ranch in the four corners. The youngest son of four in a family owned an operational sheep/cattle ranch of his own on a section where they grazed the sheep.

I met with him and asked where Bandit would live, explaining how I hurt my son when I left when he was just 18 months old. Unlike his older sister and brother, he couldn’t process what happened with me unable to get him on the phone except to tell me about his puppy and what Bandit meant to him.

The young man showed me his cabin, his bed where Bandit would sleep with him, and the back of his truck and told me, “Mr. Rockefeller, he won’t leave my side 24 hours a day. This is a working ranch, sir, and Bandit was bred to work and he will with me.” I thanked him and left knowing I wasn’t there for my family as this young man’s family had been for him. When I got the call in Dubai that Samantha was taken from my home and how Sofia survived, I remembered what they’d done to Michael with his dogs—one killed by accident; the other two as intentional as what was done to Samantha. The person watching my animals called the Tempe Police who found my Samantha skinned in the alley.

I told the officer I was being sent a message and that, when I find those responsible, would see them skinned. He cautioned me not to make threats. My response: “Officer, I understand and appreciate your concern. Understand mine, those responsible for this ‘conversation’ that spans decades involved killing my son’s pets and mine will wish they hadn’t when I get to the public. As tragic is this is, they stopped killing humans close to me in 1991.”

Time-Critical Engagement

My father saw in 1964 that crises are a time-proven means to displace facts with (easily manipulated) beliefs. Realizing that education would be democracy’s “last line of defense” against these duplicitous few, he recruited Glenn Olds to revamp curriculum on the statewide 64-campus SUNY system. A Methodist minister, acclaimed educator, and confidante to four presidents (two of each party), Dr. Olds advised my father, 1945-1979, and served as my senior adviser from 1994 until his death in March 2006.

As we told Mark Kelly in a memo of April 19, 2024: “During the last week of Eisenhower’s 1956 reelection campaign, Israel launched their Sinai Campaign outraging Ike who had assured Arab leaders that Jews would take no more land.” When Senator Kelly engages, we’ll share the balance of that insightful story from a firsthand account by Glenn Olds who played golf with Ike. Glenn said he remained outraged at the Jews he trusted, recalling “they made a liar of me.” They’ve done the same to the U.S. for 78 years.

We’re now reviled for our behavior and ridiculed abroad for our inept, corrupt and degenerate leadership. An operative in California tried to get us to meet with Jeffrey Epstein in New York. We declined. His blackmail operation partnered with the daughter of publisher Robert Maxwell, a notorious Mossad asset who specialized in financial fraud while publishing many of our children’s schoolbooks.

Kathy Cook, ASU national security specialist, refused to meet with us after we sought in June 2024 to engage ASU when we briefed ASU’s Lt. General Ben Freakley. We cautioned both that proponents for Greater Israel would drag us into another war—as they did 18 months later on February 28, 2026. Ms. Cook and General Freakley copied blew us off after we mentioned Israel and the malign influence on U.S. national security of the ethnonationalist Jews I’ve profiled since moving to Arizona in 1973.

We could not elicit engagement at ASU. Nor with Jimmie McCain in February 2025. Why? Seven months later, he was appointed by Governor Katie Hobbs to the ASU Board of Regents. Why didn’t Governor Hobbs engage when approached in February 2023 when I was a Tempe resident (September 2007 to March 2025)? Why would no member of my Congressional delegation, House or Senate, meet with me or speak to me? My grandfather, John D. Rockefeller, Jr., loved the border area south of Tucson, as do I. He maintained an expansive ranch there where he died in May 1960. My wife and I lived in Tucson 1977-1979 with our first-born son, Bryan.

The Impact on Children of Systemic Corruption

As my life experience proves, John McCain served as a reliable and pliable asset of those profiled as did prominent Phoenix attorney Leo Beus, a top donor to ASU (see the addendum). After 9/11, McCain and Senator Joe Lieberman immediately called for war in Iraq and traveled the world together promoting Greater Israel’s regime change narrative. The 2002 enactment of McCain/Feingold campaign finance “reform” pre-staged the 2010 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Citizens United aided by a corrupt Chief Justice (John Roberts) who delayed consideration until the retirement of Justice David Souter, a staunch opponent of the unlimited (and often unidentified) campaign donations that soon thereafter put Donald Trump in the Oval Office to serve as “our” Commander-in-Chief.

If the Board does not promptly inquire of Kelly why his office ignored us, journalists will, particularly if we’re hit by a 9/11-scale attack before these facts and analyses are functionally engaged as they should have been 29 years ago upon my return from Iraq with proof Saddam didn’t have any WMD. I could have been ignored. Not Dr. Glenn A. Olds who was an advisor to Bill Clinton when he refused to return his calls to schedule meeting with us.

There’s also talk of reviving the draft, an issue for your students and your sons who may be enlisted and ordered to fight and die for Greater Israel. Those profiled will not stop; they must be stopped. Their prompt exposure is key to restoring our national security and rebuilding our fiscal health.

Based on clear proof of systemic corruption at the top, the Framers envisioned bottom-up pushback from an informed populace. The time for action is late: researchers using 48 metrics to assess the health of democracies identified the most severe magnitude of democratic backsliding ever in the U.S. They also cautioned that “once the democratic backsliding begins, it’s often hard to stop.”

My life experience proves the duplicitous means and treasonous goals of those responsible, identifies key operatives and their enablers, and offers a positive path forward. These materials enable any reader to recognize the repetitive patterns. The Board must engage to protect Scottsdale children, keeping in mind that those described have stalked me nonstop since my mother was put into an arranged marriage in 1956 when I was four years old. Consider:

In 1958, at age six, they murdered my childhood doctor as part of pre-staging a bank fraud in 1981 when I was 29. The perpetrator, Dr. Robert J. Birndorf, grinned like a Cheshire Cat when he told me in 1982 that his best friend then became my physician. I was in the first grade. He was a senior member of Jewish organized crime in Los Angeles, a specialist in workmen’s compensation fraud and served as an occasional team physician for the L.A. Rams football team. When reviewing these facts, keep in mind the lengthy pre-staging and premeditation proven by my personal experience.

Had I been engaged in good faith in February 1997 upon my return from Iraq with proof of no WMD, there likely would NOT have been a 9/11 (see Appendix A), an invasion of Iraq, a Trump presidency, a Gaza genocide or a threat of WWIII due to their war in Iran. From February 1997 forward, how much has been squandered on defense, 18 intelligence agencies, the FBI and Homeland Security? Yet no one has interviewed me on an official record that would have exposed the source of this treason. How many educations were forfeited? How much student debt was incurred? Who benefitted?

Who benefits if the Board fails to immediately engage Senator Kelly?

Those I profiled plan decades ahead. Contingency plans are poised to feature another mass casualty event because they know we are close to getting the help required to expose this enemy within. With assistance, these facts will break through the barriers created to criminally obstruct accountability. Having been denied help to stop a war in Iraq and now Iran—and with fading hope that our leaders—groomed to enable this treason—will act, I am creating a record to educate a long-betrayed public.

This chronicle will preserve the names of those who could have helped. My hope is that informed, lawmakers will propose a Constitutional amendment to ensure that Never Again does such systemic deceit take root in this nation, and our children grow up not having to believe they can trust in the law, as I did, only to be betrayed by the Chosen and their legions of Chrisian Zionist True Believers.

The seduction and betrayal of the U.S. traces to those who deceived us to believe they’re our “special friend” much like pedophiles seduce and groom children. Would those profiled use tools like Blackboard—with its roots traceable to those responsible? What I know for certain is this: those I’ve studied since 1982 share an “evil mind” with intent determining personal guilt or innocence. My life experience since age four confirms their shared intent and proves how, by way of deception, they induce us to wage their wars with no concern for the costs we bear.

At age four, Donald Stralem, the man who produced Duck and Cover, put his agent in my home as my step uncle. If not exposed and stopped, what do you think these self-absorbed and evil few will do should they gain control of AI? Who better to sound the alarm than the Board of Scottsdale Unified District with its fiduciary obligation to protect children? The Founders foresaw this need for timely citizen engagement.

You and the Board can easily demonstrate your intent: contact Senator Kelly and insist that he speak with me and order the full investigation I’ve been denied since February 1997 on my return from Iraq. Our children deserve no less. Informed of the facts proving the source of this threat, the Board has a fiduciary obligation to act consistent with these facts.

The systemic corruption—of thought and belief—that I dedicated my life to exposing is not an everyday form of ordinary criminal behavior. Those responsible pose an existential threat to our democratic way of life. They epitomize a politically influential form of entitlement, shared psychopathy and malevolence hidden in plain sight behind antisemitism.

Here’s an example of the depths to which these psychopaths routinely sink—as proven by my experience—their rape and murder of a 10-year-old girl to signal me that they could target my 12-year-old daughter:

The May 1992 abduction, rape and brutal murder of 10-year-old Deanna Seifert was directly related to their criminal stalking of me. Deanna was close in age to my daughter. As a niece of my cousin Connie Condon, she was not immediate family, preventing me from engaging prosecutors in her case. She was abducted during a slumber party at a friend’s home by someone who had to step over other girls to get to her versus taking a girl closer to the door, confirming it was a targeted abduction. The same day she was abducted, an operative approached me in my gym in Salinas, California and asked, “How is your family?” He then turned and walked away.

That evening, I telephoned Connie in Michigan and asked how the family was doing. She told me that Deanna had been abducted. After she told me what happened earlier that day, I assured her that Deanna was dead with zero hope she’ll be found alive. Already emotional when she answered, she screamed, “Mel, please this can’t be true. Please, why are you saying this to me? Why her, why do this to her?” I let her sob and compose herself and, as I was listening to her grieve, knew they’d also murdered her father to target me when she was Deanna’s age and I was six years old, as explained in Gaslighting America. Deanna’s remains were found the same day I contacted the offices of former President Carter in Atlanta and Ross Perot withdrew from his presidential campaign, citing his “daughter’s wedding”. Those who repeatedly raped Deanna and bludgeoned her skull then stored her body to be found in Michigan on or near the time I was confronted by one of their operatives on the street in L.A. who stepped out of a van near me and made a point of staring at me until he knew I noticed. This is their “signaling” system that I’ve encountered for decades as I learned to cope with this evil presence in my life while profiling the all-important “how” of their depraved operations.

Deanna was murdered to get a reaction from me in the same manner my cousin Lucinda Curtis was found with the back of her head blown off on New Years 1981. I was the last person to speak to her. A series of dogs treasured by my youngest son were killed 1982-83. My prized chickens were killed in Strawberry, 2005-2007, on the morning of our court date. Three of my cats were killed from 2007-2018 as I watched this filth destroy our nation while hiding behind antisemitism.

The U.S. is protecting Israel while they live-stream the mass murder of Palestinians, including their slaughter of tens of thousands of children in Gaza. IDF troops use the heads of children for target practice, sodomize detainees, laugh about it and make the U.S. appear guilty by association. This is ALL being done by the same transgenerational criminal enterprise that we’ve been deceived to consider a special friend rather than what the facts confirm they are: an enemy within.

This memo is my CODE RED signal to you and the Board. Act or be prepared to face the ire of 342 million Americans betrayed by those in the Jewish community who I can prove are responsible. My goal is to head off the uncontrolled rage when a long-duped public grasps who knew and did nothing to stop this.

I will prove to them that what was done to me and to Palestinians will be done to them in ten years if this isn’t stopped NOW! Those in the Jewish community supportive of Greater Israel are in control of our government, as evidenced by the recent Hezbollah story involving a truck attack on a synagogue in Michigan. The family of the young man who rammed his truck into the building was identified, targeted and killed in Lebanon knowing that would trigger a reaction in the U.S. and provide Israel another rationale for a ground invasion of Lebanon as they push for Greater Israel. It’s all about game theory math and narrative control.

This is why I know they will hit us hard with a 20,000-50,000 body count if these facts are ignored as they have been since my return from Iraq 29 year ago with evidence that, if investigated in good faith, could have detected the pre-staging for 9/11 and prevented a regime change war in Iraq and an unwinnable war in Afghanistan—for Greter Israel. When I saw Glenn Olds after 9/11, he wept and apologized profusely for not believing me.

As a last resort, I will provide aggrieved Americans with the names of those to go after to stop this if it comes down to armed resistance to remedy this ongoing treason, as it may. I will prove to them what extremists in the Jewish community have done with their trust providing a list of those who I know acted with malice and premeditation.

Addendum: Arizona—a Key Node

My connections to Arizona run deep. My eldest son was born in Scottsdale Memorial in March 1976. Ms. Werner, a realtor, must know (or know of) Bonnie Burke, a leading REMAX agent. Her husband, Ron, and I met in 1973 while attending ASU, the same year I met U-Haul’s Joe Shoen via my Uncle Jim Kuhara. Downtown Glendale today was his family’s truck farm with the Kuhara’s, the Tanita’s and the Nakamura’s founders of Arizona’s AG industry. Ron’s first job after graduation in 1974/75 (in a class of 16 from ASU Construction Engineering) was with Bob and Bill Gosnell and Steve Berris. Gosnell Construction was created after Bob graduated from Annapolis and served in the 1970s.

Bob’s father, who owned John’s Green Gables restaurant, helped them become one of Arizona’s leading developers. Their first office was a trailer on the back of Bob and Bill’s property (then their father’s) at 24^th Street and Thomas near the canal. They all knew me as Mel Cunningham.

More than a decade ago, Bonnie made Ron agree never to speak to me again after she and Ron were defrauded millions of dollars by the same corrupt Jews and Mormons (aka the Lost Tribe of Israel) who stalked me in the 1980s in Los Angeles. I didn’t realize that connection until 2005 when I was standing in the Phoenix courthouse with Ron as he copied documents for a fraud that he and Bonnie were subjected to by the parties who defrauded him twice using the same Jewish attorney, Steve Herman. Jews collaborated with the Mormons complicit in stalking me from 1979 forward, a fact that remains relevant 47 years later as the Board seeks to protect its students.

One of the key players in that fraud is now Federal District Court Judge Neil Wake, a Mormon. When Ron repeatedly mentioned Wake, I said, “Ron, who the ….. is Neil Wake?” “Mel, he’s Leo Beus’s former law partner at Beus, Gilbert and Wake.” I nearly hit the floor, steadying myself with Ron’s help: “Ron, Leo Beus is who backed Doug Skeen who engineered defrauding me what today would be billions. Leo was his legal backup to protect Doug who was scared out of his mind due to his role in all of this.” Skeen, also a Mormon, targeted me and my young family when I relocated to California.

As journalist Katie Couric reports, we now have a Pentagon chief whose subordinates tell troops that: (a) They’re fighting a Holy War as part of God’s divine plan (referring to Biblical prophecy), and (b) Trump is anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire to cause Armageddon and mark his return. As we explained in a June 18, 2025 memo for California Governor Gavin Newsom:

A key “tell” came when Pete Hegseth, a weekend Fox News commentator and advocate for Christian Zionism’s Third Temple, was introduced at his January 14^th Senate confirmation hearing by former Senator Norm Coleman. You might as well have displayed a flashing neon sign signaling “Greater Israel has arrived, backed by the might of the U.S. military.” Coleman is an operative for Greater Israel. His endorsement of Hegseth proves 30 years of pre-staging to use our blood and treasure to wage wars for Greater Israel.

As Mayor of St. Paul, Coleman called the office of my colleague Randy Schwake during a meeting to discuss how to resolve a 1995 Jerome Corsi-orchestrated fraud for which FBI agents sought to frame me in 1997—i.e., after my return from Iraq with intelligence that could have prevented our invasion of Iraq in March 2003. Confirming systemic corruption, the IRS launched an audit of my tax return for 1987. I “outed” Corsi as a Mossad asset while in London in 1996. [See online The Poland Connection.]

With the loss of his Senate seat in 2008 to Democrat Al Franken, Coleman was recruited by casino mogul Sheldon Adelson and Miriam, his Israeli wife, to chair the Adelson-funded Republican Jewish Coalition. In the mid-term 2018 elections, they donated $113 million to candidates supportive of the Israeli Far Right, surpassing their $82.6 million in 2016.

They were the largest donor to Trump’s campaign, recycling their profits from casinos in Macau and Las Vegas. In 2024, the widow Miriam donated $250 million to Trump with the understanding that he would sanction their annexation of the West Bank. She’s pledged another $250 million if he runs again in 2028, citing Alan Deeshowitz who is working on the legal case for Trump to secure a third term—for Greater Israel.

In the past 60 days, Gavin Newsom twice sent word that he would speak with us. He failed to call and instead apologized for describing Israel for what it is and was founded to be: an apartheid state. Under assault by pro-Israelis, he’s reportedly agreed to travel to Israel where he’ll kiss the wall and recant his (accurate) “anti-Israel” remarks. His apology confirms why he too dismissed us.

Pete Hegseth, the most unqualified person ever to serve as Defense Secretary, lavishly praises Trump, the most unqualified and corrupt person ever to occupy the office of the president. Both men were “produced” by Greater Israel. How did we confirm that those profiled produced Trump?

While in London in 2016, we identified their use of the U.K. psyop firm Cambridge Analytica when a nephew of BlackRock CEO Larry Fink proposed that we meet with Nigel Farage, head of the U.K. Independence Party. A Cambridge Analytica devised, Facebook-enabled psyop produced a victory for their “Leave” campaign (Brexit), fracturing the UK. Chabad devotee Jared Kushner retained Cambridge Analytica, co-founded by Trump campaign strategist Steve Bannon, to produce a Facebook-enabled 2016 victory for the Trump/MAGA campaign, fracturing the U.S.

Cambridge Analytica also enabled a 2014 election for Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton, now chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee. He stopped by Hegseth’s Senate confirmation hearing just long enough to announce, “I am a Zionist.” Those electoral frauds were key to the “alt-right” takeover of the U.S. by Greater Israel. Bannon concedes it’s likely that he and other complicit parties will be imprisoned. As these facts work their way to a long-duped public, capital punishment may see a revival as people grasp the scope, scale and source of the damage.

As these facts inform a long-duped U.S. public, I will do my best to see that Trump’s most outspoken sycophants (such as Senators Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz and Tom Cotton) are subjected to sanctions that will long be remembered as a means to ensure that Never Again are a freedom-loving people subjected to such a threat. These facts and analyses must find their to educators to protect the impressionable minds of children on whom those profiled routinely prey

Resolution. The U.S. has never witnessed corruption on such a comprehensive scale by a president, his family and the entirety of a Cabinet. Armed with this knowledge, an incensed public will insist that they forfeit their fortunes and their freedom. Based on the vast scope of the damage wrought, both in the U.S. and worldwide, other nations may insist that those responsible also forfeit their lives. In effect, those who “produced” the Trump phenomenon have him right where they want him: no matter where he turns, he and his corrupt sons are going to jail. You can expect him and them to get worse.

What my life experience proves will turn the tide against Trump and his corrupt administration. Israel cannot, will not and should not survive. It exists only so long as legitimate nations recognize its legitimacy. That era is over. It can now be proven that its creation and even its very conception were frauds on humanity—and on the broader Jewish community—devised to advance the hegemonic goals of those who could never have succeeded had they been forthcoming about their intent. For them, transparency means long-overdue accountability. That time is fast approaching.

Those on whom these cunning few have long preyed, including the Jewish community, can celebrate the dissolution of Israel, the return of Palestine to the Palestinians, and a future free of this threat to humanity. They stole a half century of my life and stole potential futures from all of you and the Scottsdale’s children. I knew what they were doing. None of you could have known because, if you had, you would have been deemed a racist and an antisemite, reflecting the “genius” of their evil mind.

Appendix A. Congruences—Greater Israel’s Mass Murder of 9/11

To explain the math behind the fact-displacing duplicity that I was experiencing and deconstructing, Canadian math genius Gus German referred me to the Chinese Remainder Theorem and the 1935 Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen thought experiment in quantum mechanics with its dual reality of facts and fact-displacing beliefs. Gus advised me on founding my software firm, Alpha Base Systems, Inc.

To explain the math behind my “coincidental” interactions with many of those complicit in this corruption, Gus explained it’s not a conspiracy but “congruences.” The pre-staging for 9/11 involved someone close to me since 1996. Jim Smith had no idea that he enabled the parties who set the explosives for the controlled demolitions that dropped three of the seven World Trade Center buildings into their foundations soon after two passenger jets crashed into the Twin Towers.

The pre-staging of 9/11 made it appear that the murder of 2,977 people was the work of Islamic (vs. Jewish) fascists. Exploding jetliners and 19 Islamic terrorists lent a veneer of credibility to a series of pre-staged anti-Muslim narratives, including: Fighting Terrorism (1995) by Benjamin Netanyahu warning that “militant Islam could bring down the World Trade Center.”

I first met Jim in 1984 when he was Chief Technology Officer for Barr Engineering in Minneapolis when the firm bought an accounting system and our database to run their internal administration. Jim was hired in the 1990s by the Port Authority of New York to write the request for proposals (RFPs) to computer-automate the leasing of space in the WTC buildings.

Barr’s three-year project graphically mapped the engineered drawings of all seven buildings. They could provide architectural renderings featuring custom construction buildouts showing how space would look when reconfigured for leasing—all available within hours. That system also improved the ability to manage rental income. They mapped elevator shafts, electrical systems, ventilation ducts, mechanical systems, load-bearing walls and the structural supports key to placing explosives.

Within hours of the attack, Jim called: “Mel, five years ago when I shared with you the RFP for the New York Port Authority, using Carlos’s graphic system to map the World Trade Center to prepare architectural renderings, you told me that, if someone wanted to bring down the towers, what we developed to automate the leasing….” I stopped him mid-sentence and told him to send me the names of those who hired him. They all were from an Israeli firm hired by the Port Authority to recruit him.

A few weeks later, he called again, crying and said, “Mel, did my work automating the Towers with Carlos’s software have anything to do with bringing the Towers down?” I told him I didn’t know. What I know is—had I been engaged in good faith on my return from Baghdad in February 1997, an in-depth investigation would have uncovered the pre-staging for 9/11. When I spoke with Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone to confirm our meeting after his 2002 re-election, I said,

“Paul, when we get a team to confirm the source of the RFP that Jim wrote for the New York Port Authority (Barr Engineering was a Minneapolis firm), we will tie together all the nonlinear threads that I encountered. That includes details regarding the FBI agent in Minneapolis who was denied access to Moussaoui’s computer that would have stopped 9/11, the FBI Special Agent in San Diego who paid rent for the two hijackers who flew planes into the WTC, and other interactions. Paul, the fact no one will meet with me should be alarming since I tie together all these apparently unrelated issues. Those stalking me are same ones responsible for 9/11 and much more.”

The Murder of Minnesota Senator Paul Wellstone

While a constituent of Senate Democrat Paul Wellstone, I first spoke with him in 1995 and again on my return from Baghdad in February 1997 to share my concern that no one in the State Department would meet with me despite me having evidence of no WMD and intelligence that a weakened Saddam Hussein was being forced out by powerful sheikhs outraged that his psychopathic sons were raping their daughters. These were the same influential sheikhs to whom President George W. Bush turned to stabilize a post-invasion Iraq when the U.S. could not counter the insurgency in Anbar Province.

I also mentioned my concerns about encounters with Rudy Boschwitz who Wellstone described as a “rabid Zionist.” By then, agents in the Minneapolis office of the FBI were seeking to frame me for a 1995 Jerome Corsi-orchestrated, Carl Lindner-financed fraud involving Minnesota investors. Confirming coordination within the government, the IRS launched an audit for my 1987 tax return.

Wellstone called my cousin Jay’s sister, Aida, who had been married to U.S. Senator Mark Dayton (later Governor). When Aida was not forthcoming about my relationship to the family, he called Jay (Senator John D. Rockefeller IV) who said he did not want to discuss the matter. After 9/11, I spoke again to Paul a month prior to the November 2002 Senate election. It’s now known that, by then:

• “20^th hijacker” Zacarias Moussaoui took his pre-9/11 flight training in Minnesota.
• A Minneapolis FBI agent had been denied permission to search Moussaoui’s computer.
• Clinton AG Janet Reno flew into Minneapolis and returned to Washington with my FBI file.
• Four days after 9/11, San Diego FBI Special Agent Stephen Butler came to the home of Ghazal (we traveled to Baghdad together) and asked whether he was supporting me.
• Though FBI agents interviewed Munther about me, no one interviewed me either then or since.

When Paul asked about that anomaly, I responded, “Who had the means, motive and opportunity to run such an operation inside the U.S. government?” I then described how peace was within reach prior to the Ariel Sharon-led march to Jerusalem’s Temple Mount in September 2000, inciting the Second Intifada one year prior to 9/11. We agreed to meet again after the November 5, 2002 election.

He died in a plane crash on October 25th that also killed his wife, a daughter, three campaign staff and two pilots. Stand-in Walter Mondale lost by three percentage points to Norm Coleman, a Greater Israel operative groomed for that post.

The agent provocateur m.o. deployed on 9/11 was repeated by Israeli National Security Minister and Kahanist Itamar Ben-Gvir to incite the attack of October 7, 2023, invoke the “Jews killing Jews” Hannibal Directive and justify their long-planned ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank—with the support of a president whose presidencies they produced and staffed. Bibi Netanyahu lavishly funded Hamas ($35 million per month) with Qatar-provided cash.

Based on their targeting of Munther Ghazal in the U.S. (a family member murdered, his pregnant daughter terrorized, etc.), he and I should have been interviewed years ago. Why that has not happened is because it would confirm the source of an ongoing systemic corruption and treason, including within the FBI, traceable to the U.S.-Israel relationship created over the strenuous objections of Secretary of State George Marshall, our diplomatic corps and the Joint Chiefs who warned us 78 years ago that Israel would “prejudice U.S. interests” by engaging us “in a continuously widening and deepening series of operations intended to secure maximum Jewish objectives.”

Appendix B. Jewish/Mormon Psychopathy in Arizona

By age 21, I had experienced eight murders of people close to me while living in a suburb of Detroit. The victims included schoolmates, friends, an aunt and my 15-year-old niece, Lucinda Curtis, who had the back of her head blown off in 1981 in Glendale, Arizona.

When she and I spoke the night before, she was happy and excited about babysitting my infant daughter, Lauren. Those who killed her started a rumor that she committed suicide due to sexual abuse by her stepfather. I knew they adored each other. Devastated, he liquidated his wealth and moved to Mexico. After I took my father’s surname in 1993, I immediately searched for him to tell him what I could not tell him in 1981: I was their target; Lucinda was collateral damage as was he. He passed away shortly before I could locate him. These psychopaths routinely signaled me how easily they could kill anyone close to me and devastate the lives of survivors—much as we now see in Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon. And may soon see in the U.S. if those identified are not exposed and stopped.

Imagine the shared psychopathy of an identifiable few who, to target me, would murder a 15-year-old child and blame the man who loved her as his own after her own father rejected her—knowing only I would know the true perpetrator and their motive but could not prove it, and would sound nuts if I sought to explain it to anyone. As you review this memo, note the consistency of their treachery and tally the murderous costs of what we call their Hidden Tax on Humanity, the title of our website. Their damage to the U.S. alone is in the hundreds of trillions of dollars.

How Psychopaths Make It Personal

Here’s a typical Scottsdale incident from 2024, a replay of an incident in California from 1992:

On Tuesday, January 23, 2024 while I was shopping at Albertsons grocery store in Scottsdale, two yarmulke-wearing operatives, both in white shirts and dressed to be seen as Jews, walked up behind me loudly singing the jingle for Armour Hot Dogs. I’m deaf in my left ear from a mild stroke in 2022. They approached me on my left side knowing I was deaf in my left ear. The startled faces of people around me caused me to turn and see them behind. They knew precisely what they were doing to provoke a reaction.

They then followed me around the produce section hoping to provoke a reaction. This identical m.o. has been used repeatedly knowing that only I would know I was being stalked (Armour was the surname put on my birth certificate) but unable to explain it without appearing paranoid, schizophrenic or “antisemitic” had I reacted. In today’s environment, I could be portrayed as a “Jew-hater” and imprisoned for a hate crime under standards insisted upon by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance and embraced by at least 35 states, including Arizona in 2022.

In 1992, a year before I took my father’s surname, this same stalking technique was deployed using the same jingle. At the time I was staying in Salinas, California preparing for a deposition to recover my self-made millions. On the bus down and back and on the connecting train from Salinas to Santa Ana, four or five young guys—different groups each time—sat in the back or behind me the entire way singing the Armour Hot Dogs jingle. Imagine being forced to endure this mental and emotional abuse traceable to a common source with no recourse to protection under the rule of law. This has been my life—and could become yours if they aren’t stopped now.

People are beginning to see Jewish victimhood as a racket. One high profile hustler is Rabbi Shmuley Boteach who travels the globe—Bondi Beach, Berlin, Miami, New York—inciting abuse against him with film crews now proving he intentionally provokes people to attack him and then turns to law enforcement screaming he’s a victim of antisemitism. This is the same Rabbi who set Michael Jackson up with two Jewish boys whose families knowingly used their own sons to extort millions of dollars. Jackson settled the cases knowing the Jews behind the boys were using them to extort him, with him doing his best to protect the boys from their own parents. The pushback against this behavior now includes lawsuits for defamation and extortion.

To begin this work, Jeff contacted M.I.T. Professor Noam Chomsky when he saw that, whenever Chomsky criticized Israel, he was smeared as a “self-hating Jew.” As he explained, no matter what Jeff said, he would be smeared as an antisemite, a Jew-hater and a Holocaust denier. As he knew nothing about this subject, to test that hypothesis, he never mentioned the word Holocaust.

That fact didn’t matter; an Anti-Defamation League (ADL) employee described him in print as a Holocaust denier. When he included a single-syllable word (“Jew”) in a Google search, he received a warning directly from the ADL accusing him of antisemitism. When, in an interview, he repeated a Mossad case officer’s description of the force-multiplying role played by sayanim (volunteers), he was smeared as an antisemite in a publication founded by Elie Wiesel.

The perpetrators are also victims. This same “enterprise” sponsors free trips to Israel by impressionable Jewish youth through Birthright Israel to discover their Inner Zionist. Birthright is described as “the largest educational tourism organization in the world that has given over 900,000 journeys to the magical state of Israel.”

Birthright participants comprise a pool of potential recruits for Greater Israel’s sayanim corps of volunteers to assist operations worldwide. Similar to a reserve army that can be mobilized on an as-needed basis, sayanim operate as an essential force-multiplier. Birthright mega-donor, Israeli-American Miriam Adelson, is also a megadonor to Greater Israel’s greatest-ever asset, Donald Trump.

Thousands of evangelical preachers and Christian Zionist pastors also serve as force-multipliers for Greater Israel. They’re lured to Israel with free trips for indoctrination sessions that prey on their End Times beliefs. Confirming this subtle form of treason, many of them sign pledges to perform in the U.S. as “Ambassadors for Israel” preying on the ignorance and naiveté of their congregations. A brief “truth and reconciliation” period could offer immunity to sayanim who identify their recruiters

While serving as a Congressman from Kansas, Mike Pompeo, Trump’s first-term Secretary of State, gave a rapture and End Times sermon at his evangelical church in Wichita. While traveling the world as our senior U.S. diplomat, he said God may have sent Trump to protect Israel from Iran. Trump’s current Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, has personnel screening visa applicants for criticism of Israel.

Those I studied while being stalked weaponize beliefs to prey on others, including members of the broader Jewish community by preying on their identity as Jews. These identifiable few target that vulnerability to pursue goals, such as an expansive Greater Israel, that they know would be opposed but for their aptitude at waging war by way of deception, the operating credo of the Mossad.

If we and our children are to live in peace with our neighbors, both near and far, we can no longer pretend that this evil is not present in our government due to our blind support for Israel regardless of its behavior.

Appendix C. Descriptions of Those Copied

Joe Shoen He and I first interacted in 1973 in Arizona. I watched him turn around U-Haul with his brother, Mark, after his father’s death, making it one of America’s great firms. We did not formally meet. Joe and Mark stopped by to see Dennis and Ned Saban with whom I was having breakfast along with my Uncle Jim Kuhara. Dennis’s father, Ned, was one of the first U-Haul franchisees in a newly reorganized U-Haul after Joe and Mark’s father moved the business from Oregon to Phoenix.

My understanding from my Uncle: Dennis, Joe and Mark had a business welding hitches on car frames with Ned providing them space for their business on his five acres on West Grand in Glendale. I was 21, Mark was my age, Joe was four years older and Dennis, I believe, was Joe’s age. I provided Joe numerous in-depth analyses and hope to see U-Haul adapt colleague Bill Townsend’s Ontheline, a venture designed to make the Internet safe for children while sharing its success with community (See below). Larry Namer I met in 1995. A visionary in modern media, he founded E! Entertainment Television, creating content focused on the wellbeing of individuals, community and families. My hope is that he will step up as an executive producer of a documentary on my life and its current relevance. I’ve seen his genius firsthand, including his adaptation of Mexican soap operas to the Russian market and his creation for Bill Gates and MSNBC of the “crawler” on the bottom of TV screens and the dialog graphics he created for Bill Gates. In his youth, he and Bruce Springsteen became friends when Bruce was busking on the Coney Island boardwalk. Thus the name given Larry’s firm used to create what he did for Gates and MSNBC: Steeplechase Media named after the Coney Island amusement park.

When Ron Burd, Jeff, Bill Townsend and I met Larry for lunch, he was recruiting the senior executive for Sky News who quit after Lachlan Murdoch ordered tapping the phones of the royal family. When John Sibert and I visited Larry in the mid 90’s, Barry Levinson was waiting to meet him. Larry and Barry are exemplars of why those profiled must be distinguished from the creative genius and brilliance that is so common among the broader Jewish community. The Warner brothers exemplify the divide; Jack defrauded his three older brothers. David, the youngest of five Rockefeller brothers, targeted my father, stalked me and allied with the Rothschilds to commit some of history’s most horrific crimes.

Roger Penske. I’ve long admired Roger. I was 19 atttending a party for Kathy DuRoss and Henry Ford II at a club owned by a Chrysler heiress across from the Detroit Gas Company building. I was with George Kawamoto who pointed out Roger, Bruce McLaren and Carroll Shelby. George was a photographer known for his work in fashion and cars in the 1970s. Though Roger and I didn’t meet, that incident qualifies as a congruence, a math-based concept first explained to me by Canadian math genius Gus German, per Appendix A.

My cousin Connie Condon and Kathy were friends well before she married Henry. Earlier that day, Kathy had shown me the new penthouse he purchased for her at Lafayette Towers. Kathy and I worked for the same agency where George worked. Here’s a gossipy love story of Kathy and Henry Ford II. With no one knowing who I was, I was a Rockefeller looking for role models—how successful entrepreneurs got started and then I’d watch them evolve. Roger began as a mechanic and built his automotive empire by servicing those who did business with him better than anyone else in the business. He also treated all who worked for him with respect.

Joe Shoen the same. After I was evicted from my home in Tempe in March 2025, I rented a U-Haul to take some of my belongings with me to California where I’ve been staying. The young lady who took care of me at U-Haul glowed when I told her I’d met Joe and his brother Mark in 1973. Her face lit up as she told me he’d be visiting the dealership where she scheduled the pick-up of my truck. I could see in her face and how she spoke of him how he treats as family the 20,000+ employees who work for him. The family of Joe and Mark’s mother in Oregon financed their father’s dream. The roots of family exist today in U-Haul from its founding.

Bill Townsend. I met through John Sibert in 1998 who was then COO of Cal State University Institute, the technology commercialization arm of the 23 “tech” universities in the Cal State system. His innovative and child-friendly Ontheline platform is designed to “Reset the Internet.” Bill was with me in China in 2000 when Nokia committed $150 million “on spec” with another $100 million in reserve. The MOU featured Lycos (Google), Commonplaces (Facebook), Six Degrees (LinkedIn) and the Cloud with Nokia’s N95 slated to become the means to store and access content. [The iPhone was launched at MacWorld 2007.] The IP for Six Degrees became LinkedIn—sold to Microsoft in 2016 for $26.2 billion (Reid Hoffman had 10%). When we reconvened seven years after those stalking me undermined our deal, Bill asked why I hadn’t told him that I was being stalked by Jews (Bill is Jewish). Identifying the Weasel in the Woodpile

Before closing China in March 2000, Gus German had me meet with RIM (Research in Motion) who created the BlackBerry. In January 1999, I flew to Waterloo, Ontario to see the first prototype for their device that launched Smart Phones. Gus had helped fund and found Research in Motion that for more than a decade enhanced the modems that Gus used to transfer books around the world with analogue modems made by Hayes (dial-up) and Racal-Vedic.

Gus identified a flaw in the Wheeler Theorem of Compression and applied the Chinese Remainder Theorem to create R.A.I.D. (redundant array of independent devices), enabling him to create the first real-time online banking system for Canada Permanent Trust. As he explained to Nokia’s scientists, he had also identified how to secure transmissions between cell towers, an innovation that became amorphous storage, now known as cloud computing.

The source of the corruption that undermined our hybrid Internet business model for China became clear when the firm turned down a Nokia offer of $100 million over market value when the market was crashing due to the dotcom bust. Ben Bassi, then president of the firm, was fired while we were enroute home from Beijing with a signed MOU in hand that would have created what today is Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and the Cloud. Soon after Jeff interviewed him, he was fired from Liquid Machines (Bush-era terrorist czar Richard Clarke was then a director) and subjected to a multi-year IRS audit. Like others targeted, he asked that we no longer contact him.

Note: Due to the importance of Nokia to the Finnish economy, a board-requested C.I.A. report conceded I had real vision and I was being stalked by a foreign government but would not reveal who or why. When the head of Nokia Ventures inquired, I replied, “Israel due to the assassination of President Kennedy.” After that discussion, the board approved its “on spec” commitment. The head of Nokia Ventures asked in 2004 that we suspend contact until we could provide an assurance that the U.S. has a functional national security apparatus, an assurance we’ve not yet been able to provide. We will prove Greater Israel targeted Nokia after they shut us down in China with damages to the Finnish people in the trillions of dollars.

By the late-1980s, Gus and his firm (Geac Computer Corp.) had automated every major library in the world, including the Vatican. With Gus my mentor, I was one degree off the man who transformed the world with computers. Just one problem: he was using applied knowledge to benefit humanity; those profiled are only interested in using knowledge to benefit themselves and dominate others.

I did not realize until much later that former President George H.W. Bush was in Beijing while I was there with Dr. Dennis Lou who my father, while Governor of New York, recruited to revamp the SUNY curriculum. Glenn had asked that Dr. Lou travel to China to assist me as a revered academic who designed the vocational training program that helped China recover from Mao’s disastrous, anti-knowledge Cultural Revolution (1966-76), leading to Hu Jintao becoming President of China.

Just prior to Dr. Olds’ death in 2006, he shared with me concerns that he confirmed were shared by many world leaders about the need to shut down the malign Jewish influence wielded for centuries through capital markets.

Why is this relevant to the Board? But for those stalking me in Arizona and worldwide, the technology brought to market as part of the Information Age could now be self-funding education and healthcare rather than creating a tiny cadre of (predominantly Jewish) oligarchs supportive of the current autocrat-ization of America. In terms of foregone possibilities, what’s the impact on the District’s students and their families? In their rush to cash in, unregulated AI is already inducing child suicides.

The mindset of The Chosen is irreconcilably incompatible with the values of a functioning democracy. Our purported “unbreakable bond” with this apartheid enclave must be broken, its nuclear arsenal secured and dismantled, and Palestine returned to the Palestinians. As the primary nation that enabled those profiled to act out their psychosis (Choseness) and psychopathy, the U.S. is morally obliged to play a leading role in the dissolution of Israel.
