In 2004, Glenn Olds, an adviser both to my father, Nelson (1945-79), and me (1994-2006), described a meeting with Kofi Annan, George H.W. Bush, Ted Turner and others. They agreed that, based on my life experience, Israel is an enemy within, Israel was behind 911, and Israel poses the greatest single threat to world peace and to the stability required to sustain economic development.
Glenn, a confidante to four presidents (two of each party), advised us that, when we see other nations turn against Israel—as we now see—we’d know that help is on the way. He also warned that we would have difficulty remaining viable. My father didn’t know about me until 1964 when I was 12. He told Glenn about me in 1973. After declining Clinton’s request to help restructure his Cabinet following his first two disastrous years as president, Glenn devoted the last 12 years of his life to advising me.
Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Attorney General Merrick Garland have blood on their hands for not engaging me in good faith. Had they performed consistent with their oath of office, the October 7 raid on Israel could have been prevented as well as the ethnic cleansing of Gaza. Glenn knew that the enterprise stalking me undermined agreed-to business deals that would have made be a multi-billionaire in my own right—i.e., without the fourth-generation Rockefeller inheritance I am owed.
Elon Musk is copied. Martin Eberhard co-founded Tesla. His brother Eric worked for me. But for those profiled, China would have launched a hybrid ecommerce model in 2000 that included the Cloud, Six Degrees (LinkedIn), Common Places (Facebook) and Lycos (Google). With an agreed-to initial exclusive reach of 235 million schoolchildren and their families and a $150 million ‘on-spec’ Nokia commitment, that model would by now be recycling wealth (wellbeing) nationwide while providing China a perpetual funding source for education—a key focus of the Rockefeller family in China dating to anonymous education grants (from kerosene profits) tracing to John D. and William Rockefeller.
But for those stalking me, NewRock’s education-centric hybrid model would be recycling trillions of dollars to community rather than commercializing a technological product of knowledge to enrich a few. Implementation of this hybrid model was agreed to in China, Indonesia, Algeria and El Salvador. The patent for Six Degrees became available for LinkedIn only because those stalking me undermined our agreed-to hybrid Internet business model for China. Reid Hoffman and his investors bought the Six Degrees patent for ~$700K and sold LinkedIn to Microsoft in 2016 for $26.2 billion (he had 10%). His personal wealth traces directly to those stalking me.
Elon allowed Bibi to turn him into his b—h. His ego-stroking of Elon also emboldened the Israel Right. He was on their radar since he was a brilliant teenager in South Africa. You’ve been on their radar since you were mentored by Roy Cohn. They came into my life at age four. [See Appendix A.]
Glenn and Eva Olds met George and Barbara Bush at Yale in 1947 and remained life-long close friends. George and Brent Scowcroft urged Dubya not to invade Iraq based on my intel of no WMD. A political lane opened for you when Jeb Bush declined to heed my April 30, 2016 letter (attached), admit the war in Iraq was a mistake and concede Israel’s role. I returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with evidence of no WMD. Glenn wept on 911 knowing we could have prevented that mass murder and precluded the war in Iraq. My life experience proves that Israel has long operated as a Trojan horse in the U.S.
Culpability of Biden, Harris and Garland
On April 12, 2004, Jeff hand-delivered testimony to the 911 Commission. I am confident that triggered an “historic meeting” in the Oval Office on April 29, 2004 with President Bush, VP Cheney, and their senior staff at the request of the 911 Commission. Though the meeting was classified for 18-1/2 years, Florida Governor Jeb Bush, wrote to me the next day, April 30, 2004, acknowledging his receipt of my testimony to the Commission chronicling evidence of Israeli prestaging for 9/11, and evidence from 1997 that the Iraqi WMD intelligence was not just false but ‘fixed’ around goals for Greater Israel.
On April 30, 2005, precisely one year after Jeb wrote to me, he called Glenn Olds, my senior adviser since 1994. They spoke for a half hour, largely about me. Glenn was close to four of the five third-generation Rockefeller Brothers. Jeb was very familiar with Glenn’s background as a close friend of his parents since 1947. Though Glenn urged that Jeb speak directly with me, he never called. I am confident that’s because, had I been engaged in good faith in 1997 on my return from Baghdad, the disastrous Bush-ordered invasion of Iraq could have been prevented.
Following Governor Bush’s letter confirming receipt of my 9/11 Commission testimony, the Fresno, California Police Department tried to discredit me by confining me overnight to a psych facility.

“Enough is Enough—Israel is the Victim. Time for Palestine to be restored to the Palestinians” (excerpt from an open letter to you as President-elect).
Bibi Netanyahu does not know how closely he’s being monitored. Nor does he know what Biden, Harris and Garland may do between now and the January 20 inaugural. That uncertainty has him panicked, facing a potential war crimes tribunal for overseeing a genocide of the Palestinian people. In 2000, Israeli ethno-nationalists Ariel Sharon and Benjamin Netanyahu assured the U.S. that only when Americans “feel our pain” would we understand the plight of victimized Israelis.
With help, we will prove it was Bibi who tried to have you assassinated on July 13, 2024. Had you not moved your head, you were dead. Recent FBI charges against three individuals linking that attempt to Iran cites as the plausible motive the U.S.-Israel assassination of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani. My life experience proves systemic corruption within the FBI. When Bibi addressed Congress 11 days later, he would have used your corpse lying in state as a prop to secure his long-sought war with Iran—for Greater Israel. Israel had the means, motive and opportunity. The last thing Tehran needs at this junction is to provide the superpower U.S. a rationale for attacking Iran on behalf of Greater Israel.
Bibi is like a trapped animal with no possibility of escape while leading a nuclear-armed rightwing extremist government that, but for the murder of a U.S. president in November 1963, would not have a nuclear arsenal. In June 1963, JFK sought to end their nuclear weapons program while his brother RFK, as Attorney General, sought to force their lobby to register as foreign agents. Israel’s WMD are controlled by group of self-described Chosen of God who Truly Believe that a vast swath of land atop an immense reserve of hydrocarbons is rightly their Promised Land. As those stalking me have repeatedly proven, they will go to any length to achieve their goal of Greater Israel. Consider:

gaslighting can take many different forms yet it all comes down to the conscious and intentional psychological manipulation of another person for the purpose of power and control.
Another Well-Timed Crisis
A November 8 soccer game in Amsterdam saw an outbreak of hooliganism after Israeli fans destroyed Palestine flags and pro-Palestine banners, disrespected a moment of silence for Spanish flood victims, and further inflamed the situation with anti-Palestine chants such as “There are no more schools because there are no more Palestinian children.” Post-game clashes injured Dutch and Israeli fans. Israelis behaved as if they were acting above the law in the West Bank, but they were in Amsterdam.
Netanyahu hyped the Dutch reaction to Israeli hooligans, describing it as a pogrom and citing the Nazi-era Kristallnacht that began the Holocaust. To heighten the drama, he dispatched a “rescue force” to showcase the victim narrative and fly them home to the Jewish state without mentioning their incitement. In game theory fashion, Bibi spun a narrative that Jews are not safe anywhere—except in Israel. He then assigned a Mossad officer to accompany the Israeli team to their next game in Amsterdam.
Bibi’s high-profile rescue also reassured the Israel lobby and rewarded your pro-Israel supporters, including casino heiress Miriam Adelson who donated ~$100 million to your campaign in return for a promise to recognize the West Bank as Israeli. Another sign that Israeli Right extremists are panicking—on November 7, its security forces entered a Jerusalem holy site under French diplomatic protection where they roughed-up and detained two French officials with diplomatic status.
Also, on November 7, racist text messages invoking slavery raised alarm when they were received by Black men, women and students, prompting an FBI inquiry. That investigation is ongoing but is consistent with Israeli psyops that, by evoking hate and racism, induce sympathy for antisemitism. On November 8, Bibi appointed as U.S. Ambassador a hardline settler and “former” Kahanist—signaling you will support their annexation of the West Bank as these extremists believed you would, standing “shoulder-to-shoulder” with them (an Ariel Sharon phrase) and the war on terror that they created.
That appointment will associate both you and the U.S. with the racist, anti-Muslim violence ongoing in the settlements that, until Bibi assumed power, ensured the banning of Kahanists from an Israeli government now dominated by such fanatics. By correspondence, you, your administration and the U.S.—known worldwide as Israel’s “special friend”—will be seen as guilty by association.
Any public appearance with Bibi or any member of his apartheid government risks inflaming public opinion and activating those outraged by the Biden/Harris-supported Israeli genocide of Muslims in the volatile Middle East. The most prudent path forward and the optimal way to protect yourself and your presidency is to sever the relationship, citing decades of deadly duplicity and costly deceit.
Netanyahu Should Worry
Netanyahu has good reason to be worried. When I alerted Biden, Harris and Attorney General Merrick Garland to proof that the U.S.-Israeli relationship has long been a key source of systemic corruption, I received a White House note thanking me twice for a gift I never sent. Either that was incompetence or a sign that the intelligence I provided is being followed and Bibi & Co. are being closely watched.
After the 2000 Intifada, triggered by Ariel Sharon, Likud Party extremists Sharon and Netanyahu cited a weighted body count of 4,500 to 5,000 Americans lost to terrorism, the initial estimate of those who died on 911 (later confirmed as 2,977). In the aftermath of October 7, Netanyahu mentioned a weighted-value equivalence of 50,000 dead Americans. My life experience proves that Israel was behind 911 as part of their ongoing strategy for Greater Israel. Evidence and testimonies suggest that the Netanyahu government had foreknowledge of the actions of Hamas and let October 7 happen.

My life experience proves that Israeli ethnonationalist zealots are predators, not prey. If they mean to kill 50,000 Americans as part of an agent provocateur operation meant to induce the U.S. to invade Iran (as they did with 911 to induce the U.S. invasion of Iraq), our national security apparatus would be criminally negligent not to closely monitor Netanyahu, his advisers and his allies in the U.S.
I am not secure in the U.S. If pro-Israel extremists are not stopped, no one will be safe. Others may not care what was done to the great grandson of John D. Rockefeller and my family, friends and colleagues, they will care this could be done to them. The evidence confirms that this corruption and criminality trace to a common source. Because of whom I am, I am uniquely able to prove that source—based on a lifetime of nonstop and ongoing criminal stalking with ongoing legal impunity.
Their manipulation of the entangled U.S.-Israel relationship makes the U.S. appear guilty by association, inciting hatred against the U.S. while manipulating us to wage their wars for Greater Israel as a means to exercise hegemony in that resource-endowed region. Their premeditated abuse of that “special relationship”—the true deep state—proves that Israel has forfeited the right to exist. On November 9, Qatar ceased its intermediary role in negotiations between Israel and Hamas, citing a lack of good faith by both parties—and ending any excuse to support continuation of the Jewish state.
This corrupt relationship threatens the U.S. and other nations. Your senior staff and military leaders deemed you unfit to lead. You can show your respect for the rule of law by ensuring that Biden, Harris and Garland are charged with obstruction of justice due to their failure to engage me and follow the facts able to expose the systemic corruption enabled by the U.S.-Israel relationship. The Supreme Court is now far less likely to restrain you than in the past in the exercise of your duties as president.
Bibi Being Monitored
Those who’ve stalked me my entire life hobbled the U.N. while they pre-stage a potential nuclear conflagration with Iran. Built on an 18-acre parcel of Manhattan land donated by my father, humanity’s premiere post-WWII peacekeeping body has been sidelined when it is most needed. It took decades to pre-stage and produce a presidency by a convicted felon mentored by New York mob counsel Roy Cohn. The stage is now set for the U.S.-Israel relationship to discredit democracy worldwide. You can end your time in office in disgrace or honor. The choice is yours. I’m no fan of your lies and exaggerations but I’m a dedicated American determined to achieve the best outcome for democracy.
If you can contain your self-absorption long enough to confer with us, we can help you craft a course correction that could make you a genuinely great president. The truth is simple: Israel does not share our values. Our soldiers don’t rape male captives or use babies and children for target practice. Israel is not a democracy. There will be no accord with Saudi Arabia absent their 2002 proposal requiring a two-state solution that’s unacceptable to Netanyahu’s apartheid coalition. For your presidency to survive, Bibi must go. His father was a devotee of Vladimir Jabotinsky, a Hebrew fascist.
Neither you nor this nation can risk the taint of these violent racists and ethnonationalist fanatics. Albert Einstein was aware of the threat they pose when, in 1948, he called them “gangsters, terrorists and fascists.” His colleague, Holocaust survivor Hannah Arendt, described Irgun (now Likud) and similar Zionist extremists as “Jewish Nazis,” a courageous yet accurate assessment.
Bibi is presently unsure whether he can kill 50,000 Americans and make it appear that Iran did it—e.g., with a dirty bomb. He knows that a long-deceived public now grasps the horror inflicted on humanity by those I studied while being stalked since age four. The expansive Israel lobby now exerts virtual control over both major political parties. The interests of justice will be served by ensuring that Biden, Harris and Garland are lawfully forced to answer for their failure to engage the facts and analyses they were provided. Finding justice for me would have found it for the U.S. and a war-weary world.
My father was found dead in Manhattan on January 26, 1979. I’m confident that, in time, we’ll prove he was murdered. You were then 33. If you met him, you know he had no patience for anyone’s BS. I’m the same way. To date, your personal behavior as president has been an embarrassment. The matters I propose we discuss require a seriousness of purpose consistent with the values reflected in the oath of high office that you swore to uphold.
Strike at the Heart of Corruption
If you engage Elon Musk as an “efficiency czar,” my life experience proves high-impact sectors to prioritize that are best discussed face-to-face with you and him. It’s essential that you grasp how both of you were “played” by those I profiled while being stalked—in the U.S. and whenever/wherever I traveled abroad. The immensity of the resources required for that operation reflect the gravity of the charges that those complicit know they will face when we have functional federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies, and a Justice Department focused on restoring the rule of law.
For example, had I been debriefed by regional specialists in our State Department on my return from Iraq in February 1997 with evidence of no Iraqi WMD and a means to remove Saddam Hussein without a war, what would have been the magnitude of the savings? They certainly dwarf any amount that can be realized from regulatory reforms. Why spend $98 billion/year on 18 intelligence agencies that did not identify and address this systemic threat? How much did we spend on intelligence since my return from Iraq in February 1997? Who blocked any functional engagement? Is the Pentagon focused on this enemy within? AI is poised to further obscure the identities of those responsible.
The financial costs to the U.S. alone of unnecessary, unwinnable yet hugely profitable wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are projected to exceed $8 trillion. Interest alone on ~$34.7 trillion in government-secured debt (up from $908 billion just since 1980) now exceeds the entire Pentagon budget. Imagine if, instead, we’d invested those resources in climate change, education, healthcare or improving people’s lives. The hatemongers and warmongers I profiled put us in a fiscal vise. Look there.
President Eisenhower identified a key source of potential efficiency and savings when he cautioned against not just “the military-industrial complex” but, more to the point, the threat of “misplaced power.” That’s who showed up in my life at age four and the source of the threat to democracy that I dedicated my life to deconstructing and defeating. Look there and you’ll see how you’re being used.
With you and Elon in the room, I will describe how this corruption traces to no later than the 5th century AD and originates with those who realized how thought and belief could be controlled to enable a few to exert control and domination over the many. That threat (“the tyranny of beliefs”) is precisely the threat to freedom that our post-Enlightenment Framers most feared when they endowed liberty with the rule of law for its protection, a right of citizenship denied to me my entire life.
Rest assured that if Bibi and the Israeli Right do not get what they want through you, they will find a way to ignite a war with Iran. That’s part of their self-deceived mandate as “Chosen” to dominate The Promised Land of Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. I am particularly attuned to their motives for stalking me as the great grandson of John D. Rockefeller who marginalized them by monetizing letters of credit when he was among the world’s largest oil producers and traders.
As you’ll see on Hidden Tax on Humanity, I pose a threat to those profiled for two key reasons:

To date, your behavior is proof positive of how assets can be produced and reliably deployed without the asset realizing it—with your narcissism an enabler. You are not alone. Israel has repeatedly initiated crises during such “interim” periods. Operation Cast Lead (that killed 1,400 Palestinians, including some 300 children, and destroyed 46,000 homes) began two days after Christmas 2008 and ended two days prior to the Obama inaugural.

Just prior to publication, Admiral Bobby Inman called (“I love this book.”). The first intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy to be awarded four stars, he served as Director of the NSA and Deputy Director of the CIA. Husband Arthur Krim was president of United Artists and chaired the finance committee for the Democratic Party led by LBJ. Krim follows in the tradition of August Belmont, a Rothschild financial agent who chaired the National Democratic Committee, 1860-1872. A New York horse racing track is named after him. Appendix A
Excerpt from Gaslighting America
I conferred at length with Dr. Nidal Al-Hamdani, a nuclear physicist and Saddam’s third wife. We first met in her offices. She ran Saddam’s industrial complex pre-Gulf War with 40,000 employees answering to her. I took her photo when she answered the phone and greeted Saddam in Arabic. We went to her family’s homestead so we could speak in private. Saddam arranged for Munther and I to tour Babylon though the site had been closed to civilians for two years. Our security—both entering and leaving Iraq—was arranged by Jordan’s King Hussein.
I returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with evidence of no nuclear WMD, an offer by Iraq’s senior sheikhs to remove Saddam without a war (he had agreed), and a proposal to provide U.S. firms with the bulk of $160 billion in contracts for reconstruction and oil. Iraq’s senior sheikhs had turned on him because his psychopathic sons were raping their daughters. On my return, rather than engage me in good faith, I was stalked, including by agents in the Minneapolis and San Diego 
offices of the FBI.
Four days after 911, during a principals’ meeting at Camp David, Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz argued for the U.S. invasion of Iraq even though Osama bin Laden was believed to be in Afghanistan. On that same day, San Diego FBI Special Agent Stephen Butler visited the home of Munther Ghazal to ask two questions: (1) “Who did it?” He replied: “Israeli intelligence and Saudi money.” (2) “Are you providing support for James M. Rockefeller?” He replied: “Ask Mr. Rockefeller. You have his number and that is not an appropriate question to ask me.” To date, no one has interviewed me. A second FBI agent accompanied Butler and a third person whose Israeli accent he knew.

Munther hails from a prominent Iraqi family of Christian Chaldeans. His father built the Baghdad International Hotel, the first 5-star hotel in the Middle East. Over a series of post-911 luncheons on Coronado Island, he accurately described for us the crisis-creating dynamics the U.S. would unleash if we were induced to invade Iraq.

Based on what’s been done to him and his family in the U.S. under the color of lawful authority (a family member murdered, his pregnant daughter terrorized, etc.), he and I should have been interviewed years ago. Why has that not happened? Because it would prove the common source of ongoing systemic corruption, including within the FBI.
On my return from Baghdad (travel to Iraq was then illegal for Americans), regional specialists at the State Department refused to meet with me, creating a record. Blocked by corruption in the U.S., I travelled to Ottawa in April 1997 and provided a 2-1/2-hour briefing for Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs and senior counsel to Prime Minister Jean Chrétien who, when she saw repeated interference by the head of Canadian intelligence, called Chrétien for approval to have him ejected. She also ensured that a record was kept of that briefing.

When he learned that the airline seated his son next to me, he undertook a deep background check and invited both me and my attorney Ron Burd to an expense-paid trip to Indonesia. Knowing how thoroughly Israelis had infiltrated U.S. policymaking and intelligence, he hoped that, through Glenn Olds’ close relationship with George H.W. Bush, he could bypass the CIA and bring to the attention of President George W. Bush the threat that Israeli operations posed to U.S. national security as chronicled online in The Indonesia Connection.
Israeli operations uncovered by Indonesia intelligence included an attempted bribe of the Indonesian legislature to push the U.S. out of the region in favor of China—what we now see emerging in the South China Sea. Henrie and I flew to the U.S to brief Glenn Olds. After 911, Glenn wept knowing that, had I been engaged in good faith, the intelligence I gathered in Iraq and Indonesia may have uncovered the pre-staging for the mass murder of 911, and certainly would have cast doubt on the credibility of the false Iraq WMD narrative.

After 911, Arie instructed Henrie to meet me in Vancouver and confirm plans for me to brief heads of Islamic nations regarding the false WMD intelligence then being cited to justify a U.S.-led invasion of Iraq—i.e., the same intelligence I knew was false in 1997 that U.S. officials were deceived to believe. A few days later, in January 2002, Arie was murdered (poisoned). Jeff interviewed Henrie who described how his father died as he rushed him to the hospital.
I wrote to Secretary of State Colin Powell the same February 5, 2003 day that he was induced to gaslight the U.N. Security Council—and the world—with false Iraq WMD intelligence. I described for him who deceived him, how and why. In December 2001, I had traveled to London where Jack Straw, Tony Blair’s Foreign Minister, declined to meet with me to discuss the phony Iraqi WMD intelligence on which Blair relied to support a U.S.-led invasion by a “coalition of the willing.”

In Brussels, the briefings I provided in December 2001 to senior staff of the European Commission helped persuade Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt to push the U.S. back into the U.N. Security Council, necessitating by those profiled:

- The February 5, 2003 psyop that weaponized the celebrity and credibility of Colin Powell to make false Iraqi WMD intelligence appear believable to an unsuspecting global public—despite the facts.
- A US/UK “dirty tricks” operation (revealed in March 2003 by U.K whistleblower Katherine Gun) that sought support for a U.N. war resolution by compromising nonpermanent members of the Security Council. But for what I could prove, Glenn Olds agreed that operation would not have been launched.

A Smoking Gun
Another catch and kill came clearly into focus in November 2022 with the declassification of a secret memo described as “historic.” That 31-page “memorandum for the record” revealed the evasive answers of President George W. Bush when he and Vice President Dick Cheney met on April 29, 2004 with the entire 9/11 Commission—at the request of Commission members—so they could ask questions about any prior warnings of the 9/11 attack.[1]
Florida Governor Jeb Bush, wrote to me the next day, April 30, 2004, acknowledging his receipt of my April 10, 2004 testimony to the 9/11 Commission chronicling (a) evidence of Israeli prestaging for 9/11, and (b) evidence from early 1997 that the Iraqi WMD intelligence was false. Though Commission staff interviewed ~1,200 witnesses, I was never contacted nor interviewed.
Jeff hand-delivered that testimony on April 12, 2004 to 25 Congressional and Executive Branch offices with responsibility for federal law enforcement and national security. He also took three copies to the Commission offices for Chairman Tom Kean, Vice-Chairman Lee Hamilton and Executive Director Philip Zelikow. As a courtesy, he had the first copy signed for in Jay Rockefeller’s offices in the Hart Senate Office Building. Jay was then a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
The memo was addressed to National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. He then met with Ambassador Joe Wilson who had proven that the intelligence on Iraq sourcing “yellowcake uranium” from Niger was false, leading to angry Bush White House operatives “outing” his wife, Valerie Plame, who was a CIA agent specializing in nuclear proliferation issues. Disclosing the identity of a CIA agent is a violation of federal law. During this same period, Jeff introduced me to Joe in Laguna Beach, California where Jeff was then living and a town Joe thought of as home.
After Jeff briefed him in his Washington offices, Joe asked for a second copy for the CIA. The next day, Jeff took a copy to the Russian embassy and very openly provided a briefing knowing they were also targets of the same enterprise. We’ve since sent numerous analyses to their Middle East specialist, Elmir Tagirov, assuming their embassy is monitored by the U.S., Israel and others.
On April 30, 2005, precisely one year after Jeb wrote to me, he called Dr. Glenn Olds, my senior adviser since 1994, and they spoke for a half hour, mostly about me. Glenn and Eva Olds had been close friends of George and Barbara Bush since 1947. Glenn also advised my father, 1945-1979 and was close to four of the five third-generation Rockefeller bothers. Jeb was very familiar with Glenn’s background as a close friend of his parents since they met at Yale University in the post-war era.
Though Glenn urged that Jeb speak directly with me, he never called. I am confident that’s because my life experience proves that, had I been engaged in good faith in February 1997 on my return from Baghdad, the disastrous Bush-ordered invasion of Iraq could have been prevented. When Glenn later asked me my opinion of why Jeb never called me, I said he realized the corruption was far too deep and he sought to create a record that he at least made an effort by speaking to Glenn.
In 2016, Republican presidential contender Jeb Bush and his brother (“Dubya”) opened a political lane for Donald Trump when they refused to concede the invasion of Iraq was a mistake. Had they also identified the parties who falsified the Iraqi WMD intelligence, this “enemy within” could have been identified and indicted. My online April 30, 2016 memo to Jeb’s son, Prescott, urged that Jeb and Dubya meet with me, citing Glenn’s close relationship to their father dating to 1947 when they and their wives became lifelong friends. The memo was hand-delivered by Clay Johnson III, Dubya’s former Yale roommate, and confirmed received by Prescott’s office. Was that a catch and kill?
When Jeb sent me his April 30, 2004 letter, Dubya was ramping up his campaign for a second term and pre-staging a potential third Bush presidency—for Jeb, a neoconservative. The facts of my life experience posed a major problem for: (a) the Bush family legacy, (b) those who sought a second term for Dubya, and (c) those interests that deceived the U.S. to invade Iraq and Afghanistan—parties who know my life experience can prove the source of that ongoing duplicity, including treason.[2]
Soviet-Style Catch and Kill
In an attempt to discredit me, Fresno police staged an involuntary 72-hour psychiatric incarceration in August 2004, a classic means to discredit and misdirect.[3] Hoping to provoke a reaction, Fresno officials convened a meeting in City Hall for counsel Ron Burd and myself on the pretense of wanting to hear more about the facts I had earlier provided them, including my April 10, 2004 testimony to the 9/11 Commission, Jeb’s letter to me, etc.
We quickly discovered their offer was a ruse. Their choice of that time and place ensured I could be escorted out of a public building in a mid-day “perp walk” escorted by armed officers. I said nothing as they announced where they were taking me and compelled me to go with them.
When Russian ex-pat psychiatrist Aleksandr Vydro interviewed me the next morning, he realized he was being set up by those who sought to use his credibility to discredit mine. Though he had a two-inch binder of materials provided to him by Fresno police, they had not shown him letters to me from Governor Bush, Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt or numerous other materials confirming the validity, gravity and urgency of concerns they sought to discredit (i.e., catch-and-kill).
Dr. Vydro ordered my release shortly after we met. As I left, he told me that the last time he’d seen such a politically motivated abuse of medical authority was in the Soviet Union.[4] When I asked what was done with people like me in the U.S.S.R. who could not conveniently be killed but could not be silenced, he said, “They sent them to people like me, but this is America.” My response: “Really?”
Had I been engaged in good faith on my return from Iraq in February 1997 with evidence that the Iraq WMD narrative was a lie, a thorough FBI investigation of my life experience could have exposed the lengthy and then-ongoing prestaging for 9/11 and prevented that mass murder provocation. At a minimum, the false Iraqi WMD narrative could have been discredited, preventing the invasion of Iraq—for Greater Israel. Rather than engage me in good faith, State Department officials refused to meet with me, FBI agents sought to discredit me, and IRS agents harassed me on my 1987 tax return.

In May 2023, we provided detailed documentation to the Fresno office of U.S. Attorney Phillip Talbert (Eastern District of California). As of mid-November 2024, he had not responded to our submission—nor to a follow-up inquiry. With the high likelihood that those profiled will stage another crisis in the U.S., investigative journalists may find this evidentiary thread a powerful means to expose the source of a systemic corruption (catch and kill) that, if not promptly exposed and stopped, is poised to wreak havoc on their lives—as it has on mine.
On May 20, 2004, a 50th Anniversary commemorative booklet presented to me in China in March 2000 was stolen from my home. That same booklet was presented to former President George H.W. Bush the previous day.[5] A belligerent Fresno police officer (Barrios) took a report while very loudly implying I was nuts. The booklet was then surreptitiously returned, a classic psyop. Had I reported its return, I knew I would have been portrayed as a paranoid schizophrenic. Instead, I sent it to G.H.W. Bush with a letter requesting a meeting. I received no response. Appendix C. Knowledge Society Institute — Capacity Building for Resilience
Whole-of-system sustainability requires an acceleration of the transition to sustainable energy and storage alongside a step-by-step transition to a shared prosperity economic model. The Knowledge Society Institute will advise on capacity building to achieve and sustain healthy and resilient communities.
With a sustained focus on education, advocacy and technology transfer, KSI will grow into a global network of locale-responsive Institutes designed to collaborate with partners worldwide to demonstrate business model examples of inclusion, resilience, sustainability and anticipatory risk management.
Scope of Work
- Policy input – on the optimal policy mix for healthy and sustainable communities.
- Mobilizing the capital required for localized wealth creation.
- Publishing – public and private outreach to advocate, educate and motivate.
- Training – for both the public and the private sector.
- Curriculum development – including vocational training facilitated by distance education.
- Econometric modeling – to identify the multi-dimensional impact of a hybrid model.
- Filmmaking – to assist in education, implementation and community building.
- Conferencing – U.S. and foreign symposia to educate, promote and network.
- Online presence –commentary, analysis, podcasts and a searchable database.
- Actionable intelligence – topical facts and analyses featuring emerging developments.
Theme of Work: anticipatory risk management and conflict resolution; localizing wealth creation as a stabilizing foundation for shared prosperity and peace. KSI will offer practical solutions to systemic problems before sustainability and sovereignty are sacrificed to financial markets.
Capacity Building
- Role of Youth. Key to success is the development of skillsets in idealistic youth who hear a call to service and whose minds are unencumbered by outdated mindsets, attitudes and analyses.
- Personnel. In-country staffing in collaboration with key ministries: Finance, Environment, Budget, Education, Health, Energy, and the Office of the President/Prime Minister.
- Activism. KSI will advise on plans-of-work for in-country capacity-building, including the sponsorship of interns and Fellows and support for endowed chairs across relevant disciplines.
- Offices. In the U.S. and key foreign locales where interest emerges and skillsets can be identified.
Breadth of work. Bridging the public/private divide, KSI will advise across sectors with the goal of ensuring that all forms of capital are optimally deployed for their highest and best use consistent with the long-term needs of healthy and resilient communities and nations.
Affiliate Organizations. KSI anticipates that NewRock’s hybrid model will become a source of ongoing funding for KSI and that NewRock principals and partners will advise KSI on the development of relationships with leading universities, research facilities and technology transfer centers worldwide.
Education & Application. Systemic change requires education and sustained commitment. KSI’s ‘operating systems’ advice necessitates locale-attuned adaptation that, in turn, requires on-site knowledge. A collaborative process will ensure continuing education by all parties.
Advisory Corps. KSI will identify networks of sector area specialists on whose expertise the Institute will draw upon on an ongoing basis.

- When Jeff called the office of Fresno Congressman George Radanovich to seek assistance and mentioned he was working with me, the Radanovich aide laughed at him. Radanovich was president of the 1994 freshman class of the House when Zionist Christian Republican Newt Gingrich was elected Speaker. Trump supporter Devin Nunes represented a portion of that reconfigured District until 2022 when he resigned to become CEO of the Trump Media & Technology Group with oversight of Truth Social. ↑

- It’s possible that G.H.W. Bush was in-country at the urging of Glenn Olds, one of the former president’s closest friends. Glenn arranged for Bush to succeed him as U.N Ambassador in 1971 when Glenn took over the presidency of Kent State University after National Guard troops shot nine student anti-war demonstrators in May 1970, killing four. Glenn and Deputy Defense Secretary David Packard organized an effort to preclude a recurrence. Bush later served as U.S. envoy to China, 1974-75. Glenn asked that Dr. Dennis Lou fly into Beijing to help me secure that agreement. When he arrived at our meeting, everyone stood and bowed as a sign of respect knowing he had designed the vocational training program that helped China recover from their disastrous Mao-era Cultural Revolution, 1966-1976. Recovery was aided by an anonymous Rockefeller brothers grant for education, a key reason the family name remains iconic in China. And a key reason our agreed-to education-centric ecommerce model can be relaunched. ↑
