We have the proof you need to ensure Israel does not provoke another war.

I write to offer time-critical facts and analyses required to enhance U.N. effectiveness at a time when—if not promptly addressed—the volatile situation with Israel could set off a far-broader conflict and lead to a nuclear crisis. As my life experience is uniquely able to prove, Zionist ethnonationalists specialize in provoking well-timed crises to advance their interests.

Israeli Right extremists detest the U.N. and anyone who dares suggest they be held accountable to international norms. The Israel lobby routinely manipulates the U.S.-Israel relationship to evade accountability. The current coalition is the most extreme an unbroken line of extremists. George Marshall and the Joint Chiefs warned Truman in 1948 that what we now see would, in fact, happen.

Attached is our memo to you of April 6, 2023, marked “urgent”

I trust you knew my father’s impact on the U.N., WHO and the U.N. University, including granting the land on which the headquarters now stand. He knew this entangled alliance would undermine U.S. interests and endanger U.N. goals. In 1964, he said they share a “tireless genius for crisis.” His initial draft called them “Zionists.” Glenn Olds persuaded him to use the term “Communists.” Six decades later, a cowed public cannot speak candidly about the common source of this threat.

The U.S.-Israel “special relationship” created a protected political class that obscures their treason behind a smokescreen of antisemitism and policies that displace informed consent and endanger democracy. My life experience can enable you to be more assertive when calling out this threat.

Those who’ve criminally stalked me with legal impunity since age four have no respect for the rule of law. Menachem Begin explained: “We answer only to God.” My personal experience (I am 72) demonstrates how deeply Israeli espionage is imbedded inside the U.S. government, enabling Zionists to use the U.S. to advance their interests and wage their wars. The U.S., the U.N. and the broader Jewish community will be far better off when this entangled alliance is untangled.

Israel’s U.S.-enabled expansionist goals include not only control of Palestinian land, but also Jordan, Lebanon and parts of Egypt, Syria, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. My life proves their goals for that resource-rich region date to no later than 1850 and the founding in midtown Manhattan of Hallgarten and Company investment bankers, a U.S. affiliate of the original Frankfurt office of the war-profiteering Rothschild banking consortium.

Soon after they arranged the 1956 marriage of my mother to the brother of a globe-trotting crisis-initiator (my step-“Uncle Bobby”), my Uncle David Rockefeller partnered with them and built One Chase Manhattan Plaza on the original Hallgarten site. [Review Gaslighting America.]

It’s no accident that Israel has no fixed borders 76 years after they induced a Zionist Christian U.S. president to recognize Israel’s legitimacy. Its boundaries are limited only by the shared mindset of a maximalist few who Truly Believe they are Chosen by God and entitled to a Promised Land with vast natural resources—a mindset irreconcilable with the U.N. Charter. The influence of their expansive lobby in the U.S., the U.K., Germany and France provides them virtual control of the Security Council.

The Preventable War in Iraq.

I returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with evidence of no WMD and a means to remove Saddam Hussein without a war. Senior sheikhs had turned against him when his psychopathic sons raped their daughters. Had I been engaged in good faith, there would have been no reliance on the false and “fixed” WMD intelligence deployed to justify that war. Had my life experience been timely investigated in good faith, pre-staging for the mass murder provocation of 9/11 may well have been detected.

I wrote to Colin Powell on the same February 5, 2003 day he was induced to give false Iraqi WMD testimony to the Security Council. I contacted him again in 2020. Though complications from Covid took his life ten weeks later, he acknowledged that he had been gaslighted by the CIA. See:

Ethnonationalists Ariel Sharon and Benjamin Netanyahu assured the U.S. in 2000 that only when Americans “feel our pain” would we understand the plight of victimized Israelis. Both Likud Party extremists cited a weighted body count of 4,500 to 5,000 Americans lost to terrorism, the initial estimate of those who died on 9/11 (later confirmed as 2,977). In the aftermath of October 7, Netanyahu mentioned a weighted-value equivalence of 50,000 dead Americans.

We have proof the U.N. needs to ensure Israel is stopped from starting another war.

Had I been engaged in good faith (as the law demands) in February 1997 on my return from Iraq, there would have been no mass murder provocation on 9/11, no invasion of Iraq and no Abraham Accords—the motive for 9/11 to align Israel with Sunni monarchies against Shia Iran. Beijing undercut that warmongering goal when by reconciling Tehran and Riyadh in March 2023.

The growing opposition to Israel is a development that former U.N. Ambassador Glenn Olds told us (in 2005) would happen. My hope is that Biden gave the Israelis enough leeway to prove to other nations the treason I had proven to Glenn, G.H.W. Bush and their circle in 2004, per Appendix C.

Our April 6, 2003 memo to you cited agreement with this analysis by former Secretary-General Kofi Annan, former U.N. Ambassadors Glenn Olds and George H.W. Bush—as well as Ted Turner and Maurice Strong. [See pp. 3-5 re “Israeli terror as a tactic.”]

The inescapable truth: the U.N. would be far more effective in fulfilling its missions were Israeli membership rescinded and the Zionist enclave limited to nonvoting observer status.

Were anyone else to say that—without evidence of the transgenerational corruption proven by my life experience—they would be smeared as antisemitic. Have someone explain to your satisfaction:

• Why the great grandson of John D. Rockefeller has been stalked nonstop since age four,
• Who ensures that this ongoing criminal stalking proceeds with legal impunity, and
• Why has no one with authority for law enforcement or national security met with me on a record?

I took great care when deconstructing their modus operandi to ensure that those complicit in this corruption (of thought and belief) could be distinguished from the broader community on whose identity—as Jews, Zionist Christians, Mormons—those profiled routinely prey.

Twisting in the Wind

Mentored by my father and Glenn Olds, Maurice Strong emerged in 1972 as head of the UNEP and convened the first “Earth Summit” in 1992 (“Rio”). Glenn was a legendary fundraiser, including for Ted Turner’s Better World Society, and founder of Buckminster Fuller’s International Design Science Institute. Dr. Olds kept track of the world’s 1,800 most brilliant minds.

When he asked that Maurice Strong help identify resources to support this work, both men were stunned at the influence of those protecting from exposure the transgenerational enterprise I deconstructed while being stalked. Though Glenn was a trusted confidante to my father (1945-79) and four U.S. presidents (two of each party), he was astounded and distressed that, despite a lifetime devoted to public service, he failed to detect this corruption of thought and belief.

Ordained a Methodist minister at age 19, Glenn and Eva Olds met George and Barbara Bush at Yale in 1947 and remained life-long close friends. Were Glenn alive, he would have turned his fundraising expertise to this time-critical task. He would be outraged that we’ve been left “twisting in the wind” forced to deal with scarce resources and a congestive heart condition while those profiled continue their hatemongering, fearmongering and warmongering—alongside an ineffectual U.N.

These ethno-nationalist zealots cannot and will not stop; they must be stopped. The costs they’ve imposed on humanity and our shared habitat are in the many trillions of dollars, plus incalculable costs in terms of foregone opportunities as chronicled on our website: Hidden Tax on Humanity.

This transgenerational form of internalized corruption operates across geopolitical boundaries by targeting consensus thought and beliefs. Thus the education-centric design of New Rock’s hybrid approach to business—to recycle prosperity to communities and support education. Money alone cannot solve this problem. The solution lies in shared knowledge and improved design.

Due to the influence of the Israel lobby, both major U.S. political parties are thoroughly compromised. That harsh reality mandates that corrective action begin with the U.N. as the most credible candidate.

As a first-order priority to reveal the common source of this corruption, consider awarding a special U.N. medal posthumously to Secretary of State Colin Powell. In the lead-up to war in Iraq, those who manipulated the U.S. used a televised U.N. Security Council session to deceive the world by weaponizing this honorable man’s celebrity, credibility and reputation for integrity. In the ultimate form of usury, they targeted the U.S. and the U.N. to initiate a war of aggression for Greater Israel.

Though I provided a detailed compilation of facts and analyses to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris (and her attorney husband), we’ve seen no indication of functional engagement. Multiple compilations were provided to Attorney General Merrick Garland with no response. An inquiry from you could ensure that U.S. leaders oppose Israeli efforts to provoke another war.

In-depth analyses were provided to your office on April 6, 2023 A same-date memo was provided to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov copied to you, Ambassadors Nebenzia and Thomas-Greenfield and International Crisis Group Director Richard Gowan. Had those facts and analyses been engaged in a timely fashion, the prospect of transparency would have made October 7 far less likely along with the foreseeable ethnic cleansing in Gaza. This apartheid enclave (Israel) had long supported Hamas and had ample warning of an incursion—as an essential precondition for genocide.

When former U.N. Ambassador Glenn Olds knew he was dying (he passed in March 2006), he flew to Houston to brief former President George H.W. Bush on this work. He told us in 2004 that, in a meeting that included Bush, Kofi Annan, Maurice Strong and others, they agreed that the U.S.-Israel relationship is the greatest threat to peace and to the stability required to sustain development.

Former President Bush and Brent Scowcroft urged that George W. Bush not order an invasion of Iraq. Those “fixing” the intelligence (and using Powell’s credibility to sell it) had by then so thoroughly isolated Dubya that, Glenn reported, his own father could not reach him.

Glenn also told us that, when we see other nations turn against Israel, we’ll know help is on the way. Knowing the depth of the corruption, he cautioned us that remaining viable could prove extremely difficult. He was correct. Due to those described, that remains a time-critical challenge.

Suggestion: Fly us to New York to brief you, senior staff and others on the nonlinear duplicity that Zionists deploy to leverage their small numbers and wield global influence. We can prove that oft-recurring threats to peace and security trace to a common source long adept at creating crises.

A 2010 U.S. Supreme Court decision (Citizens United) monetized U.S politics such that those I studied while being stalked accrued ever more influence over U.S. policymaking. John F. Kennedy sought to shut down their nuclear arsenal. Robert Kennedy sought to force the Israel lobby to register as foreign agents. Israeli-American Miriam Adelson pledged $100 million to Trump in return for declaring the West Bank as belonging to Israel, and described her $30 billion in wealth as an open checkbook.

As these facts and analyses reach a long-deceived public, the enabling U.S.-Israel relationship will end, the broader Jewish community will be far more secure, and the U.N can turn its attention to matters of genuine importance, including the climate crisis.

Addendum

My father and Glenn Olds met in 1945 at the U.N. Conference in San Francisco. My father, 37, and Dr. Olds, 24, worked together until my father’s death on January 26, 1979. Together, they persuaded John D. Rockefeller, Jr. to provide $8.5 million to acquire and grant the 18-acre Manhattan site for construction of the U.N. headquarters.

Glenn served as U.N. Ambassador for Nixon. He arranged for George H.W. Bush to succeed him when Glenn took over the presidency of Kent State University after National Guard troops shot students protesting the Vietnam War. Glenn and my father conceived of WHO and the U.N. University and worked with Secretary-General U Thant to found it in Japan. Glenn conceived and helped Kennedy in-law Sargent Shriver implement the Peace Corps and VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) that brought my cousin Jay (John D. Rockefeller IV) to West Virginia to address poverty in Appalachia. Jay became Governor and, in 1984, was elected to the U.S. Senate.

My father and I never met. He told Glenn about me in 1973 while I was in Japan (see Gaslighting America). Glenn said that my father didn’t know of my birth until 1964 when I was 12 years old. He recruited Dr. Olds and Dr. Dennis Lou (see below) to internationalize curriculum on the 64-campus State University of New York (SUNY).

He saw that our institutions of democracy would fail us, as they have (including the U.N.). He viewed education as democracy’s “last line of defense” against the aberrant and duplicitous few I would later study while being stalked nonstop. NewRock’s education-centric model envisions mobilization of a youth-oriented Prosperity Corps focused on labor-intensive public service tasks. The eradication of malaria offers a proof of concept and a means to focus U.N. programs on a shared threat with youth participants incentivized and compensated with access to education and vocational training.

Glenn and my father knew the U.N. structure was flawed but were unable to address it due to the overwhelming (and ongoing) influence of the transnational “enterprise” (a RICO term) whose operations I deconstructed by studying the people and circumstances I encountered by allowing myself to be drawn into situations that they staged. The flaws they saw in need of correction:

• The U.N needs a “rapid deployment force” to address humanitarian crises—such as Gaza.
• The Security Council, in effect, grants nonmember Israel a veto due to its influence in the U.S.

Contact Biden & Harris

In 1964, during his second of four terms as Governor of New York (1959-73), my father Nelson Rockefeller saw that the primary barrier to peace—and the greatest threat to the stability required for economic development—were those he described as sharing a “tireless genius for crisis.” Crises are a time-proven means to displace critical thinking and replace facts with beliefs. My life experience proves this key point. I’ve been criminally stalked nonstop with impunity since I was four years old.

I don’t expect anyone to care what was done to me, I do anticipate they will care that this could be done to them or their siblings, or their children or grandchildren. People simply do not yet know. Imagine the lengthy premeditation required to serially stalk the great grandson of John D. Rockefeller. In law, that’s known as an “evil mind.” My experience proves the warmongering presence of a shared evil mind now pressing for an invasion of Lebanon to drag us to war in Iran—for Greater Israel.

Make time to meet and we will prove to you that knowledge and respect for the rule of law are the essential foundations on which peace and development depend. At present, a key missing piece is the evidence of how such geostrategic duplicity proceeds in plain sight yet, to date, with legal impunity. With confidence in these facts and analyses, you can lead the U.N. into a new era of effectiveness.

With modest support, this proof can support the creation of a global network of Sustainable Development Banks operating under a U.N. Charter and founded to accelerate the transition to next-generation energy generation and storage. China strikes us as a natural partner, particularly considering how an education-centric e-commence adaptation of the model was undermined in China in 2000 by the same parties described in these materials. Congruences

To grasp the gravity of what my life proves and what we propose requires a brief explanation of my genius friend, Gus German. I first met Gus in 1979 because the same transgenerational enterprise stalking the great grandson of John D. Rockefeller was also targeting the most brilliant minds. A prologue is essential to grasp the nonlinear “how” of a modus operandi that, until addressed, will continue to harm the U.N.

Gus applied the 3^rd century Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT) to invent RAID (redundant array of independent disks) and amorphous storage (aka the Cloud). He explained that the many operatives I met—by allowing myself to be drawn into their ventures—were not coincidences but congruences. By applying the CRT, what appears to be random never was. That’s why RAID and amorphous storage can store data across countless drives with retrieval not at risk. When I took Jeff to meet Gus in Ontario in 2003, the Mossad was attempting to recruit Paul Sop, his senior assistant.

Appendix E features a Mossad recruiting tool that Paul gave to Jeff rather than return it to the Israeli recruiter. Appendix F includes examples of “congruences” featuring excerpts from a chronicle of the ongoing duplicity that discredits and endangers the U.S. due to the entangled U.S.-Israel relationship—and systematically undermines the credibility and effectiveness of the U.N. This must change.

Appendix D (“Rising to the Design Challenge”) draws on the experience of Glenn Olds as U.N. Ambassador in 1971 when the U.S. left the gold standard. An ethicist, bipartisan presidential adviser and academic administrator, he kept track of the world’s 1,800 most brilliant minds. He and they knew you cannot fight fire with fire, nor defeat hatemongers with hate.

The only practical way to proceed is with a design solution that, over time, displaces those you’ll see described throughout these materials. As proven by my life experience, only a few malign actors can undermine even the best-intentioned institutions—as my father and Glenn Olds realized when they identified the “fatal flaw” in the U.N.’s effectiveness due to the “special” U.S.-Israel relationship.

Who Opposes Progress?

On my arrival in Beijing in 2000, a phalanx of security was put around me due to my family name that, they explained, was like a “deity” in China. John D. and William recycled two-thirds of kerosene profits to community and made a large anonymous grant to support education. The third-generation Rockefeller brothers, including my father, made a large anonymous grant to help China recover from Mao’s disastrous, anti-knowledge Cultural Revolution (1966-76).

Thus the enthusiasm when I proposed in 2000 a knowledge-based, education-centric, e-commerce business model for launching the Internet in China and recycling funds to support what Xi Jinping now calls “common prosperity.” That model included the search engine Lycos (now Google), Commonplaces (now Facebook), Six Degrees (now LinkedIn) and the Cloud. The Ministry of Education granted this hybrid approach exclusive Internet access to 235 million schoolchildren.

Nokia Ventures committed an initial $150 million ‘on spec’ and another $100 million in reserve. Those stalking me knew that, by design, their middleman role would be minimized and, over time, eliminated.

• The China Connection describes how those stalking the great grandson of John D. Rockefeller ensured that agreed-to strategy did not proceed.
• The Indonesia Connection describes the January 2002 murder of Lt. General Arie Kumaat, Director of Intelligence, as he scheduled meetings for me to brief Islamic heads of state on the false Iraqi WMD intelligence—as I confirmed in Baghdad in January 1997, and he reconfirmed.
• At the request of Glenn Olds, Jordan’s King Hussein arranged security to enter and leave Iraq through Amman. See The War in Iraq Could Have Been Prevented.
• The unnecessary, unwinnable and highly profitable wars in Iraq and Afghanistan (“the graveyard of empires”) are projected to cost the U.S. alone $8 trillion plus countess lives lost and foreseeable destabilization both in-country and region-wide due to immigration.

Moving Forward

As we gain traction for malaria-suppressive technologies (see online Avantu Global) and the attached Avantu white paper (“World Mosquito Risk”), the fiscal savings become like “pools of oil” that can be tapped to monetize the savings and demonstrate what’s required to generate broad-based, bottom-up, sustainable prosperity. Technologies rely on knowledge. NewRock views knowledge as a shared commons that can be commercialized and monetized with a model designed to expand the reach of an education-centric hybrid business model—with a portion of that prosperity recycled to education

As demonstration projects get underway, our partners will become the ministries of health, education, budget, environment, etc. Align interests around the wellbeing of community and the impact will displace the current “consensus” model that serves largely the self-interest of a few.

Eradication of Vector-borne Diseases

NewRock has identified Avantu, South African specialists in anti-vector disease technologies, including an environmentally safe enzyme that destroys mosquito larva in water, additives to clothes and bedlinen washes and a spray-on application that deters mosquitoes. They currently plan to supply the products free and share in the distribution and sale of the increased farm harvest. This is where we see a potential alignment of WHO interests and NewRock’s hybrid approach to business.

Avantu’s organic products are on the right path. Glenn Olds served as Alaska’s Commissioner of Natural Resources. He identified the strategy that bio-digested hydrocarbons following the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill. He and I later identified a similar organic product (Pollux) that could be sprayed inside tunnels to bio-digest hydrocarbon buildup and then safely hosed into the pristine lakes of environmentally strict Austria. In short, we propose:

A practical, youth-oriented strategy designed around the eradication of malaria can:

• Mature into a non-traditional source of funding to support U.N. programs, and
• Help expose those my father described as sharing a “tireless genius for crisis.”

The self-reinforcing feedback loops driving the increased intensity of climate change confirms that delays to date ensured that the threat will increase. Climate-fueled atmospheric rivers are now reviving the risk of water-borne viruses and other diseases in the U.S., per the September 30 L.A. Times:

Leveraged Capital

While in London in 2018, we made a presentation to several Saudis and Kuwaitis tasked with identifying promising new ideas for member nations of the Gulf Cooperation Council. When we presented the background analytics for NewRock’s hybrid approach and described how the model would operate in practice, attendees described the presentation as “Nobel Prize material.”

We thanked them for the compliment and pointed out that, since its inception in 1969, the Nobel Prize in Economic Science has been awarded solely to those who tout the “consensus” model responsible for the foreseeably systemic dysfunctions we’d just described. In no domain is the consensus sustainable: financially, socially, morally, geopolitically, ecologically or fiscally.

We urged that they establish a MENA counterpart and recognize those who offer strategies for avoiding its many well-known dysfunctions, including the use of natural capital (such as hydrocarbon reserves) to capitalize a global network of Sustainable Development Banks founded to accelerate the transition to next-generation energy generation and storage.

The Americas’ Pope (Francis) could play a role in collaboration with other faith leaders. How can natural resource wealth be leveraged to address what moral leaders are searching for—and NewRock’s hybrid approach offers (quoting Francis) to counter “savage capitalism” with its “cult of money” and enable people to become “dignified agents of their own destiny”. Morally, this age-old challenge must be addressed with practical solutions and highlighted with priority projects such as eradication of the scourge of malaria and other vector-borne diseases.

At the macro level, it’s clear that eliminating a cause of vector-borne diseases (vs. treating its effects) can be “self-financing” in terms of lower healthcare costs, higher productivity, less misery and mortality. The challenges lie in closing the gap between the many macro benefits and the micro costs of eradication.

Sources of Capital

Kuwait is known for their generosity in addressing economic development. The major hydrocarbon-producing nations sponsor sovereign wealth funds that could be candidates for financing NewRock’s envisioned Prosperity Corps—youth-staffed cadres tasked with distributing malaria-suppressive technologies and incentivized with access to education or vocational training.

NewRock’s agreed-to reforestation plan for El Salvador featured a pay-it-forward education component that addresses Pope Francis’s concern about today’s “economy of exclusion” with its money-myopic “globalization of indifference.” NewRock’s Latin America strategy, featuring a government grant of one million acres, was projected to lift two million Salvadorans out of poverty, with harvestable hardwoods providing security for pay-it-forward education and vocational training.

Those stalking me undermined an agreed-to $10 million planning grant from General Electric and $300 million in vendor financing. Who has the means, motive and opportunity? Cui bono?

Alternative means of monetization suggest how emerging breakthroughs in IT and AI can support the “currencies” of the 21^st century secured not solely with central bank debt, as now, but with the productive capital essential to healthy, stable and resilient communities—enabling the prospect of a shared prosperity future. Those currencies are clean water, renewable energy, nutritious food and access to affordable healthcare and education. [See Appendix D. “Rising to the Design Challenge.”]

The physical technologies are known and available for eradicating malaria and other vector-borne diseases. Others promising technologies are doubtless under development. The “missing piece” is the financing techniques and, we suggest, applied innovations in monetization. While no one yet has all the answers, the solutions we all seek mandate an upgrade in identifying and framing the problem. Problem-solvers often focus “downstream” on symptoms, leaving the malady intact.

Recommended reading includes a classic systems design essay by Donella Meadows: “Leverage Points: Places to Intervene in System.” Spoiler alert: the highest point of leverage is “upstream” in the shared mindset. Thus the outcome-determinative role of consensus beliefs. Thus too the manipulation and weaponization of consensus beliefs by those I studied while being stalked—exemplified by the creation and dissemination of a widely shared belief in Iraqi WMD.

The first-ever Jesuit pope rightly sees the present-day as “a turning point in history” with means now available to “improve people’s lives in areas such as healthcare, education and communications.” Sovereign wealth funds are amassed to pursue long-term goals. Instead, today’s globally dominant, finance-fixated consensus mindset remains indifferent to systemic problems that undermine long-term stability, development and shared prosperity—including the impact of vector-borne diseases

When we visited Kuwait City as the guest of Sheikah Reem Al Sabah—who I met in London—we also visited the home of Dr. Adel Asem, an attendee at the London presentation. As Chairman of the National Offset Company, he was the senior Kuwaiti responsible for raising ~$50 billion to clean up its oil fields after the Iraqi Army was driven out of Kuwait. He remained enthused about the model and offered to sponsor a proposal to the Kuwait Investment Authority.

We’ll also approach Norges Bank Investment Management, the world’s largest sovereign wealth fund with ~$1.7 trillion under management. Their original funding source was Statoil (now Equinor) whose hybrid structure (one-third publicly traded and two-thirds state-owned) traces to a wedding-dinner discussion between my father and King Olav V of Norway. My father first pioneered a hybrid approach to business while serving as Assistant Secretary of State for Latin American Affairs.

Our Credo: Knowledge Obliges

This memo is a preview to a discussion that we’re hopeful can proceed ASAP. This work is complex and nuanced. Were Glenn Olds, G.H.W. Bush, Kofi Annan and Maurice Strong still with us, they would want to join us. Glenn organized the Better World Society for Ted Turner and, after his generous gift to the U.N., presented him the Norman Cousins Award for his work on reducing the nuclear threat. Not since 1962 has that threat been more real than now.

Glenn and my father mentored Maurice Strong who recruited Swiss industrialist Stephan Schmidheiny to ensure the business community attended the first Earth Summit in 1992 (“Rio”). Out of that came the CEO-only World Business Council for Sustainable Development founded by Stephan. When Jeff met Stephan in the mid-90s, he knew that Jeff wrote much of the federal law that accounts for a large portion of today’s assets under management (~$150 trillion worldwide). They both wondered why those funds could not be deployed to foster sustainable development. That discussion led to The Ownership Solution published in April 1998. Jeff and I met in London in 2002 when I saw that my cousin Jay (Senator John D. Rockefeller IV) endorsed that book.

The U.N.’s credibility and effectiveness are under assault—due largely to the U.S-Israel relationship. The same parties undermined the agreed-to hybrid e-commerce model for China that would have helped stabilize U.S.-China relations. Dennis Lou told us he had evidence that the same enterprise I studied while being stalked was active in China dating to 1949. Dr. Lou’s father was close to Sun Yat-Sen who described how Mao was persuaded to fund the PLA with stakes in large Chinese firms. In effect, that approach aligned PLA interests with the interests of global financial markets.

Shortly after Dr. Lou shared with us his father’s insider account of the PLA, an intruder entered the bedroom of his beloved son, Hammond, in a secure facility for those with special needs, covered his head and beat him almost to death with a blunt instrument.

The U.S. now spends more on interest on the debt than on national security, plus another ~$98b./year on 18 intelligence agencies yet none of them have interviewed me on a record. Cui bono?

Our best-and-brightest (Colin Powell, G.H.W. Bush, Glenn Olds, et.al.) grasped the source of the problem. My father described them six decades ago as sharing a “tireless genius for crisis.” A U.N.-coordinated, youth-oriented drive to eradicate malaria and other water-borne diseases could help expose this threat by reminding the public what is truly important.

With the crisis of 9/11, the U.S. was deceived to invade Iraq, a former ally that played no role in 9/11 and had no WMD. After the invasion, 69% of Americans polled believed Saddam Hussein played a role in 9/11. In fact, he saw Islamic fundamentalists as a threat to his secular regime and routinely had them killed, a fact well known among those who “fixed” the intelligence.

Transparency & Accountability

The goals of those I profiled remain unchanged except for this: an informed public is beginning to grasp the extent to which ethnonationalist extremists will go to achieve their apartheid goals. My life experience is uniquely powerful in proving the systemic nature of the corruption required to attain those goals. We have a lengthy history to prove that this corruption dates to no later than the 1850s.

Transparency poses an existential threat to those who have long posed a threat to the effectiveness of the U.N. The only question is this: what additional cost will be imposed on humanity and our shared habitat before this threat is addressed? Game theory warfare proceeds in plain sight through serial provocations that set in motion cascades of “probabilistic” reactions and outcomes.

A former Israeli “katsa” (Mossad case officer) revealed the simple math behind their “tireless genius” when catalyzing and sustaining serial crises: “Once the orchestra starts to play, we just hum along.” Thus the tactical role of duplicity in fostering environments of fear, distrust, hatred and insecurity. And the strategic genius in sustaining The Clash of Civilizations as a plausible meta-narrative.

As the U.N. member most clearly responsible for enabling this duplicity, the U.S. must be encouraged to concede our responsibility in bringing to a close this anguished chapter in human history. This long-manipulated relationship led to U.N. recognition of an ethnonationalist/apartheid enclave as a legitimate sovereign state. That status is overdue for reconsideration.

Due to the 76-year influence of their expansive lobby in the U.S., other nations must lead an initiative to withdraw U.N. recognition, impose a one-state solution, and transform Jerusalem into an international city protected under U.N. auspices.

Most critically, Israel’s nuclear arsenal must be secured consistent with the past century of experience confirming that ethnonationalist extremists routinely pose the world’s greatest threat to peace and security. Even the possibility of accountability could prove a trigger for their use.

Excerpt from Gaslighting America

Pre-Staging War in Iraq. In March 2000, Iraqi colleague Munther Ghazal asked that I accompany him to Kabul to meet with the head of the Taliban. I sensed an Israeli set-up. Had he not listened to me, he would have become the purported (and still missing) “link” between Al Qaeda and Saddam Hussein.

I conferred at length with Dr. Nidal Al-Hamdani, a nuclear physicist and Saddam’s third wife. We first met in her offices. She ran Saddam’s industrial complex pre-Gulf War with 40,000 employees answering to her. I took her photo when she answered the phone and greeted Saddam in Arabic. We went to her family’s homestead so we could speak in private. Saddam arranged for Munther and I to tour Babylon though the site had been closed to civilians for two years. Our security—both entering and leaving Iraq—was arranged by Jordan’s King Hussein.

I returned from Baghdad in February 1997 with evidence of no nuclear WMD, an offer by Iraq’s senior sheikhs to remove Saddam without a war (he had agreed), and a proposal to provide U.S. firms with the bulk of $160 billion in contracts for reconstruction and oil. Iraq’s senior sheikhs had turned on him because his psychopathic sons were raping their daughters. On my return, rather than engage me in good faith, I was stalked, including by agents in the Minneapolis and San Diego offices of the FBI.

Four days after 9/11, during a principals’ meeting at Camp David, Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz argued for the U.S. invasion of Iraq even though Osama bin Laden was believed to be in Afghanistan. On that same day, San Diego FBI Special Agent Stephen Butler visited the home of Munther Ghazal to ask two questions: (1) “Who did it?” He replied: “Israeli intelligence and Saudi money.” (2) “Are you providing support for James M. Rockefeller?” He replied: “Ask Mr. Rockefeller. You have his number and that is not an appropriate question to ask me.” To date, no one has interviewed me. A second FBI agent accompanied Butler and a third person whose Israeli accent he knew.

Munther hails from a prominent Iraqi family of Christian Chaldeans. His father built the Baghdad International Hotel, the first 5-star hotel in the Middle East. Over a series of post-911 luncheons on Coronado Island, he accurately described for us the crisis-creating dynamics the U.S. would unleash if we were induced to invade Iraq.

Based on what’s been done to him and his family in the U.S. under the color of lawful authority (a family member murdered, his pregnant daughter terrorized, etc.), he and I should have been interviewed years ago. Why has that not happened? Because it would prove the common source of ongoing systemic corruption, including within the FBI.

Baghdad International Hotel

On my return from Baghdad (travel to Iraq was then illegal for Americans), regional specialists at the State Department refused to meet with me which would have created a record. Blocked by corruption in the U.S., I travelled to Ottawa in April 1997 and created a record with Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs.

Pre-Staging 911. In March 2001, Lt. General Arie Kumaat, head of Indonesia intelligence, briefed me in Jakarta on Israeli pre-staging for a large out-of-theater operation that could not yet be identified. I met his son, Henrie, on a flight from Los Angeles to Miami when Henrie was assigned an adjoining seat. Arie knew that Henrie was being shadowed by the same parties.

When he learned that the airline seated his son next to me, he undertook a deep background check and invited both me and my attorney Ron Burd to an expense-paid trip to Indonesia. Knowing how thoroughly Israelis had infiltrated U.S. policymaking and intelligence, he hoped that, through Glenn Olds’ close relationship with George H.W. Bush, he could bypass the CIA and bring to the attention of President George W. Bush the threat that Israeli operations posed to U.S. national security as chronicled online in The Indonesia Connection.

Israeli operations uncovered by Indonesia intelligence included an attempted bribe of the Indonesian legislature to push the U.S. out of the region in favor of China—what we now see emerging in the South China Sea. Henrie and I flew to the U.S to brief Glenn Olds. After 9/11, Glenn wept knowing that, had I been engaged in good faith, the intelligence I gathered in Iraq and Indonesia may have uncovered the pre-staging for the mass murder of 9/11, and certainly would have cast doubt on the credibility of the false Iraq WMD narrative.

After 9/11, Arie instructed Henrie to meet me in Vancouver and confirm plans for me to brief heads of Islamic nations regarding the false WMD intelligence then being cited to justify a U.S.-led invasion of Iraq—i.e., the same intelligence I knew was false in 1997 that U.S. officials were deceived to believe. A few days later, in January 2002, Arie was murdered (poisoned). Jeff interviewed Henrie who described how his father died as he rushed him to the hospital.

I wrote to Secretary of State Colin Powell the same February 5, 2003 day that he was induced to gaslight the U.N. Security Council—and the world—with false Iraq WMD intelligence. I described for him who deceived him, how and why. In December 2001, I had traveled to London where Jack Straw, Tony Blair’s Foreign Minister, declined to meet with me to discuss the phony Iraqi WMD intelligence on which Blair relied to support a U.S.-led invasion.

Lt. General Arie Kumaat

In Brussels, the briefings I provided in December 2001 to senior staff of the European Commission helped persuade Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt to push the U.S. back into the U.N. Security Council, necessitating by those profiled:

• • The February 5, 2003 psyop that weaponized the celebrity and credibility of Colin Powell to make false Iraqi WMD intelligence appear believable to an unsuspecting global public—despite the facts.
  • A US/UK “dirty tricks” operation (revealed in March 2003 by U.K whistleblower Katherine Gun) that sought support for a U.N. war resolution by compromising nonpermanent members of the Security Council. But for what I could prove, Glenn Olds agreed that operation would not have been launched.

Appendix C – Soviet-Style Stalking in the U.S.

A Smoking Gun

Another catch and kill came clearly into focus in November 2022 with the declassification of a secret memo described as “historic.” That 31-page “memorandum for the record” revealed the evasive answers of President George W. Bush when he and Vice President Dick Cheney met on April 29, 2004 with the entire 9/11 Commission—at the request of Commission members—so they could ask questions about any prior warnings of the 9/11 attack.^[1]

Florida Governor Jeb Bush, wrote to me the next day, April 30, 2004, acknowledging his receipt of my April 10, 2004 testimony to the 9/11 Commission chronicling (a) evidence of Israeli prestaging for 9/11, and (b) evidence from early 1997 that the Iraqi WMD intelligence was false. Though Commission staff interviewed ~1,200 witnesses, I was never contacted nor interviewed.

Jeff hand-delivered that testimony on April 12, 2004 to 25 Congressional and Executive Branch offices with responsibility for federal law enforcement and national security. He also took three copies to the Commission offices for Chairman Tom Kean, Vice-Chairman Lee Hamilton and Executive Director Philip Zelikow. As a courtesy, he had the first copy signed for in Jay Rockefeller’s offices in the Hart Senate Office Building. Jay was then a member of the Intelligence Committee.

The memo was addressed to National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice. He then met with Ambassador Joe Wilson who had proven that the intelligence on Iraq sourcing “yellowcake uranium” from Niger was false, leading to angry Bush White House operatives “outing” his wife, Valerie Plame, who was a CIA agent specializing in nuclear proliferation issues. Disclosing the identity of a CIA agent is a violation of federal law. During this same period, Jeff introduced me to Joe in Laguna Beach, California where Jeff was then living and a town Joe thought of as home.

After Jeff briefed him in his Washington offices, Joe asked for a second copy for the CIA. The next day, Jeff took a copy to the Russian embassy and very openly provided a briefing knowing they were also targets of the same enterprise. We’ve since sent numerous analyses to their Middle East specialist, Elmir Tagirov, assuming their embassy is monitored by the U.S., Israel and others.

On April 30, 2005, precisely one year after Jeb wrote to me, he called Dr. Glenn Olds, my senior adviser since 1994, and they spoke for a half hour. Glenn and his wife, Eva, had been close friends of George H.W. and Barbara Bush since 1947. Glenn also advised my father, 1945-1979 and was close to four of the five third-generation Rockefeller bothers. Jeb was very familiar with Glenn’s background as a close friend of his parents since they met at Yale University in the post-war era.

Though Glenn urged that Jeb speak directly with me, he never called. I am confident that’s because my life experience proves that, had I been engaged in good faith in 1997 on my return from Baghdad, the disastrous Bush-ordered invasion of Iraq could have been prevented. When Glenn later asked me my opinion of why Jeb never called me, I said he realized the corruption was far too deep and he sought to create a record that he at least made an effort by speaking to Glenn.

In 2016, Republican presidential contender Jeb Bush and his brother (“Dubya”) opened a political lane for Donald Trump when they refused to concede the invasion of Iraq was a mistake. Had they also identified the parties who falsified the Iraqi WMD intelligence, this “enemy within” could have been identified and indicted. My online April 30, 2016 memo to Jeb’s son, Prescott, urged that Jeb and Dubya meet with me, citing Glenn’s close relationship to their father dating to 1947 when they and their wives became lifelong friends. The memo was hand-delivered by Clay Johnson III, Dubya’s former Yale roommate, and confirmed received by Prescott’s office. Was that a catch and kill?

When Jeb sent me his April 30, 2004 letter, Dubya was ramping up his campaign for a second term, pre-staging a potential third Bush presidency for Jeb, a neoconservative. The facts of my life experience posed a major problem for: (a) the Bush family legacy, (b) those who sought a second term for Dubya, and (c) those interests that deceived the U.S. to invade Iraq and Afghanistan—parties who know my life experience can prove the source of that ongoing duplicity, including treason.^[2]

Soviet-Style Catch and Kill

In an attempt to discredit me, Fresno police staged an involuntary 72-hour psychiatric incarceration in August 2004, a classic means to discredit and misdirect.^[3] Hoping to provoke a reaction, Fresno officials convened a meeting in City Hall for counsel Ron Burd and myself on the pretense of wanting to hear more about the facts I had earlier provided them, including my April 10, 2004 testimony to the 9/11 Commission, Jeb’s letter to me, etc.

We quickly discovered their offer was a ruse. Their choice of that time and place ensured I could be escorted out of a public building in a mid-day “perp walk” escorted by armed officers. I said nothing as they announced where they were taking me and compelled me to go with them.

When Russian ex-pat psychiatrist Aleksandr Vydro interviewed me the next morning, he realized he was being set up by those who sought to use his credibility to discredit mine. Though he had a two-inch binder of materials provided to him by Fresno police, they had not shown him letters to me from Governor Bush, Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt or numerous other materials confirming the validity, gravity and urgency of concerns they sought to discredit (i.e., catch-and-kill).

Dr. Vydro ordered my release shortly after we met. As I left, he told me that the last time he’d seen such a politically motivated abuse of medical authority was in the Soviet Union.^[4] When I asked what was done with people like me in the U.S.S.R. who could not conveniently be killed but who they could not silence, he said, “They sent them to people like me, but this is America.” My response: “Really?”

Had I been engaged in good faith on my return from Iraq in February 1997 with evidence that the Iraq WMD narrative was a lie, a thorough FBI investigation of my life experience could have exposed the lengthy and then-ongoing prestaging for 9/11 and prevented that mass murder provocation. At a minimum, the false Iraqi WMD narrative could have been discredited, preventing the invasion of Iraq—for Greater Israel. Rather than engage me in good faith, State Department officials refused to meet with me, FBI agents sought to discredit me, and IRS agents harassed me on my 1987 tax return.

In May 2023, we provided detailed documentation to the Fresno office of U.S. Attorney Phillip Talbert (Eastern District of California). As of late-September 2024, he had not responded to our submission—nor to a follow-up inquiry. With the likelihood that those profiled will stage another crisis in the U.S., investigative journalists may find this evidentiary thread a powerful means to expose the source of a systemic corruption (catch and kill) that, if not promptly exposed and stopped, is poised to wreak havoc on their lives—as it has on mine.

On May 20, 2004, a 50^th Anniversary commemorative booklet presented to me in China in March 2000 was stolen from my home. That same booklet was presented to former President George H.W. Bush the previous day.^[5] A belligerent Fresno police officer (Barrios) took a report while very loudly implying I was nuts. The booklet was then surreptitiously returned, a classic psyop. Had I reported its return, I knew I would have been portrayed as a paranoid schizophrenic. Instead, I sent it to G.H.W. Bush with a letter requesting a meeting. I received no response. Appendix D. Rising to the Design Challenge

NewRock offers a means to leverage natural resource wealth to support the global build out of micro-grid renewable energy while leaving proven oil and gas reserves in the ground—bypassing the need to extract, sell and burn those hydrocarbons. Sustainable Development Banks will prioritize projects that deploy proven technologies to address climate change. A portion of earnings will be recycled to community, reducing fiscal costs while supporting education, healthcare and entrepreneurs.

NewRock will show how a gradual transition to a more relational signaling system can smarten-up finance and make capitalism more accountable to people, places and our habitat. Today’s soley transactional consensus ensures an incessant demand for financial returns—no matter the impact on societies, cultures and the environment on which all life depends. The NewRock prescription includes a business model designed to localize wealth creation and monetize those forms of capital required for community resilience.

As U.N. envoy for Richard Nixon, Glenn Olds gave a speech in Geneva soon after the U.S. announced in August 1971 that it would abandon the post-WWII Bretton Woods monetary policy linking the dollar to gold. Glenn explained that, in the coming Age of Transparency, capitalism would need to change because people would be able to see who is stealing from whom. That caused a stir. He then explained that the “currencies” of the 21^st century would need to be secured not solely with debt, as now, but with the productive capital essential to healthy, stable and resilient communities.

Those currencies are clean water, renewable energy, nutritious food and access to affordable healthcare and education. By the time Glenn stepped off the dais, an audience member had President Nixon on the phone cautioning Glenn not to stir things up. He had mentioned a forbidden topic of geopolitics: what is monetized, how and for whom. Glenn helped devise the hybrid NewRock business model for bringing to market next-generation technologies while aligning interests bottom-up focused on the creation of genuine wealth (wellbeing) that serves community versus the few.

While I finalized negotiations in 2000 for the agreed-to adaptation of NewRock’s hybrid model to China, Glenn secured commitments from 14 major universities worldwide to embrace the model. Technologies derive from education, research and development. From a systems perspective, the goal is to ensure that knowledge—as a commons—is brought to market with financing techniques that (a) promote broad-based prosperity, and (b) support education and the knowledge society.

The preferred design specs include incentives to encourage systemic efficiencies and savings. Cleaner water and air and better nutrition means lower healthcare costs, fewer missed workdays and more attentive students. The catchphrase: “reward what you protect and penalize what you exploit.”

Games have been used to capitalize virtually every major social media company by engaging users. Mysten Labs’ founders and Sui blockchains (that began at Facebook) were part of the team that created Libra and Diem. When Mark Zuckerberg was shut down, it was in part due to concerns I raised with leaders in Europe when Facebook/Meta proposed a digital replacement for the Bank of International Settlements. I can explain when we speak.

The five founders of Mysten Labs were all part of the Libra/Diem team at Facebook. The elegant calligraphy addressed to me from China’s Minister of Education in 2000 thanked me for the knowledge-based business model we designed for China that today is Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and the Cloud. In 2012, while in San Francisco, I met Evgen Verzun. He was introduced to me by Alex Zolatrav who also introduced me to Dima Korolev. Alex from Belarus and Dima from Moscow were friends. Alex cofounded MapsWithme and Dima helped rewrite what made Google under Sergei Burkov who founded what became Google Russia.

When I met Dima, he’d finished the plan for Zuckerberg to provide Facebook a mobile app. He’d already rewritten Bing for Microsoft. In his late teens, Dima worked for his father’s leading contract engineering firm in Moscow. MAPS.ME was sold to RU.com. Why did Dima leave Facebook pre-IPO? He’s a nice guy and imminently professional. He simply said, “Mel, there’s good cause why people do not like Zuckerberg?” That was all he had to say. I expect the founders of Mysten share that opinion.^[6]

Web 4.0 (Web 3.0 plus AI), opens an entire new landscape of possibilities for monetizing those forms of capital essential for healthy communities, regions and nations. A recent Wall Street Journal featured an article titled. “The 27-Year-Old Billionaire Whose Army Does AI’s Dirty Work—Alexandr Wang’s Scale AI deploys gig workers around the globe to shape how the big AI models behave.” I envision someone like Alexandr leading what I am confident we can create.

But for those described, the Cloud would have been launched following Gus and I meeting with Nokia’s senior scientists and senior Nokia Ventures executive Kaisa Kautto-Koivula in Mountainview, California in October 1999. Someone broke into Gus’s home while they were together. Gus had known me for two decades and knew I was being stalked. When he realized that nothing had been taken despite a large collection of expensive equipment, he knew the break-in was a signal to keep his distance. I understood.

That’s a typical well-timed crisis by those working the middle ground. The target was not Gus but what we were preparing to do in collaboration with Kaisa Kautto-Koivula with $14 billion in Nokia Ventures capital searching for investments focused on what remains our work today—monetizing knowledge to seed sustainable economies bottom-up. Knowledge is the only sensible path forward. Military force and/or the “tyranny of beliefs” (or the “captivity of beliefs” under Taliban rule) are ineffective, unsustainable, dehumanizing and destabilizing.

My life experience proves the influence that those profiled wield inside the U.S. government at the federal, state and local level. When I took Jeff to meet Gus in 2003, the Mossad was trying to recruit Paul Sop, his collaborator on the development of “amorphous storage” that became cloud computing. Paul gave Jeff a Mossad-provided graphic confirming the nationwide dominance in Canada of Israeli firms in IT security in 2002. Rather than return the graphic to the Mossad recruiter, Paul gave it to Jeff (see the next page). Psyops often feature pre-staged fact-displacing components.

In 1981, I met Ken Varshay who was the only other Daxon computer franchisee. Ken was funded by David Knoll, a law partner of Bill Miller who became Senator Barry Goldwater’s vice-presidential running mate on the certain-to-lose 1964 Republican presidential ticket, ensuring the perception of a mandate for Lyndon Johnson to expand a profitable but unwinnable war in Vietnam. A primary client of their Buffalo, New York firm was the Jacobs family of Jewish organized crime that controlled stadium concessions nationwide. At every turn, I encountered key operatives in Jewish organized crime.

Freshman Massachusetts Senator John F. Kennedy was one of Glenn’s trustees when he served as the nation’s youngest college president at Springfield College. As president, Glenn advised him on the commercialization of space race technologies. When Kennedy was murdered in November 1963, he left four key policy objectives unfulfilled: ending the Vietnam War, shutting down Israel’s nuclear weapons program, forcing the Israel lobby to register as foreign agents and reform of the Federal Reserve.

Though John F. Kennedy was a womanizer, he did not fit the profile of his father who was a womanizer, bootlegger, stock swindler and Nazi sympathizer. When JFK ran low on funds near the end of his 1960 presidential campaign, he turned to the Manhattan-based Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. They offered him whatever funds he needed provided he ceded to them the formulation of U.S. policy in the Middle East. According to JFK friend Charlie Bartlett who introduced Jack to Jackie, Kennedy was incensed that anyone would make such a proposal to the presidential nominee of a major U.S. political party.^[7]

Glenn advised my father from 1945 until he was found dead in salacious circumstances in January 1979 as I was preparing to approach him. He was cremated within hours without a toxicological exam. I’m confident that, with help, we’ll prove he was murdered. Glenn said he did not know of my birth until 1964 when I was 12 years old.

That’s also when, in a speech he gave at Harvard, he described those I would later profile as sharing a “tireless genius for crisis.” He wanted to call them “Zionists” until Glenn persuaded him that could end his political career. Instead, he used a more acceptable term, calling them “Communists.” That’s also the year (1964) when I walked in on a heated family argument that connected my step-Uncle Bobby to those who orchestrated the JFK murder. I expect that inadvertent knowledge remains a key reason for the nonstop and ongoing stalking.

Years after my father’s 1979 death, I was 99% certain he was murdered as part of the pre-staging for the first major fraud perpetrated on me to induce me to take my own life. In 1982, the perpetrator of that sophisticated bank fraud grinned like a Cheshire Cat while informing me that my Uncle Stan was replaced by the perp’s best friend in 1958 when I was six years old, per Gaslighting America. The perpetrator, Dr. Robert Birndorf, was a key figure in Jewish organized crime in L.A. He couldn’t help but brag to me that they began setting me up when my uncle was found dead in his bed. He was 42 years old. Had I not known my identity, they may well have induced a suicide (“Why me?”)

I don’t yet know how my father was told of my birth in 1964. In 1961, his first-born son, Michael, disappeared in New Guinea. Glenn said it was emotionally devastating. I named my second-born son after him. Glenn said he never believed the tales of cannibalism and felt certain Mike was murdered to create a crisis in his life as a prominent Governor and presidential contender.

News of my birth likely affected his political prospects when the GOP instead nominated Barry Goldwater in 1964. His well-known extremism ensured a landslide victory for JFK successor Lyndon Johnson who expanded U.S. troop strength in Vietnam from 16,300 to 536,100, dropped opposition to Israel’s nuclear weapons program and their expansive lobby continues to operate as unregistered foreign agents even as they press U.S. lawmakers to wage serial wars—for Greater Israel.

The unpopular, unwinnable and immensely profitable war in Vietnam, when combined with the Kennedy murder in November 1963, Malcolm X in February 1965, Martin Luther King in April 1968 and Robert Kennedy in June 1968 were seminal events in undermining faith in government. My step-grandmother had a photo of her son, my Uncle Bobby, in the White House swimming pool with JFK. As my life experience proves, those I profiled routinely befriend to betray. Murder is “SOP” (standard operating procedure).

As a courier for Jewish organized crime in Miami, Lawrence Zeiger helped pre-stage a Kennedy assassination conspiracy theory “show trial” led by New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison, a notorious publicity seeker. When Garrison asked the City Council for additional funds, 32 news organizations flew reporters into town who stayed for the prosecution of ’patsy’ Clay Shaw, an antiques dealer colleague of my Uncle Bobby. After two years, Clay was acquitted in less than an hour. With that distraction, Israel launched its long-planned June 1967 Land Grab since marketed as their defensive and even “heroic” Six-Day War.

LBJ confirmed his reliable role as an easily profiled asset when he struck up an affair with former Irgun operative Mathilde Krim the wife of Arthur Krim, president of United Artists and chair of the finance committee for the Democratic Party led by Johnson. The night that Israel launched its long-planned assault on Egypt and began its long-planned land grab, Mathilde was “servicing” the U.S. Commander-in-Chief in the White House. On June 8, IDF forces positively identified the USS Liberty as an American ship and then proceeded to strafe, napalm and torpedo our premier intelligence-gathering vessel, killing 34 Americans and injuring 174.

In an incident that historians concede is among the most shameful and arguably treasonous acts in U.S. military history, Johnson and Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, aided by Admiral John McCain (the Senator’s father), ordered a cover-up while a Medal of Honor was presented to the skipper in a ceremony concealed from public view. Had Americans known that Israelis were killing Americans, this “special friendship” could have been reevaluated in 1967. Rebranded by Hollywood as an HIV/AIDS activist, Mathilde Krim was presented the Presidential Medal of Freedom in August 2000 by asset Bill Clinton.

A baseless 1967 JFK conspiracy trial became the basis of a 1991 movie, JFK, starring Kevin Costner as New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison, directed by Oliver Stone and produced by Arnon Milchan who we outed in 2010 as a Mossad psyop operative. While the U.S. sought to end apartheid in South Africa, Milchan provided nuclear triggers to Pretoria on behalf of Tel Aviv and handled the racist state’s international press relations. A friend of Bibi Netanyahu, he remains a prolific producer with, as yet, no hint of an indictment. In 2011, two PR flaks published Confidential portraying Milchan as a romantic and dashing James Bond-like figure.

In 1991, I was drawn to New Orleans by operative Bill Lucky while the final parts of the JFK movie were being shot. Lucky staged my arrest by parish police who assured me I would not leave their jail alive. After I persuaded the jail’s infirmary nurse to contact my mother, Senator Jay Rockefeller flew into town. He disappeared for a few hours, the false charges against me disappeared and, on August 7, 1991, he announced that he would not pursue the 1992 Democratic Party presidential nomination won by Clinton. With the entry of “spoiler” Ross Perot, Clinton replaced G.H.W. Bush as president.

If, as my experience suggests, the long-term goal of those who’ve stalked me since age four is to undermine self-governance and lay a foundation for fascism, they must first undermine faith in democracy by having U.S. citizens believe their government murdered their president. By early1992, 71% of Americans believed that Milchan-produced narrative. Many still do. My life experience points instead to those who arranged my mother’s marriage to put my step-“Uncle Bobby” close to me under the guise of a legitimate family member.

Zeiger’s payoff? He was rebranded as talk show host Larry King, given a $30 million/year CNN position and provided a series of eight wives, the last one Mormon. Kevin Costner twice expressed his keen interest in meeting with us, and twice canceled. He called Jeff on August 11^th and said he’d call back.

Glenn and Dr. Dennis Lou served as my world-class mentors and advisers. Glenn also served as a father figure. He knew—and epitomized—the value of selfless service. That’s why he took over the presidency of Kent State University after National Guard troops shot nine on-campus Vietnam War protestors, killing four in May 1970. He and Deputy Defense Secretary David Packard crafted Pentagon policies to prevent a recurrence.

He arranged for G.H.W. Bush to succeed him as U.N. envoy in 1971. They eliminated a second envoy position held by Chicago developer Philip Klutznick that was being used to promote Israeli interests. My father told Glenn about me in 1973 while I was in Japan when Spiro Agnew was forced out as vice-president and Gerry Ford appointed his successor. Glenn said my father knew I’d traveled to Japan and wondered why I didn’t turn to him for help on my return. Glenn asked me in 1994 why I didn’t go to him. Had he become president, I would have because, with presidential authority, he could cut through the systemic corruption. Otherwise, I would just hurt him. Glenn agreed.

Not until my arrival in Beijing in 2000 did I learn that my family surname is iconic in China due to anonymous grants for education dating to my great grandfather and his brother who recycled to education two-thirds of their kerosene profits. My father recruited both Glenn and Dennis to revamp and internationalize the curriculum of the 64-campus SUNY system. He realized our democratic institutions would fail us—as they have—and viewed education as liberty’s “last line of defense” against the duplicitous few I would later study while being stalked.

At Glenn’s urging, Dennis flew to Beijing to aid me in closing a deal with the Ministry of Education that, but for those stalking me, would have provided an exclusive Internet portal for an agreed-to 235 million schoolchildren. When President Harry Truman tasked my father, then Assistant Secretary of State for Latin America, with devising an alternative to the popularity of communism in developing countries, he assured Truman that communism is not the problem, it could be contained—and was; the problem is the “rapacious greed of capitalism.” His resignation was sought by Secretary of State James (“Jimmy”) Brynes, a production of the Bernard Baruch political operation in South Carolina.

Glenn, Dennis and I knew the outcome was foreseeable if the globally prevalent “consensus model” was used to bring to market the emerging IT sector using existing financing techniques. As of early October 2024, four Americans had amassed a combined IT wealth of $686 billion: Larry Ellison $208 billion, Mark Zuckerberg $206 billion. Larry Page $139 billion and Sergei Brin $133 billion.

In contrast, NewRock’s model would by now be funding education, recycling trillions to community and making its founders wealthy. The patent for Six Degrees became available only because those stalking me undermined our agreed-to Internet/ecommerce business model that included search Lycos (now Google), social networks Commonplaces (now Facebook), Six Degrees (now LinkedIn) and the Cloud whose origins date to Gus German’s application of the Chinese Remainder Theorem. Reid Hoffman bought the Six Degrees patent for ~$700K and sold LinkedIn to Microsoft in 2016 for $26.2 billion (he had 10%). His billions in personal wealth trace directly to those stalking me.

Jeff interacted with Nokia Ventures executive Kaisa Kautto-Koivula who committed an initial $150 million “on spec” with another $100 million in reserve. I met Steve Jobs at Apple seven years before his launch of the smartphone (he had hired two of my Alpha Base programmers). They were developing what we envisioned for “content management” for Nokia’s N-95 handset.

After those stalking me undermined the agreed-to application of NewRock’s hybrid e-commerce model for China, they also declined Nokia’s all-cash offer for the company (Youthstream). When Kaisa lost her security detail, she asked that Jeff not contact her again until we had proof of a functional national security apparatus. That was two decades ago; we’ve not yet made that call. Jeff also interviewed Youthstream president Ben Bassi who was fired enroute home after negotiating a contract that Ben said the firm valued at $300 million. After he spoke to Jeff, he was fired from his new firm and subjected to a multi-year tax audit. Like Kaisa, he asked that he not be contacted again.

If today’s “consensus” approach remains the norm, humanity will fulfill a Credit Suisse projection and soon will have 11 trillionaires. The buildout of next-generation energy is poised to be the tipping point. The “NewRock” approach, with Glenn’s help, was designed to recycle funds to support education and healthcare in perpetuity.

When he entered the room, everyone stood out of respect for his selfless contribution to the people of China and his reputation as an educator devoted to their best interests.

But for our entangled alliance with expansion-minded, militant ethnonationalist extremists, would 54 percent of Americans now be reading at a sixth-grade level or less? Was our commitment of $8 trillion to wages wars in Iraq and Afghanistan the highest/best use of our capital? How much would be required to eradicate malaria and other vector-borne diseases?

Appendix G. Overview of NewRock’s Hybrid Approach to the Microgrid Buildout

To address climate change, NewRock proposes to smarten-up today’s disconnected and dumbed-down capitalism. The current consensus approach is incapable of signaling us when systemic threats arise—social, fiscal or ecological. Nor can it evoke a common sense of purpose with appeals to nationalism (as in Russia), ideology (as in China) or, as in Western economies, faith in financial signals.

With our globally adaptable hybrid business model, NewRock’s stakeholder-inclusive approach shifts economies toward bottom-up participation, transparency and personal accountability. The ‘missing piece’ is an incentivized relational model able to complement today’s solely transactional model. As business operations include input from those most affected, systemic resilience will emerge by design—using metrics that incentivize stakeholders to take responsibility for ensuring a steady decline in social, fiscal and environmental costs.

The NewRock financial model offers hydrocarbon producers access to their in-the-ground natural resource wealth while leaving most of their reserves in place. A portion of that natural capital can capitalize stakeholder-owned Sustainable Development Banks founded to make producer nations leaders in next-generation energy and energy storage while supporting higher education, vocational training and life-long learning. Other potential sources of in-kind bank capital include minerals, metals, timberlands and intellectual property. Current proposals for addressing climate change depend on fiscal resources and government oversight.

The NewRock value proposition includes:

• A replicable and scalable business model adaptable to economies worldwide—regardless of ideology.
• A business strategy designed to address systemic risks—social, fiscal and ecological.
• A for-profit means to anticipate the two largest fiscal outlays—education and healthcare.

NewRock’s hybrid structure recycles to public needs (e.g., education and healthcare) a portion of measurable savings based on stakeholders demonstrating their accountability to community resilience. Today’s dominantly transactional model displaces any value not identifiable in terms of money. A relational model complements the forces of finance by attuning operations to the long-term interests of community, the environment and the future. By harnessing private enterprise to address public needs, fiscal foresight becomes a designed-in feature.

 NewRock offers a self-financed means to reduce costs imposed on the commons such as:

Whole-of-system sustainability requires an acceleration of the transition to sustainable energy and storage alongside a step-by-step transition to a shared prosperity economic model. The Knowledge Society Institute will advise on capacity building to achieve and sustain healthy and resilient communities.

With a sustained focus on education, advocacy and technology transfer, KSI will grow into a global network of locale-responsive Institutes designed to collaborate with partners worldwide to demonstrate business model examples of inclusion, resilience, sustainability and anticipatory risk management.

Scope of Work

• Policy input – on the optimal policy mix for healthy and sustainable communities.
• Mobilizing the capital required for localized wealth creation.
• Publishing – public and private outreach to advocate, educate and motivate.
• Training – for both the public and the private sector.
